    @VodafoneUK I was hoping for a better customer service for the custom I give you. Clearly robotic replies are supposedly acceptable for a company of your magnitude! Customers will always remember how you treat them and beacuse of this experience I will rather take my business elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK final straw. After 20 years as a customer the last 10 have been the worst customer experience. Now they fail to protect me from sim swap fraud resulting in me loosing £1000's !!!!

    @sledgeski @VodafoneUK Damn, tbh SIM swap scams are probably my biggest concern, the carrier's shouldn't give them out in store full stop, only posted to registered address. I'm assuming they did the swap in store anyway. Hope you get it all sorted and really sorry to hear it

    @VodafoneUK Phone wasn't purchased from Vodafone, went to unlock via a mobile phone shop and they advised unable to unlock and the phone is locked to Vodafone network. Why would they make that up? They could of chosen any network to say it was locked to. They say it requires a master code?

    @VodafoneUK hi, what's the chances you can get closer to mobiles-co-uk for upgrade prices. They are like 50-70% cheaper but to keep my number I need to mess about by leaving VF to talkmobile first and then come back as a new customer or drop my contract to PAYG first
