@VodafoneUK thanks for the crap service I’m getting from over the phone to in store in Crawley. No one wants to help. My phone has been faulty since returning from repair. Battery just goes at any point and first come back on. It’s still under warranty. Y can’t I just get a phone

  • AutyWarriorMum
Maria Cook 🌈✈️🎭 (@AutyWarriorMum) reported from Crawley, England

Can someone from @VodafoneUK contact me pls ASAP. I’ve been a customer since you were #PeoplesPhone &I’ve just had to do my upgrade over the phone (Tammy) as the online&Tobi options were quite frankly useless. Tammy was GREAT, BUT she couldn’t add my 20% discount on. Oh dear....

  • chrisquarterz
Chris Quartermain (@chrisquarterz) reported from Godalming, England

@VodafoneUK Oooor look up Chris Quartermain phone number ending in 803 (there are not too many of us ) and sort out my new problem and compensate me for the old ones. My wife and i have wasted hours on the phone to you lot.

Apparently the ignorance and stupidity is spreading. @VodafoneUK 4G mast burnt down in #Crawley by idiots. I hope the police find them, and lock them up before they can disconnect anyone else from their loved ones during this difficult time. These criminals need to be stopped!

  • cragstaar
CRAGGY (@cragstaar) reported from Haslemere, England

Just got a text from @VodafoneUK to say in line with “inflation” my contract will be going up 2.5% ... again You would think they would just freeze increases in the midst of a global pandemic where communication is more vital than ever. You just lost a future customer.

  • filace
Jon Fautley (@filace) reported from Guildford, England

@g0lfp @VodafoneUK In their defence they did include their phone number, which goes through to their “automated assistant” that fails to understand you. That’s ok, I pay for Prime Contact… but they’re never there. No problem, I’ll just email… oh wait.

  • MAGIC72
MAGIC3CPFC🦅❤️💙🦅❤️💙 (@MAGIC72) reported from Crawley, England

@Jonnogreig @VodafoneUK Good luck with that. I have been waiting for them to unlock my paid up phone since early July so I can make calls or receive from another provider. Customer service appalling and all they do is make excuses & blame apple 🍎 or their NUC team for a service that should take 10 days

  • hallam_rob
rob hallam (@hallam_rob) reported from Crawley, England

@VodafoneUK finally someone who helped at last. Thnk you salah. (No not mo.). 3 weeks. Is no good. Even the twitter lady didn’t even sort it just worried about bad publicity. #shameful

  • AngusIrvine1
Angus Irvine (@AngusIrvine1) reported from Ewhurst, England

Hi @VodafoneUK why has my disabled daughter not got her unlock code? Two request and a complaint and no answer! You now owe for three weeks of a service she can’t use. #cheatsandliars

  • moulouanne
Sara Eloquin (@moulouanne) reported from Horsham, England

@VodafoneUK Please demonstrate your Customer care by sharing your research into the safety of this technology. Lloyd’s clearly think it’s unsafe as they will not insure against 5G health complaints.

  • marktikky
Mark T (@marktikky) reported from Crawley, England

@VodafoneUK it seems that your data network is down here in Crawley but your live chat said it was my data settings on my phone... which I haven’t touched since I got this phone and have been fine the rest of the time 🙄

  • AutyWarriorMum
Maria Cook 🌈✈️🎭 (@AutyWarriorMum) reported from Crawley, England

@VodafoneUK Thank you, much appreciated. I really do mean that. I’ve been a customer since before Vodafone was Vodafone (used to be Peoples Phone!!) and this would be really helpful right now being stuck indoors trying to not only care for my son, but home school him too.... 🙏🏻

  • AngusIrvine1
Angus Irvine (@AngusIrvine1) reported from Ewhurst, England

@VodafoneUK The truth is that you don’t help

  • AngusIrvine1
Angus Irvine (@AngusIrvine1) reported from Ewhurst, England

The level of incompetence @VodafoneUK meets new lows each time I have the misfortune of dealing with them. One month after leaving my disabled daughter still cannot use her phone. Fix the problem

  • AngusIrvine1
Angus Irvine (@AngusIrvine1) reported from Ewhurst, England

One month ago my daughter moved off @VodafoneUK due to disgraceful “service” she still cannot use her phone as you refuse to unlock it. Why?

@MrVeesh @virginmedia @VodafoneUK The speeds after this fix are supersonic, though. Really tempted to stay with them.

  • Cshall8
Nobby Undertall🌸 freedom now (@Cshall8) reported

@darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK The dsl cable is the small plug at the top, nullifying your need for the broken filter below it. Plug what is going into that filter directly into the lower socket and chuck the filter away. You are clearly an fttc open reach client using the vdsl socket.

  • gregsalop
    Greg Billington (@gregsalop) reported

@VodafoneUK Thanks for the offer. I can't be bothered today though. I never get anywhere with it. Let's see what tomorrow brings. Spoiler alert- another tweet from me. Stating how terrible this whole experience has been.

  • urb106
    Nico Mirren (@urb106) reported

@darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK Poor guy! What an ugly carpet! #wheresyourstyle

  • RichardLyon_
    Richard Lyon 🌸 (@RichardLyon_) reported

@darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK Having dug up my street for months, Vodaphone found it too difficult to bridge the final 20 feet and collect my service charge for decades. So I’ve bought Elon Musk’s Starlink service, and now connect to the internet via low earth orbit.

  • Baldious
    Baldious (@Baldious) reported

@darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK Not quite sure WTF you’ve done here but assuming your incoming pair of cables is terminated to the back of the socket, pulling all that crap out from the upper telephone port may well restore your internet which is plugged into the lower port. Splitter not required.

  • bondy76

@VodafoneUK why is it so difficult to talk to a human if you have an issue - very poor customer service

  • DeanIARoberts
    Dean (@DeanIARoberts) reported

@VodafoneUK So as again I replied yet it goes to an automated response that is pointless and does not help anyone. I really give up with Vodafone I really do
