@BBCWatchdog @VodafoneUK Can see it ending up in small claims court as I'll no doubt be left with no alternative other than to stop paying, if their level of customer support for outages and unpaid compensation is anything to go by.

@VodafoneUK Hi, still waiting on a call and my Internet is down again. Auto message says estimated fix time of 6am tomorrow. No warning, unable to work again. @Vodafone @VodafoneUK not providing a service or compensation. Won't even waive my fee for ending my contract early.
