    @mgrenrat @VodafoneUK IP8 no Vodafone broadband since yesterday, also virtually no mobile signal on any device. Was told after near 2 hrs on hold yesterday could take up to 3 days to fix! Its an internal Vodafone issue as neighbours BT broadband works.

    @jaydeadams @VodafoneUK Can I just say, I'm so glad someone is getting some spotlight on just how ******* tremendously horrendous, unhelpful and infuriating Vodafone's customer service is. I imagine it's a management or middle management issue, generally feel for the customer serving staff.

    @jaydeadams Having the same problems... been with @VodafoneUK for over 20 years & they have screwed me over removing my emergency service discount for no reason and refusing to put it back on. Bunch of swindlers. Will be terminating my contract ASAP. Awful customer service. #fuckvodafone

    @oliverlarkin @VodafoneUK I've always had a good service from them personally. Don't think I'm taking the pxxx but have you got the router in the mains socket? The reason I ask is because my son moved our to be nearer his Xbox years ago, to a secondary port. That ruined the broadband.

    @VodafoneUK I just cannot understand why as a customer of Vodafone got 24 years I cannot obtain a renewal deal as cost effective as moving to a third party supplier WITH a Vodafone air time contract. It makes no sense at all.
