Trying to cancel my @VodafoneUK contract. Call centre sounds like it's using cans & strings. I say I'm cancelling because I've switched to fibre (300Mbps down & up), best they can physically do is 14Mbps copper... Agent: Have you tried talking to us about other plans? Me: 🤦😠

@VodafoneUK just spent almost an hour with your online chat trying to get something sorted out for an elderly relative (was then passed to another department) and just as I get to the front of the queue you close the chat. What happened to Customer Service?
