Virgin never even got provisioned and EE was practically non existent for the 2 years we had to endure it. Vodafone has been ok but the connection issues and no real ability to speak to a human is difficult.

When I call support it keeps trying to make me pay the bill again. Is there anyone I can speak to about this?
