@Marklewis89 @VodafoneUK Quick fix for data is to go to into network settings and select 2G/3G only. You can at least get data this way... Not ideal. Vodafone are fobbing me off with 'fixes' that never work and can't point at where the issue is and when it'll be fixed.

After a stressful day I had to once again deal with @VodafoneUK Thankfully this time they actually helped me. Hopefully they stick to what was said. I’ll find out tomorrow. After previous bad experiences I’m impressed with the team member and how he quickly helped.

@VodafoneUK Anyone else having a problem with leaving a phone back to Vodafone? I cancelled my contract over a week ago and they were to send me the envelope to return but the have told me its royal mails fault but wont give me address to post the phone back myself.

Has anyone ever had issues with getting a PAC code/NUC code from @VodafoneUK? I’m close to making a formal complaint and taking my case to the Ombudsman. If anyone reading this has any advice, please DM me. I’ve never ever dealt with an organisation like this before. Horrific

@VodafoneUK Could you make it easier for people to cancel contracts with you? After spending probably 10k with you over several years all I want is to leave. How do I contact you without having to call you during working hours and wait in a bloody queue. Why is that so hard in a digital age?
