I was an advocate 4 @VodafoneUK #vodafone but this past 10 days (and still unable 2 speak to someone). I think thats #disgusting They told me they’d call me but never did. Now Ill b cut off because after 10 days I cannot speak to anyone. At least I got evidence of efforts

@VodafoneUK #Vodafone I'm a customer of 20yrs. Despite receiving no reminder from u of a problem uv added £5 late payment fee to my bill today claiming 'late payment'.Given the current cost of living crisis how do u justify that? Hitting ur pressed customers with additional fee?

I spent over 3 hours this morning trying to resolve I’m no further forward. There was a passing @CityFibre engineer who I spoke with & he was meant to come back to me & hasnt.
