    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom Furthermore there’s NO engineers at Grange Hill or Braeside Hilland. So I believe the service it trying to work off Perth Errol and Lomond hills which is resulting a restricted service. Still can’t receive/make calls and txts still fail to send, sporadic signal.

    @VodafoneUK Service still down and still can’t get my money back or any answers. Changing to another provider. Mainly because if the customer service issues and the way Vodafone staff have dealt with the complaints/queries over the weeks. But thank you for replying over 24 hours LATER 😐

    @TLCMarketingUK @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I won a Vodafone Competition before Christmas and nearly 7 weeks later I have still not received my tech bundle!, struggling to get any response to my emails, very poor level of service.

    Are Wi-fi companies (The Cloud, BT, Sky etc) in cahoots with network providers (@ee @VodafoneUK etc)? I keep finding I’m in the middle of a data-hungry operation and I’ve been logged off or lost Wi-fi connection. Several months in a row I’ve run out of data as a result.

    Day 8 with no home broadband (it died at 9:50am on Friday the 12th). @VodafoneUK seem to be getting the runaround from @CityFibre. Multiple customers affected. How can it possibly take a competent network operator this long to find never-mind actually fix the fault?

    @VodafoneUK No network coverage it’s been happening on and off for atleast a week and today it was for 20mins which resulted in me missing a call from my sons school! I had the same problem on Monday!

    @VodafoneUK 🙄 can't log in or register, can't chat. Always issues with contacting you guys. Time for my upgrade but I'm not going through the stress of last time. Sort your systems out please or I'll find a company I can get info and customer service from! 🙄

    @VodafoneUK I reported the same issue every single month last year. Every month you close the issue as resolved.. It's never been resolved. Is it policy to lie to your customers, or do you just not train your staff? Very disconcerting for such a large company! #SupportFail
