@BIGDaddyDigital @MrSteThompson @VodafoneUK We had 6 weeks Oct/Nov of no coverage in our local area, they were very good and refunded £100 for loss of service. Happened again in March and again refunded. I always used chat box on the app 👍

@VodafoneUK Hi @VodafoneUK: 9 days after my first tweet, I'm still trying to sort my issue. I've been passed between 4-5 different people and now have been asked to go into a Vodafone shop. What is the point of employing an online helpline if after 2 weeks, I've got absolutely nowhere.

Been with @O2 for over a decade and wanted to upgrade. But loyalty means nothing. Can actually get the same phone with the same data/texts/mins with @VodafoneUK for £20 cheaper a month. Scandalous. Upgrade getting cancelled. Hello Vodafone you have a new customer next month.

@VodafoneUK seemingly have a policy to collect unused devices but your customer services is unaware of it. The person I spoke with not only was unable to mention that policy but also asked her manager. I literally was told to "throw the device away". #greenwashing #esg
