@VodafoneUK I get constant dropped calls from Comoros and Botswana. I report these by text but still the same numbers keep calling. I’ve tried to phone but your IVR system won’t let me speak to a person. Very unhappy about the fact I can’t talk to someone about this. Please help.

@DPDgroup_news I have had the worst experience with #DPD you surround yourself with technology but can’t drop a phone from @VodafoneUK to a customer with a doorbell that works, a 24 hr Concierge and clear instructions given via your app 🤬

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 5 weeks since our complaint. No response. Is this how you cater to customers? Wrong phone sent, false contract granted, administrative difficulties, staff arguments, staff confusion all at the expense of the customers time that we will not get back.

I went to @VodafoneUK for assistance after trip to Dublin, they said my settings were fine but they couldn't help because I wasn't abroad & currently experiencing the issue I am now in Madrid having purchased the 8 day Europe package as advised & still have no connection 2/x

@VodafoneUK Just cancelled one of my plans with you as changing to sim only. There’s an offer on my account for a new sim plan. When I phoned was told if I cancel plan I have and then start new sim plan I can’t keep my number, is this correct?
