@VodafoneUK my issue started on the 8th of jan gets escalated to customer relations with a special number to call every time I call no one knows what the issue is - the line signal from your team is useless as you can’t hear them and they don’t know what to do #badcustomerservice

Just got a text from @VodafoneUK to say in line with “inflation” my contract will be going up 2.5% ... again You would think they would just freeze increases in the midst of a global pandemic where communication is more vital than ever. You just lost a future customer.

@VodafoneUK your customer service was great, until I tried to cancel a contract. Tobi was excellent, he was less of a robot than the human I got through to, who took me round in circles... An hour and a half to cancel a long out of term contract is ridiculous.
