Tonight Vodafone ate my 80 pounds. I couldn't connect to customer service at all. Vodafone never found a solution to my problem. A complete disappointment . I will change my operator as soon as possible. Do not use Vodafone!!! @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK We are currently paying for a service that is not fit for purpose. The only reason I have broadband is for Xbox & my laptop. Currently I'm only getting use of my laptop as I can't use my Xbox most of the time. Will you allow me to leave my contract? Reduce my fee?

Upgraded to @VodafoneUK 900mb Pro Home broadband 3 weeks ago. After over 30 hours waiting in queues, talking to support, web chats, Twitter chats and phone chats. Still not been upgraded, and only having speeds of 100mb. Losing my patience with this company now. #Vodafone
