    @mgrenrat @VodafoneUK IP8 no Vodafone broadband since yesterday, also virtually no mobile signal on any device. Was told after near 2 hrs on hold yesterday could take up to 3 days to fix! Its an internal Vodafone issue as neighbours BT broadband works.

    @VodafoneUK You’re not kidding!! I have 4 accounts I pay for, this is going to make a huge difference to me. I wouldn’t even mind if I got a good signal at my home address, but I don’t. Never mind eh, you’re still making your money. Don’t worry about the millions of us struggling to cope now

    hi @VodafoneUK. How could I go about escalating a complaint and associated refund please? Im not one to usually complain but I have tried with customer services on phone a few times, been promised a fast resolution and that a complaint would be filed but no response. Thanks. 👍🏻
