    Sadly looks like after 3 years with @VodafoneUK when my contract ends in August, I'll be joining another network. Charging me £40 more than it should and refusing correct the bill

    @VodafoneUK why is your App constantly down? Nearly every time I use it it has to reload, then it tells me you are having a few issues right now. It’s the worst app I use! A company of your profile should do better!

    @VodafoneUK why is everything such a hassle to get sorted. Seven calls to you in the last 42 days regarding home broadband issues and a backup dongle that has never worked since the start of my contract.

    Hi @VodafoneUK do you have staff that actually help you rather than A. End the call B. Transfer the call C. Tell you to hold whilst they “check” then keep you on hold forever until your made to hang up. It happens every time. After 10 years of being a customer I am now leaving 👋🏼

    @VodafoneUK What exactly is the point of allowing users to customised the filters on the SecureNet service if the service will just overrule those settings and block things anyway? As it stands I appear to be paying extra to be provided with a worse service...

    @VodafoneUK hi we had install yesterday and still no activation, we were told would be up to midnight last night. Not a great start. Tried to log into my Vodafone and keep getting errors.

    @VodafoneUK Complaint 34364355. Just transferred to yourselves from TalkTalk. You disconnected my internet with TalkTalk as per our agreement, but failed to follow your processes and connect me to your Home Broadband through OpenReach!
