Else I have to make a complaint to higher authority. The idea was to put me in a temporary number to retain my old number not to stuck me with a new contract.

And now they have issued me a bill of 135 pounds. @VodafoneUK don't understand basic instructions and simple English.I am not paying for vf fault.

The Cust-service said nothing can be done; but I learnt about how customers are charged when they, in good faith call the 0843 #’s back. Apparently there are ‘teams’ that potentially look into scam calls 1/2
