@VodafoneUK What a scam your very me rewards are. Tried to book the Vue tickets on Saturday and there were issues with the booking system so my codes were voided and no tickets for me. Customer service doesn't work weekends and the movie is tomorrow. I have now spent more time

Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

Working from home due to the snow but @VodafoneUK broadband isn't working. Call helpline, automated system says problem in the area, theyre "working on it". it hung up without option to speak to anyone.Down at 9pm last night ETA fix 6pm. Refund for the 21hrs without service? 🤔

@VodafoneUK Yes phone and app fully updated, uninstalled and reinstalled, Im using an iphone 14 pro max, its not a problem my end, ive tried whilst on 4G and wifi connected, always get error messages, it clearly states your having technical difficulties yet Im the one its costing!
