    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk @VodafoneUK My internet is so slow that when I video call a group of friends I'm unable to join in. They can't hear me and my screen keeps freezing, I can only communicate by typing in chat whilst watching them chat away to each other. I live alone, internet is so important for me to connect

    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk It's crazy, their message is that they're not running those services because of covid which suggests they haven't managed to make the move to working from home. I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

    @jcampbell_05 @VodafoneUK For some reason I just went ‘yeah sure midnight green’ because it was the first option but holy shit I don’t care I just want my upgrade. But Vodafone sort of weirdly assumes you won’t be open to Any Other Option.

    @VodafoneUK @GuardianLabs Don't bother with Vodafone as a supplier though, as a disabled customer this has been a horrible journey. You don't listen or fix any issues yet still charge full price and ignore customers.

    @VodafoneUK I can't... your Internet is rubbish and your customer service is even worse, as a disabled customer, your treatment and handling of this has been so far from satisfactory, its stuck in the u-bend. I've already cancelled Direct debit, you can run and jump for termination fees

    @VodafoneUK @GuardianLabs Having a WiFi service that actually works and a provider that doesn't ignore the issues. Have cancelled my direct debit. You are not disability friendly and are useless in customer service. Stick to mobile phones, Internet supply is clearly not your forte.

    @DavidSowden8 @VodafoneUK To be fair, my S7 & S9 were ok (although there were similar problems on the S7 when I was in Canada a few years ago, so really needed to use Wi-fi calling). It seems to need a phone as well as a network setting to be in sync... one of their team has been messaging suggestions!

    @VodafoneUK Wouldn't bother.... Their WiFi is rubbish and if disabled, you've not a chance in hell of getting it fixed.... Not a disability friendly company with rubbish customer service

    @VodafoneUK You are supposed to deal in communications tech, not pets... Quit messing about and actually respond when you are not providing service promised to a disabled customer who has tried multiple times in the last 5 months to get WiFi fixed. Non responsive to DMs as well...Disgusting

    @VodafoneUK worst customer service I’ve ever received, was told I went over by 200MB, charged for 3GB. Mistake on your behalf but ‘the fee charged is still valid’.
