    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 5 weeks since our complaint. No response. Is this how you cater to customers? Wrong phone sent, false contract granted, administrative difficulties, staff arguments, staff confusion all at the expense of the customers time that we will not get back.

    @VodafoneUK I get constant dropped calls from Comoros and Botswana. I report these by text but still the same numbers keep calling. I’ve tried to phone but your IVR system won’t let me speak to a person. Very unhappy about the fact I can’t talk to someone about this. Please help.

    @DPDgroup_news I have had the worst experience with #DPD you surround yourself with technology but can’t drop a phone from @VodafoneUK to a customer with a doorbell that works, a 24 hr Concierge and clear instructions given via your app 🤬

    @VodafoneUK As I said I have submitted a complaint. If you are the same department that I have spoken to lots of times, and the technical team it seems that no one can help me, or makes false promises. I just want others to be aware and thinks twice about Vodafone Broadband.
