@si610 @VodafoneUK I had to leave in the end. I actually tried to get an upgraded service and it was so painful a process I gave up and went to @TalkTalk which so far have been spot on. No outages and seem less transfer.

@VodafoneUK Noticing some network performance issues. Signal shows 4G/5G but not actually connectivity. Cannot browser or use internet based apps. Switching to 3G works ok. Using Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite in London E3. No reports on your signal checker to show issues.

@VodafoneUK @lionsofficial Shocking service from @VodafoneUK - install broadband that engineer tells me from offset won’t work as connections are broken in box in my neighbourhood. Then spend ages on phone and online trying to sort at my own expense. Will be cancelling as soon as I can get anyone to do it
