Mainly because if the customer service issues and the way Vodafone staff have dealt with the complaints/queries over the weeks. But thank you for replying over 24 hours LATER 😐

So I believe the service it trying to work off Perth Errol and Lomond hills which is resulting a restricted service. Still can’t receive/make calls and txts still fail to send, sporadic signal.

The dongle supplied by vodafone, to remain connected to the Internet, is hopeless at often less than 1mbps. Terrible service.

David Mc Auley (@inch8) reported@VodafoneUK BT82 is also down.. (02871 area code) had to drive to Costa just to get some wifi... Looks like all of UK and NI is down. Tobi as well has gone on strike and the web app just crashes during checking connection.

Indiana (@MrStickland) reported@VodafoneUK This thread is hilarious, people moaning, trying to call in etc! It’s down, go touch grass for a few hours. Your precious wifi will return when it’s fixed. Need it for work? Same rules apply…stop moaning and do something different with your time.
