    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk It's crazy, their message is that they're not running those services because of covid which suggests they haven't managed to make the move to working from home. I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk @VodafoneUK My internet is so slow that when I video call a group of friends I'm unable to join in. They can't hear me and my screen keeps freezing, I can only communicate by typing in chat whilst watching them chat away to each other. I live alone, internet is so important for me to connect

    @VodafoneUK for about 2 days now I've had no 4g only H+ (sometimes just H) , yet on your site there's seemingly no 4g issues. Postcode CM20

    @VodafoneUK I’m in a cycle of hell with your broadband with intermittent signal. Your technical team do the same every time and 90 mins later I’m back to square 1 or worse and your cancellation team won’t let me cancel because your technical team say they can fix it.

    @VodafoneUK never use Vodafone for any service many other companies offer better provision. I have been a customer for 18 years my latest contract has not provided me with the agreed service or fixed despite multiple calls I can’t wait to leave and will never use Vodafone again.

    @VodafoneUK My new broadband connection was meant to go live on 13th Jan but yet I'm still waiting. 🤔 No updates from your team unless I chase it up. Really really poor service. Can someone help me get this sorted ASAP or I will be cancelling my order and going elsewhere.
