Virgin never even got provisioned and EE was practically non existent for the 2 years we had to endure it. Vodafone has been ok but the connection issues and no real ability to speak to a human is difficult.

I just want to replace my current contract with SIM only. It might not be what you want me to do but it’s my preference and can’t do #vodaphoneuk

My phone has been faulty since returning from repair. Battery just goes at any point and first come back on. It’s still under warranty. Y can’t I just get a phone
