    @VodafoneUK @toadtomj I have not had a Vodafone signal in my house or my previous house for over 22 years. My company were stupid enough to choose Vodafone, I on the other hand chose Three for my personal mobile and the overall service and coverage is a million times better than Vodafone.

    Told by @VodafoneUK shop in #Basingstoke that they would send my daughter’s #Vodafone branded phone for repair free of charge. It has a broken charging port. Took it in and because the screen is cracked now told there would be a charge.

    Absolutely pathetic from @VodafoneUK They **** up my order and apparently I have to be passed from pillar to post to fox their mistake. Worse they tell me I will be phoned in a 30 minute window and don't, so ****** off

    @VodafoneUK Still unable to get any sense out of anyone, when you can get passed TOBi the agents arent helpful! Security questions need to be looked at, I provide x5 yet you need x7! I am glad I am cancelling my contract if this is how I get treated as a customer!

    @VodafoneUK One of my others ends in the next few days but again I can't pay the £4 odd that's left and upgrade it it's bizarre so possibly moving that along with the others to another network too

    Why oh why oh why have @VodafoneUK got rid of WiFi on the tube. I am seriously struggling over here with no connectivity. And as a long term customer, not sure what your USP is over other networks now??!!? What a mess.

    @VodafoneUK And weeks on, the saga continues. After a further visit from Openreach engineer, spent most of last Thursday on the phone or Twitter Messenger trying to get some semblance of service from you. Finally, told Tech would check the Router and replace if necessary. 1/n
