    @VodafoneUK 01709 357345 phoning multiple times a day, I have already told the call centre I am not interested. How do I raise a complaint about these harassing calls, I am already a customer with data and phone sims and broadband.

    Just had a great conversation with @VodafoneUK customer services. Just renewed 2 of my devices on unlimited sim only and taken out an additional unlimited sim only all with a token discount! Happy days 😀

    Vodafone UK mobile support very poor and spoke to them for 30 minutes and one of the member handed over the call to next person ... and started all over again 🤮 @VodafoneUK

    So the BT engineer @VodafoneUK sent to fix my adsl Internet cut my @Virgin cable so now I have to pay for an engineer to come out. Tad angry. Crap Internet for over a year and finally decide to switch and it's not straight forward cos @VodafoneUK are still cocking up.

    Have been told my broadband would be activated on the 15th December which did not happen, then again on the 29th which did not happen, been told that it is now going to be 31st when I get the next update!! @VodafoneUK is saying it is @OpenreachHelp fault. #customerservice #fail
