Told by @VodafoneUK shop in #Basingstoke that they would send my daughter’s #Vodafone branded phone for repair free of charge. It has a broken charging port. Took it in and because the screen is cracked now told there would be a charge.

Hi @VodafoneUK on day 11 of trying to upgrade the phones on my contract.. currently on 191 and it's all gone quiet. If it's too much hassle for me to be a customer, I can go somewhere else? (Please don't even suggest the VF live chat as it is useless)
