    @mgrenrat @VodafoneUK IP8 no Vodafone broadband since yesterday, also virtually no mobile signal on any device. Was told after near 2 hrs on hold yesterday could take up to 3 days to fix! Its an internal Vodafone issue as neighbours BT broadband works.

    Appalling service from @VodafoneUK AGAIN. I really recommend people avoid a contracted service with this shocking company. Phone/chat/retail do not communicate at all. I've spoken to 5 agents in 1.5 hours simply cancelling a contract I already cancelled 30 days ago...

    @thomashurstAG @peterkyle @VodafoneUK It's when your current contract runs out that they're going to charge, so check when that is first. And tbh, I've no doubt the other networks will soon follow suit. (EE network had announced their intention to do this in June.)
