Rik Freeman Photographer (@rickfr01) reported from Dudley, England@HJMovingFarAway @CostaCoffee @VodafoneUK That's why I went to the shop. Online & also online chat was crap. Told the guy what I wanted, if not I would nip upstairs to EE who could give me just that. No problem in fact I got more than I expected & saved a few quid in the process. I did not expect that. 👍😎
-
AForknall (@aforknall) reported from Birmingham, England@danboq @VodafoneUK I must admit I can’t moan about the phone signal, I tend to get full bars. But I’ve never once had 5G, I’m starting to think it that it doesn’t actually exist...

Kerry Mason (@kerry_mason) reported from Birmingham, England@VodafoneUK day 1 of your “super fast” broadband & I’m already regretting it. Min guaranteed speed is 40mb/s- we’re getting 13mb/s & internet constantly dropping out. Spoke to a customer advisor earlier who was rude. Now back in the long queue to speak with someone else. Help. 😢
-
Jean Thierry 💙 (@MutliRaceMan) reported from Birmingham, England@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This doesn’t surprise me at all. My mother died in 2003 and trying to close her BT landline account was a nightmare. The person I spoke to kept saying “we need to speak to the customer”! Finally I went into the BT sales centre saw a charming lady and in 20 minutes I had finished.
-

-
Ian Baird (@ibaird73) reported from Aldridge, England@VodafoneUK Find it astonishing that having been a loyal customer for 5-6 years, that come renewal time you can’t compete with VOXI on price. In 12 months my iPhone 8 is probably ready for replacement and you get me on another 2 year contract. Short-sighted at the best of times

Danny B (@DannyBee595) reportedI've had such a frustrating experience upgrading with @VodafoneUK , I wish I hadn't bothered. The bloatware on the Honor Magic V6 is already horrendous, but then I have to contend with pre-ticked boxes to install even more of the crap in "Vodafone Appbox"... which can't be skipped or closed. So I've had to go through 3 (full) screens of apps which nobody wants and had to untick the apps which Vodafone conveniently (and sneakily) ticked on my behalf. This is a great way to ruin the arrival of a new phone, which should be a positive experience. My mood is already frustrated from this, that's before I even start to uninstall all the other crap that HONOR put on their phones. I remember the pain I felt when I got my last phone trying to get rid of the Vodafone bloatware, but 3 years on it is so much worse now. NOBODY WANTS THIS JUNK. You're ruining the experience of what is meant to be your main product/service. Poor show.
