@Jonnogreig @VodafoneUK Good luck with that. I have been waiting for them to unlock my paid up phone since early July so I can make calls or receive from another provider. Customer service appalling and all they do is make excuses & blame apple 🍎 or their NUC team for a service that should take 10 days

Apparently the ignorance and stupidity is spreading. @VodafoneUK 4G mast burnt down in #Crawley by idiots. I hope the police find them, and lock them up before they can disconnect anyone else from their loved ones during this difficult time. These criminals need to be stopped!

Why do companies no longer acknowledge loyalty to the brand... recently moved car insurance after 5yrs and saved 35% and now after 13yrs moving from @VodafoneUK as saved £40pm for same deal, they offered me £7pm saving! Its easier to keep a customer than seek out a new one!
