@VodafoneUK spoke to someone online this evening about upgrading. Service was fine, but when I said I was going to also contact @CPWTweets as they had some good deals, I was just told basically "Ok", no trying to keep me as a customer or anything. 🤔

Just want to say how shocking @VodafoneUK is I ordered a new phone on the 9th Jan there would be a delay of up to 2 weeks which was fine now still waiting been told will definitely be here next week 18 years with them shocking customer service false advertising on website #lies

I've dealt with plenty of businesses that offer lousy service, but @VodafoneUK make it almost impossible to buy their products. It's as if they would actually prefer people to buy from a competitor. Seriously thinking about shorting the stock. Extraordinary.
