    @Amalkadog @VodafoneUK We were both with @VodafoneUK for years - private and business contracts. We needed help from them with a connectivity issue. They wouldn't help and wouldn't release us from our contracts. Will never use them again.

    Trying to talk to someone at @VodafoneUK about getting broadband installed. It's been the most frustrating process so far. Talking to some stupid bot then a team in India. All I want to do is be a new customer. Awful!!!!!!!!

    @VodafoneUK @EmmaRaducanu Ordered boraband on 1st of Dec. Since then my internet is not working. Thrice the engineers has not turned up on the given appointment dates and times and when they come they donot escalate the issue and telling me the same issue as of 07 of dec (istallation date).

    @VodafoneUK please can you tell me why your customer service feel it's acceptable to leave me without broadband for over 2 weeks meaning I cannot work costing me over £100 a day.. then lie to me on the phone and your managers refusing to talk to me on the phone?

    @themastergoose @CherryPuffling @VodafoneUK Down for me also, Newport Pagnell. Just spent an hour trying to fix it myself as I assumed it was a hardware issue on my end…only now finding these threads. First time I’ve had an outage with Gigafast so took me by surprise.
