    @CPWTweets @VodafoneUK please help I have just gone over to vodafone this morning, I can phone people and I have had one call to my phone but my husband can't phone me so I phoned my number from home phone and it said I had dialled an incorrect number 😟

    @VodafoneUK so fed up with how slow my internet is.....so bad I had to tweet using 4G...called you over 10 times and still never sorts out the problem...annoyed is an understatement!!!

    @mgrenrat @VodafoneUK IP8 no Vodafone broadband since yesterday, also virtually no mobile signal on any device. Was told after near 2 hrs on hold yesterday could take up to 3 days to fix! Its an internal Vodafone issue as neighbours BT broadband works.

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for giving my Ukrainian refugee relative a SIM card with unlimited calls. But your press release says calls to Ukraine are free, but when she calls Ukraine, there's a message saying "calls to this number are not included and will be charged extra". Pls help.

    @VodafoneUK You’re not kidding!! I have 4 accounts I pay for, this is going to make a huge difference to me. I wouldn’t even mind if I got a good signal at my home address, but I don’t. Never mind eh, you’re still making your money. Don’t worry about the millions of us struggling to cope now

    Sadly looks like after 3 years with @VodafoneUK when my contract ends in August, I'll be joining another network. Charging me £40 more than it should and refusing correct the bill

    @VodafoneUK I have been waiting 7 WEEKS for you to sort my phone account out so I can upgrade. Hours spent on the phone. Promises broken. No resolution. No one phones back to sort it. I am far from impressed. GET IT SORTED!!! From an extremely frustrated customer

    1/1 I need help urgently! I was not getting data or the ability to send texts when I arrived in the Canary Islands yesterday. I checked all the settings on my phone and data roaming was on etc. @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Worst service ever when I have an issue. Website often doesn't work and now your live chat isn't working and no assistants available. I only want to change my mobile number so I can log into my account. Have tried for the last 3 months. It isn't rocket science.

    How bad is @VodafoneUK customer service? I contacted their online chat and was told I'm 92 in the queue...92! I've been on hold on their phone now for 15 mins! My contract ends mid-January. No way I'm renewing.
