    Absolutely pathetic from @VodafoneUK They **** up my order and apparently I have to be passed from pillar to post to fox their mistake. Worse they tell me I will be phoned in a 30 minute window and don't, so ****** off

    @VodafoneUK I was told that being a business customer I had to order over the phone. Very helpful advisor but in 2019 simple things such as additional connections should be self service

    @VodafoneUK reached out to me to help 'solve' my broadband problem yesterday after I posted online. Their idea of help was, as usual, to make me the customer feel that I should be able and feel responsible for rectifying the problem! Awful customer service @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK I have spent hours explaining my issue to vodafone. After my last conversation I was promised a call back on 30th January, not heard anything. I'm now actively looking at other networks.
