loulouroberts (@loulouroberts1) reported from Norwich, England.@VodafoneUK so disappointing that you’ve failed to send a replacement SIM card for my mother-in-law. kenhurst 💙 (@kenhurst) reported from Norwich, England@VodafoneUK Yup, I’m doing my bit by taking time and trouble to do all that and more. But nowhere is my question “what precisely is @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup doing” answered? “Dedicated team” and “take this matter seriously” are just platitudes.

Danny B (@DannyBee595) reportedI've had such a frustrating experience upgrading with @VodafoneUK , I wish I hadn't bothered. The bloatware on the Honor Magic V6 is already horrendous, but then I have to contend with pre-ticked boxes to install even more of the crap in "Vodafone Appbox"... which can't be skipped or closed. So I've had to go through 3 (full) screens of apps which nobody wants and had to untick the apps which Vodafone conveniently (and sneakily) ticked on my behalf. This is a great way to ruin the arrival of a new phone, which should be a positive experience. My mood is already frustrated from this, that's before I even start to uninstall all the other crap that HONOR put on their phones. I remember the pain I felt when I got my last phone trying to get rid of the Vodafone bloatware, but 3 years on it is so much worse now. NOBODY WANTS THIS JUNK. You're ruining the experience of what is meant to be your main product/service. Poor show.
-
adyh (@EuclidAlgorithm) reported@Terrenc20723630 @Iromg @VodafoneUK How come they're always showing up as the cheapest option for me? And with the best customer service?
-
🏴 PK 🏴 (@PedzKeenan) reportedIf @VodafoneUK ever offer you the chance to switch to an e-sim, under no circumstances accept. The service and signal is a disgrace
