Told by @VodafoneUK shop in #Basingstoke that they would send my daughter’s #Vodafone branded phone for repair free of charge. It has a broken charging port. Took it in and because the screen is cracked now told there would be a charge.

Unbelievably fed up with @VodafoneUK for 4 months now they tell me there is no issue with signal in my area and yet it's got to the stage I have it in 2 areas of my house only. So clearly that's metal fault when we've not changed the construction of our walls!!! Want to leave...

Just had a great conversation with @VodafoneUK customer services. Just renewed 2 of my devices on unlimited sim only and taken out an additional unlimited sim only all with a token discount! Happy days 😀

@VodafoneUK Kelly, thanks for the reply, just wish it was true. So they have reappeared on your website, as soon as the discount offer ended and nope, the offer did not come back. Very disappointing Vodafone, not something I hear that friends on other networks ever have an issue with.

@VodafoneUK No, you misunderstood. I'm eager to have "ANY" connection better than 2G, it's clear Vodafone prioritise the big cities and couldn't care less about anywhere else. Worst thing I ever did was leave EE. My point was, you post NOTHING about the network itself. Or I haven't seen.

@VodafoneUK To add, I am yet to purchased my Vodafone monthly, as I was unsure if I could port from voxi to vodafone as Voxi uses the Vodfone network and i think same network ports are not possible?
