    @VodafoneUK so fed up with how slow my internet is.....so bad I had to tweet using 4G...called you over 10 times and still never sorts out the problem...annoyed is an understatement!!!

    Sadly looks like after 3 years with @VodafoneUK when my contract ends in August, I'll be joining another network. Charging me £40 more than it should and refusing correct the bill

    @The_Mark_Morris @VodafoneUK Calling to dispute my bill and all I get is “before we can connect you to an operate, we can see you have an outstanding amount to pay, we will now send you to our automated payment service”. Useless

    Dear @Vodafoneuk, your internet service is beyond embarrassingly bad. 5 or 6 or more dropouts a day for the last 6 months. I'll be gone when the contract is up.

    @VodafoneUK I recently moved broadband and landline to you from BT and whilst the broadband has worked I have spent ages trying to get into my online acct and find out what is happening with our new landline number. Process is poor and communication has been poor.

    Found out that @VodafoneUK has stopped offering WI-FI on London Underground. It was very suspicious that I kept having problems connecting to the Wi-fi for a few weeks! Ugh what a stupid decision now I have to go for someone else!
