  @Amalkadog @VodafoneUK We were both with @VodafoneUK for years - private and business contracts. We needed help from them with a connectivity issue. They wouldn't help and wouldn't release us from our contracts. Will never use them again.

  Everytime @VodafoneUK do maintenance on the location mobile tower they break it and you have no phone signal so cannot call text use the internet for weeks.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the EXACT same issue with Virgin, I had to literally refuse to get off the phone when I got through for 4 hours and basically said I'd hang up when they actually helped me. Absolutely useless customer service
