@g0lfp @VodafoneUK In their defence they did include their phone number, which goes through to their “automated assistant” that fails to understand you. That’s ok, I pay for Prime Contact… but they’re never there. No problem, I’ll just email… oh wait.

@VodafoneUK I’ve already wasted a load of time with unhelpful online chats who always end up telling me there’s nothing they can do. Can never get through in the phone. It’s pretty bad, too stressful, and very frustrating. Every time.

@VodafoneUK my issue started on the 8th of jan gets escalated to customer relations with a special number to call every time I call no one knows what the issue is - the line signal from your team is useless as you can’t hear them and they don’t know what to do #badcustomerservice

Just got a text from @VodafoneUK to say in line with “inflation” my contract will be going up 2.5% ... again You would think they would just freeze increases in the midst of a global pandemic where communication is more vital than ever. You just lost a future customer.

@VodafoneUK I've dropped my phone at your Harrow store for repair since 19th October and it has been a horror story since then and to date still haven't gotten back my phone. At dead lock review since 18th November and no update. Horrible customer service. Shame on you.

@Matthew_Wright @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK You should, but when we tried this with Vodaphone, who are awful, I couldn’t receive calls for 3 months and then my number somehow got given to a PAYG, so I received all their calls. Quite an education were those calls! Nightmare for our business.
