    Told by @VodafoneUK shop in #Basingstoke that they would send my daughter’s #Vodafone branded phone for repair free of charge. It has a broken charging port. Took it in and because the screen is cracked now told there would be a charge.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I'm an existing broadband customer who has recently moved house. I requested the house move change from vodafone, however they seem to have just cancelled my old contract and opened a brand new one on superfast 1 rather than just transferring my superfast 2 deal.
