@VodafoneUK Oh and I've spent over 3 weeks and approximately 20 Hours talking to them to get nowhere. They are an absolute shambles. Disgusting service & staff that are not correctly trained. I have 36 years of Customer Service experience & I wouldn't do what they have done.

I don't normally moan but @VodafoneUK have really peeved me off. After 30 years with them, I've been lied to & let down by 16 customer service members. They've just happened to lose a recorded call for a promised upgrade & tried to bribe me with a £100 credit to drop my complaint

@VodafoneUK Don't send me an alert saying I have won a prize when I haven't. A free bag of @joeandseph popcorn when I spend £12 really isn't a prize and doesn't warrant a push notification. Poor marketing & negative for both brands leaving a sour taste, app notifications blocked

@VodafoneUK @_DoomAndGloom It's a sorry state of affairs when you only deal with these issues when you get shamed into doing so on social media. You must have known the payment was taken 3 times yet you did nothing to notify your customer nor did you attempt to undo your mistake(s). You caused her stress.
