@VodafoneUK my husband and I currently have 6 accounts costing £250 a month, due to the ineptitude and unhelpful attitude of your customer complaints department ALL OF THESE WILL BE TERMINATED AS SOON AS THE CONTRACTS ARE UP!!! Well done!!! #vodafonesucks

Really disappointed of @VodafoneUK. They tell me i can upgrade earlier (2 months) to lure me into another deal, but if I want to swap to @VOXI_UK instead (a vodafone company) they ask for an early termination fee. All you change is the letterhead. This is **** service. Good bye.

Terrible customer service from @VodafoneUK. All I need to do is speak to an actual person about my new contract and you direct me to a robot that can’t answer the questions for me. Been trying to get through to someone for 24 hours now!

How @VodafoneUK remain in business astounds me. They call me and then can’t verify me as a customer. Then send me to a broken website and can’t verify me their either. They are totally useless #fail
