  @VodafoneUK Thanks @VodafoneUK but as soon as i log in as existing customer you either get ‘buy as additional plan’ or upgrade with a new phone. I just want to replace my current contract with SIM only. It might not be what you want me to do but it’s my preference and can’t do #vodaphoneuk

  @HindsHelen @VodafoneUK We've had so many issues over the years. Sky was OK but slow. Virgin never even got provisioned and EE was practically non existent for the 2 years we had to endure it. Vodafone has been ok but the connection issues and no real ability to speak to a human is difficult.

  Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK
