    Not even a month with @VodafoneUK broadband and the router has stopped working. It’s clearly broken and I need a new one sent out but apparently the technical team need 72 hours to get back to me. Absolute terrible service.

    @VodafoneUK Been with Vodafone 15 years and 'upgrade' on 3rd Dec. The phone never turned up and every time i ring they fob me off saying they are investigating. I am now getting messages saying i owe a bill for a phone I've never had. Very disappointing
