    @VodafoneUK sold me faulty broadband,charged me 100 of £ for data, after months of dispute agrd to cancel charges but ‘forgot’ i had to request a recording of call - took 30 days. It’s 53 mins long,clear except for the 8 mins where they said they would cancel which is distorted.

    Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and I’m really disappointed with how my recent insurance claim has been handled. I know you prob can’t/ won’t intervene but I wanted to find a way to register my disappointment and I can’t think of another way!

    Do not get a phone with @VodafoneUK, they 100% provide the worlds worst customer service. I have waited nearly 6 weeks for my phone and been lied to about its delivery date on multiple occasions.

    Customer service via a live chat with @VodafoneUK is like pulling teeth. A reply every 3 minutes and a question after a question. How many customers do you actually get through this way per day, surely it can't be many. Almost 45 mins for simple query! 😴😴😴😴😴😴

    @VodafoneUK been into Sutton Coldfield store 3 times to request NHS discount to be added to my contracts & provided ID each time. 3 times I’ve been promised & assured it’s done. Now 3 times I’ve been lied to & money taken from my bank. Awful customer service. Sort it out!

    @VodafoneUK Hi Becca. To upgrade it will cost me approx £240, plus another upfront cost for the handset and £97 pm for the contract itself. Personally I think £97 is ridiculous, especially when I’ve been a customer for many years. I’m happy to wait it out & leave come the summer. Cheers.

    @VodafoneUK @N5JFY Hi Nick and Vodafone. I had broadband installed at my elderly parents’ home so they could keep in touch with family and friends over lockdowns and watch tv etc. It was installed 03/12/20. It has NEVER worked. I’ve made numerous calls to the tech line. 1

    @VodafoneUK I want to return a £50 SIM I have talking on the cat for 1 hr & I have never experienced such incompetence! I have not activated the SIM. Why would I top it up? Why send a security pin to a phone number you know I haven't activated?

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone uk support MUST be honest and realistic with their customers. 1) Vodafone Broadband is wholly managed by the Broadband wholesaler (Openreach) 2) Vodafone support should never suggest that the cause of problems are due to customer equipment unless it is 100% certain
