    @VodafoneUK That’s a lie! I called up on monday (whilst waiting for my order) as the link i was sent to ‘upgrade now’ let me go all the way through to payment and never once mentioned out of stock or a delay. You may have changed that now but that was always the case!

    i think its a shame that this is the treatment provided for loyalty! Its been extremely stressful & frustrating. When all you want to do is cancel a contract that your not receiving service for and move on. Also this is the 1st time i have ever complained! @VodafoneUK
