    @_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

    @VodafoneUK first day being a #vodafonebroadband customer and I could not be more displeased. Upon agreeing to switch I was told “smooth and within minutes you’ll be online” and I actually believed them. I’ve been a mobile customer 8yrs, abandon+change perhaps #CustomerExperience

    @VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

    @VodafoneUK experience that I totally regret. They haven’t changed or improve at all. In fact they’re getting worse. With incomplete unfriendly lying staff. That’s there just to lie and deceive you as a customer.

    Hi @VodafoneUK, I’m a home broadband customer on Superfast 2 package. Recently been having issues, my connection would drop around 9/10pm then would come back on 1/2am. Happened few days in a row. Got in contact and booked Openreach engineer. Found no issues on my line.

    @VodafoneUK I upgraded my handset in July 2018 to an iPhone X. The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. The ******* the phone was helpful.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve got a SIM of yours to test out in my phone at home to see if there is any signal, before I switch networks. However, there is ‘No Service’. I don’t want to spend £10 on a bundle just to prove whether it has signal so how do I check ?

    @VodafoneUK never use Vodafone for any service many other companies offer better provision. I have been a customer for 18 years my latest contract has not provided me with the agreed service or fixed despite multiple calls I can’t wait to leave and will never use Vodafone again.
