    @VodafoneUK my husband and I currently have 6 accounts costing £250 a month, due to the ineptitude and unhelpful attitude of your customer complaints department ALL OF THESE WILL BE TERMINATED AS SOON AS THE CONTRACTS ARE UP!!! Well done!!! #vodafonesucks

    @VodafoneUK The **** show with @vuecinemas and the meltdown in their booking system 10 days ago goes on. My codes were eaten up when I tried to book. I spent three days trying to sort it out to absolutely no avail. Was assured I'd get a refund. Now I'm back to square one.

    @VodafoneUK I had to spoke to customer services for nearly 2 hours on numerous occasions to get this rectified to get an understanding of this fault, and it was as I said to be its cause in the end, a miss reboot of the router. It's not a good start to our start of use

    @VodafoneUK What a joke Vodafone customer service had a fault on my landline the Tech dept reset my router, and now my landline now is unobtainable and on checking the number that it is working on its a Wales number and I live in Suffolk you just could not make it up

    @VodafoneUK can I please have what I am paying for, a signal. Tues signal stopped, I now have to leave my home to make a phone call using free internet from a holiday camp. Third day running I can't get use social media, make a call, not even ab emergency call from my home.

    @mk_citizen @VodafoneUK no fix from Vodafone we all in the area are told the same just try 3G and WiFi calls - why no fix of poor signal for 14 years - come on Vodafone try to give a service for the monthly fees

    @Twhittermarsh @VodafoneUK Horrible. Never used them for broadband. Having read that I won't. Hard to say who I would use in UK though... There are niche providers where you can actually talk someone sane to but they tend to sell mainly to businesses, and to charge more.
