@VodafoneUK Fours hours on and @VodaphoneUK have been telling me how to solve the problem of 'slow speeds' when our problem is 'NO speeds, i.e, it keeps disappearing altogether Their latest 'solution' is to connect via a wired connector'! A 'wired connection' in 2021. We have come along way.

@VodafoneUK I paid my bill 2 days ago but it is still a pending transaction on my bank account. You keep texting me that the bill is overdue. I have tried to speak to an advisor but I am forced to speak to the automated service because the bill is outstanding can you please help
