    @VodafoneUK terrible service I’m getting nuisance calls from a withheld number (however I know the person calling and what number they are withholding) and your adviser said there is nothing you can do to stop this 😡

    At Star City in Birmingham, outside and can only get 3G. Come on @VodafoneUK , get your 4G network up to scratch before sorting out 5G (particularly as that roll out is slow).

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This doesn’t surprise me at all. My mother died in 2003 and trying to close her BT landline account was a nightmare. The person I spoke to kept saying “we need to speak to the customer”! Finally I went into the BT sales centre saw a charming lady and in 20 minutes I had finished.

    @VodafoneUK all myself, husband an 3 kids on voda, I'm in hospital for 3-5 days, do you do any deals or free same network calls for loyal customers like say 02 do (or did when I was with them for over 15 years? Just don't want my phone to run dry after a few days? Thank you x

Told the guy what I wanted, if not I would nip upstairs to EE who could give me just that. No problem in fact I got more than I expected & saved a few quid in the process. I did not expect that. 👍😎

    @HJMovingFarAway @CostaCoffee @VodafoneUK I have never had an issue with them. Even on calls always had UK based. Although, as we know these days there is little given to brand loyalty. I was expecting them to tell me to do one as I told them what I wanted rather than accepting what they wanted. Yep surprised.

    I NEED Vodafone broadband out of my ******* life. How ******** do people put up with this ****? It's ******* painful. How hard is it to offer reliable broadband that's usable? Your "sync speed" is not the be all and end all. It might look fine, but everything buffers. @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Hi Harriet, in that case I want to cancel my contract without charge because I have been misled to believe it includes WiFi on the tube. Nowhere was it announced it would stop working and if I had known this 2 months ago I would not have started a contract with Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK what's the point in WiFi calling if you can't have it selected all the time? Kind of defeats the point, like in this situation where my calls keep dropping anyway because the signal is on and off. Prior to weekend, I consistently had full 4g signal. When will resume?
