Really disappointed with @VodafoneUK! So the deal I was quoted a few days ago is apparently ‘no longer available’ and there is ‘nothing they can do’! Piss poor customer service considering I’ve been a Vodafone customer for 20 years! Will be looking at a new provider...

@VodafoneUK But I’ve tried 3 times over the phone and they 1st told me to send an email to wfx who don’t respond or give a timescale. 2nd time they put me through to wfx directly who said it will be fixed in 3 days but the issue still persists.

@Wilkster_ @VodafoneUK I was with Vodafone for best part of 30 years but had to give up when the sure signal box died as the outside signal had gotten worse over the last few years. Now with BT mobile through EE. Much improved.
