@markchristie I enjoy feeding you material! I’m caught in a similar loop with @VodafoneUK at the moment. The problem is that the people manning their social handles don’t have any more information than is available on their website and, crucially, no authority. It’s so damaging to the brand.

It's so weird (& troubling) how these mobile phones have taken such a hold on our lives. I was awake at the crack of dawn worrying if I'd ever be able to unlock the damn thing again but thanks to @VodafoneUK online customer support, they sorted it for me. Phew!

@VodafoneUK Managed to do it now -via livechat. It was changing my DD details onto a joint account. It said I couldn't do it online so I had to ring 191, but the 191 service was doing everything in its power to push me to the website instead of giving me someone to talk to

The way that @VodafoneUK customer services are set up seems to be to try to make you give up after hours on hold with really loud music, it’s so inaccessible and it’s really impacting my quality of life as it flares my illness so much.
