Just want to say how shocking @VodafoneUK is I ordered a new phone on the 9th Jan there would be a delay of up to 2 weeks which was fine now still waiting been told will definitely be here next week 18 years with them shocking customer service false advertising on website #lies

Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Either all.

Really sick to the teeth of @virginmedia now. Internet down again. Found out last WK they've shifted Vmobile sig to @VodafoneUK too, took me 2 years with the ombudsman to get rid of Voda 2016. They had a staff member take out multiple lines in my name, hid on their old system.

@VodafoneUK I decided to swap my sim card to an eSim yesterday. I lost connection immediately and have had no service ever since. Live chat just say to wait 24 hours. I just want to restore my original sim and go back to normal.
