Never ever choose @VodafoneUK first chance I’ll have to move from them I’ll do it... their agents are ignorant and not willing to help... I’ve been without a phone number for over 48 hours and after several hours on hold and being transferred to different departments they hung up

@VodafoneUK I keep having broadband connectivity issues, each time I end up spending an hour or more on online chats with your staff, some good, others not. In the end nothing is resolved & I’m convinced the real issue is the ancient Openreach infrastructure in my area.

Have nothing but problems with @VodafoneUK. On hold again for another 35 mins about an issue they said they sorted yesterday. Paying £75 a month for a brand new phone that doesn’t work because of the provider. Disappointed.

@VodafoneUK My partner was assaulted & robbed in London & he had to be transferred 4 times in order for you to cancel his contract. He said dealing Vodafone customer service was just as bad as being robbed and assaulted. Advice to anyone in the UK, @tescomobile are brillant.

@VodafoneUK are a **** show! I pay for 3 contracts out my account and to upgrade to an s21 ultra they are charging a ridiculous amount! 16 yrs of custom and this is how you get treated not to mention they transferred me 5 times on 1 chat this morning. Crap!
