@VodafoneUK Thanks @VodafoneUK but as soon as i log in as existing customer you either get ‘buy as additional plan’ or upgrade with a new phone. I just want to replace my current contract with SIM only. It might not be what you want me to do but it’s my preference and can’t do #vodaphoneuk

@VodafoneUK I’ve already wasted a load of time with unhelpful online chats who always end up telling me there’s nothing they can do. Can never get through in the phone. It’s pretty bad, too stressful, and very frustrating. Every time.

Trying to cancel my Pay Monthly Sim with @VodafoneUK after being told to do it online by their complaints team. There is NO option to cancel on the app, you have to call 191, but could have upgraded at the touch of a button. Now been 90 mins on hold. Next step @Ofcom.
