Mainly because if the customer service issues and the way Vodafone staff have dealt with the complaints/queries over the weeks. But thank you for replying over 24 hours LATER 😐

Been there before, in one day over 12 times before the penny dropped I CAN NOT receive texts due to no service.

Just because you think Ive been with you 11 years had 3 contracts running simultaneous with you, you don’t treat customers like you lot do. I’m going with @O2 as soon as my other 2 contracts end!

So I believe the service it trying to work off Perth Errol and Lomond hills which is resulting a restricted service. Still can’t receive/make calls and txts still fail to send, sporadic signal.

The dongle supplied by vodafone, to remain connected to the Internet, is hopeless at often less than 1mbps. Terrible service.

Indiana (@MrStickland) reported@VodafoneUK This thread is hilarious, people moaning, trying to call in etc! It’s down, go touch grass for a few hours. Your precious wifi will return when it’s fixed. Need it for work? Same rules apply…stop moaning and do something different with your time.
