Currently sitting at the end of my road to get signal as @VodafoneUK have severely let us down with our wifi. Promised 8th august, now the the best they say is almost a week later with no alternative for wfh! Really wish @virginmedia operated in our new area, they were brilliant.

So it appears if you forget to upgrade your phone on time the monthly payment goes up exponentially with @VodafoneUK.Time to leave after 20 years!Poor customer service plus their system always ‘crashes’ if by any chance one does get connected.

It is one of THOSE days. Juggling work with limited Internet, customer service @VodafoneUK really poor. A full week without broadband when working from home is no joke. And tech team won't talk to me cos I am not the account holder.
