    @VodafoneUK Service still down and still can’t get my money back or any answers. Changing to another provider. Mainly because of the customer service issues and the way Vodafone staff have dealt with the complaints/queries over the weeks. But thank you for replying over 24 hours LATER 😐

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom Furthermore there’s NO engineers at Grange Hill or Braeside Hilland. So I believe the service it trying to work off Perth Errol and Lomond hills which is resulting a restricted service. Still can’t receive/make calls and txts still fail to send, sporadic signal.

    @TLCMarketingUK @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I won a Vodafone Competition before Christmas and nearly 7 weeks later I have still not received my tech bundle!, struggling to get any response to my emails, very poor level of service.

    day 56 and still no working phone purchased new from @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup , no offer of a replacement, no help. They contact me after I tweet with promises then disappear. Worst service ever.

    @VodafoneUK Oh so I’ve found out!! My point is at NO point during my call to yourselves to upgrade aas I told this was the case!! Bad customer service! It’s like selling someone a car letting them get to the petroleum station and not giving them the key to the petrel cap!!!

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup It’s been 12 days now I haven’t received my SIM replacement card. In this day and age when mobile numbers are important you guys send SIM CARD by Royal Mail 1st class normal post. 😤Every online co. has next day delivery service. Pathetic. #vodafone

    @VodafoneUK Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been trying to resolve an issue for nearly two months now and they have not had the courtesy to come back to me. This means I’m currently paying more on my monthly bill than what I contractually signed up to!
