    @VodafoneUK Because when I finally spoke to your representative Ash last Friday after two weeks of failed attempts to activate the sim he promised to send out new sim card as he deemed it broken.

    @BIGDaddyDigital @MrSteThompson @VodafoneUK We had 6 weeks Oct/Nov of no coverage in our local area, they were very good and refunded £100 for loss of service. Happened again in March and again refunded. I always used chat box on the app 👍

    @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp New customer of Vodafone. Despite 3 contacts with customer service telling them Internet is not working, finally today (day2) OpenReach coming sometime tomorrow morning (8am-1pm) to fix line fault. No check carried out during changeover!!!

    @VodafoneUK I have 30 numbers with you but why is it so difficult to speak to someone who can help me whether I have one number or a thousand. I can’t do something online if your system doesn’t make allowance yet trying to get a human who I can understand to help is impossible

    @VodafoneUK ordered a phone online and never delivered. Called them and they said they could beat that deal. Never did finished up paying more. Asked for a copy of call recording. And they said the rep didn't want to. How slimmy. 1 month til I kick this bunch into touch

    .@VodafoneUK so disappointing that you’ve failed to send a replacement SIM card for my mother-in-law. She’s only been without her mobile since July as covid prevented you sending 1 for 3 months & now 1 you sent is broken! Your digital only approach alienates the vulnerable 🤬

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Callum @VodafoneUK . I've been holding for an hour and a half now. Does this mean that even if someone finally does answer the phone that I still won't be able to cancel the plan. I say this because when I started the call I was asked what I wanted and said to cancel.

    @VodafoneUK we have had no mobile phone coverage at AB54 4NY since Friday. Our power was also off so no means of communicating. Power back on so can use WiFi in house but need to travel miles to get 4G or phone signal, not good in the winter, please advise when you expect it back

Tried your chat function, half an hour to find the account & achieve nothing else, messages on here getting nowhere… just find the bloody account, look at it & tell us the problem! Don’t want chit chat!

    @VodafoneUK , both your website and app are ****. I am a long-standing customer and I’m close to my upgrade date. I can’t view my options because either I can’t find them or the app constantly crashes. I’m now looking elsewhere. Disappointed!
