    @VodafoneUK brilliant level of customer service shines through again. On the phone for over 40 minutes whilst someone reads the notes about the compensation I have been promised following the horrendous level of customer service I have received and they just cut me off! FUMING

    First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

    @VodafoneUK Find it astonishing that having been a loyal customer for 5-6 years, that come renewal time you can’t compete with VOXI on price. In 12 months my iPhone 8 is probably ready for replacement and you get me on another 2 year contract. Short-sighted at the best of times

    @danboq @VodafoneUK I must admit I can’t moan about the phone signal, I tend to get full bars. But I’ve never once had 5G, I’m starting to think it that it doesn’t actually exist...

    Another colossal billing blunder from @VodafoneUK being chased for a sum of money that I can prove that was paid to @VodafoneUK. Spend 6 hours on various phone calls trying to resolve over the last few weeks and today I get a very nasty letter. Customer service is appalling

    @sjb_bishop @hudlams @VodafoneUK Happend to me also and I'm on Three. 50 messages in about 60s. I rang the customer service number on the text and the office is now "closed". I've found that Moblix Media run the service and have been fined £100K for this before....

    @hudlams @VodafoneUK It’s not isolated to Vodafone... have they said they will refund you. I’ve just raised a complaint with the PSA. I received 150 in 4 minutes last night (I’m on o2) with unbilled charges of £121.87 ex VAT
