    @mgrenrat @VodafoneUK IP8 no Vodafone broadband since yesterday, also virtually no mobile signal on any device. Was told after near 2 hrs on hold yesterday could take up to 3 days to fix! Its an internal Vodafone issue as neighbours BT broadband works.

    @VodafoneUK so fed up with how slow my internet is.....so bad I had to tweet using 4G...called you over 10 times and still never sorts out the problem...annoyed is an understatement!!!

    Sadly looks like after 3 years with @VodafoneUK when my contract ends in August, I'll be joining another network. Charging me £40 more than it should and refusing correct the bill

    @VodafoneUK You’re not kidding!! I have 4 accounts I pay for, this is going to make a huge difference to me. I wouldn’t even mind if I got a good signal at my home address, but I don’t. Never mind eh, you’re still making your money. Don’t worry about the millions of us struggling to cope now

    @VodafoneUK firstly a direct debit was set up when I explicitly informed your advisors I would like to cancel, and now I am at risk of losing a number I've been using for the past 15 years. That coupled with your very unhelpful staff is a recipe for a very bad experience.

    @cjsmith1980 @VodafoneUK There's horror stories on every network, never a good option. Someone at @EE just hung up on me earlier... the second call I could just hear loads of people shouting in the background and she was totally disinterested. Always good and bad.

    @VodafoneUK Absolutely terrible company and terrible customer service. Had internet installed and not done properly, didn't get internet for 6 weeks. Was promised compensation of £8 per day. Spent hours on the phone, multiple times and eventually given £40. Avoid at all costs

    @VodafoneUK I've cancelled my new contract with you over a week ago & cancelled my direct debit due to your atrocious customer service, yet still my number is being ported out of my current provider. I've been on hold for nearly an hour to try and get through to someone.
