    @VodafoneUK why is your service so terrible in and around Basingstoke it’s a major town in the South East not the Outer Hebrides. Sometimes I can get 4g but mostly just Edge, what’s going on???

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre you have now cancelled three installation appointments for my poor father. He has no WiFi for weeks and is spending a fortune on phone data due to having to hot spot. Please can you get this sorted for him ASAP!!

    @VodafoneUK cant order broadband online PR7 7JY number 57 can you fix? "Network is at capacity so a new ONT cannot be ordered." I suspect this is what your checker is flagging on. However, this caveat only applies to installations requiring a new ONT -ONT is already present
