    @BIGDaddyDigital @MrSteThompson @VodafoneUK We had 6 weeks Oct/Nov of no coverage in our local area, they were very good and refunded £100 for loss of service. Happened again in March and again refunded. I always used chat box on the app 👍

    @VodafoneUK Because when I finally spoke to your representative Ash last Friday after two weeks of failed attempts to activate the sim he promised to send out new sim card as he deemed it broken.

    @VodafoneUK I have 30 numbers with you but why is it so difficult to speak to someone who can help me whether I have one number or a thousand. I can’t do something online if your system doesn’t make allowance yet trying to get a human who I can understand to help is impossible

    .@VodafoneUK so disappointing that you’ve failed to send a replacement SIM card for my mother-in-law. She’s only been without her mobile since July as covid prevented you sending 1 for 3 months & now 1 you sent is broken! Your digital only approach alienates the vulnerable 🤬

Over the years they've "forgot" to take my dd for 18 months, support has advised me to use website features that don't even exist on multiple occasions, they seem unable to renew contracts without it being a major ball ache... utter trash.

    @VodafoneUK I did so but your response was not relevant to my problem which is with voice calls and texts, not 4G or data. I asked to "message an advisor" but have received no further response.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Going through the same experience, you cannot cancel in-store why? failed the phone call test have now visited the store to reset security and about to try and ring again, I don’t like playing the pensioner card but they are taking money from me and millions of others.

You raise prices on a dime and do not seem to be reinvesting in upgrading your network. Your customer service has been so outsourced there is almost no linkage to the company
