    I was an advocate 4 @VodafoneUK #vodafone but this past 10 days (and still unable 2 speak to someone). I think thats #disgusting They told me they’d call me but never did. Now Ill b cut off because after 10 days I cannot speak to anyone. At least I got evidence of efforts

    @rebecca_ryder21 @VodafoneUK I've never had any issues with the Samsung flagships (S series) My mum has a J model and has had loads. Unfortunately they put all their cash into the big ones. I had 7 blackberries in as many months 10y ago. THAT'S bother.

    @VodafoneUK I just cannot understand why as a customer of Vodafone got 24 years I cannot obtain a renewal deal as cost effective as moving to a third party supplier WITH a Vodafone air time contract. It makes no sense at all.

    @VodafoneUK I have been told by different chat representatives different call times. In fact the chat team told me "there is some technical issues with the call team and that is why your call is not connecting" - Any help/ideas? My house move date is approaching.

    Absolutely shocking service from @VodafoneUK. Back in January after multiple attempts to contact them and cancel my contract I took it upon myself to cancel the direct debit. They then passed the account to a debit collection agency without even contacting myself. £75 lighter.

    @oliverlarkin @VodafoneUK I've always had a good service from them personally. Don't think I'm taking the pxxx but have you got the router in the mains socket? The reason I ask is because my son moved our to be nearer his Xbox years ago, to a secondary port. That ruined the broadband.

    So much for someone from @VodafoneUK calling me back after stealing my money. I expected nothing less from such an unprofessional organisation. Worst customer service in an industry with very poor customer service. Will never buy from them again.
