Steve Pointer (@tniops) reported from Norwich, England@VodafoneUK I feel let down. Now they say I owe a further £20!!!
-
Daneyka Southwell (@daneyka0408) reported from Norwich, England@VodafoneUK my data signal is TERRIBLE again. It just keeps cutting off and very frequently. Losing the will to live here, especially as your status checker says everything’s fine (it’s not)

𝓡𝓲𝓬𝓱 (@Rich_Dalzell) reported from Sprowston, England@VodafoneUK got a call from your ‘trying to sell Broadband’ team from 0800 098 7938. Told him 3 times, politely, that I didn’t want it and the guy was seriously pushy. In the end I hung up as he pissed me off. Maybe help them understand when people don’t want something. Thanks.

Colin Smith (@smithco76) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Same experience when my father died in September. Everyone was fantastic. Insurance, banks, utilities. Everything dealt with, no dramas & gave us plenty room & time to get paperwork. Virginmedia were horrible. Forced my mum to take out another contract before they’d close my dads
-
jolene Pittock (@joleneepittock) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are the worst when someone passes away. By far the most disappointing company I had to deal with at the worst time.

-
You’re Just Listening 😀 (@ChatchoMan) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK If Virgin Media are such money grabbing filth that they don’t want to believe a grieving person that contacts them and just terminate the contract they should at least backdate it based on the death certificate. Anything other than that is disgraceful.
-
Iain (@skywalker1404) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They were awful when my wife passed away absolutely terrible, I had to take to twitter to get any response
