@VodafoneUK so fed up with how slow my internet is.....so bad I had to tweet using 4G...called you over 10 times and still never sorts out the problem...annoyed is an understatement!!!

Sadly looks like after 3 years with @VodafoneUK when my contract ends in August, I'll be joining another network. Charging me £40 more than it should and refusing correct the bill

@VodafoneUK It's working now, but you *really* need a solution to fixing WiFi outages that doesn't require accessing Internet to get support. If you have a WiFi outage you often don't have Internet ya know?

@VodafoneUK what a complete waste of time of a company, try to buy a data only sim as a new business customer and they cant handle it, seems they warehouse has a technical issue that means the order needs to be cancelled and a new order created by me!

Hey @VodafoneUK I've requested an eSim to eSim swap yesterday evening. The old eSim got disconnected straight away, but haven't received the new eSim via email yet. 24hrs already passed without service. Any clue?

@VodafoneUK Rates rose in between times from below 1% to 2.2% for my mortgage as a result of delay and Vodafone refusal to acknowledge the bad credit rating was inappropriate - and ending up with a letter from Vodafone saying go to Ombudsman, we’re done. I’ve been a Vodafone custmr 20+years

@VonnWilken @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had similar experience with 02 - will never use them again. It's a stupid way to run a business as a tiny amount of time and effort to sort the problem out would have cost them a lot less than the amount of money they would have got over the years had I remained a customer.
