    @mgrenrat @VodafoneUK IP8 no Vodafone broadband since yesterday, also virtually no mobile signal on any device. Was told after near 2 hrs on hold yesterday could take up to 3 days to fix! Its an internal Vodafone issue as neighbours BT broadband works.

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for giving my Ukrainian refugee relative a SIM card with unlimited calls. But your press release says calls to Ukraine are free, but when she calls Ukraine, there's a message saying "calls to this number are not included and will be charged extra". Pls help.

    .@VodafoneUK why ask me to send a private message and then just ignore it anyway? The phone number just directs you to use the online chat, the online chat just offers set answer options, this is disgusting customer service

    @VodafoneUK hi. I keep getting spam calls from slightly different numbers that share the first 8 digits of my own number. i.e. 07-xxx-xxx-yyy where the xs are the same as my number but the ys are different to mine and different each time. Can you offer any help to stop them?

    @VodafoneUK We requested a network unlock code in October and it never came through. We requested another one last Sunday (nearly 5 days ago) and it's not come through. Please can you help.

    I left @VodafoneUK a few years ago, terribly unhappy because they couldn't get their act together. Thought I'd give them another try. Oh I was wrong. Same old story. The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Never again.

    1st thing @VodafoneUK try to fob you off with ‘there may be a problem with your handset.. Even though my phone is fine outside of my house.. 2nd ‘we’ll have an engineer out to look at the mast’ Yeah, of course you will. Shocking customer service!!!

I still have no Customer support after being without my Home Phone, Wi-Fi & Mobile for over a week now, essential for Vodafone to get back to me on this - there is a duty of care from companies, fair play please?
