    @VodafoneUK got a text from you guys telling me my phone plan runs out in 30 days and I need to get in contact, 3 calls, over an hour in a queue and a god awful online chat and I still can't talk to a human. Any chance you can ring me?

    I’m now just posting about how crap @VodafoneUK are and #customerservice for evidence. I cannot call them I cannot use their robot I cannot reply to their threats THEY STILL AINT CALLED THEY STILL AINT ACKNOWLEDGED AND ITLL BE MY FAULT EVEN WITH 2 weeks evidence A totes #joke

    @VodafoneUK just DM a Vodafone advisor, he’s just like there customer service call centre, they never pick up, and it looks like it he’s disappeared as well I don’t think I will hear from him again.

    @VodafoneUK how do you expect for someone to be without a connection for 48+hrs? Every time I get in touch with your customer service they tell me it will be a few more hours. On hold for hours and the eSIM still now working. Customer of over 10 years and this is how you treat me

    I can't believe how stupid Vf is. On 29th Mar I called up to cancel my other number ending 070. They cancelled my current 441 number. And now they have issued me a bill of 135 pounds. @VodafoneUK don't understand basic instructions and simple English.I am not paying for vf fault.

    @VodafoneUK so just over 3 days since an engineer visit to fix serious broadband connectivity issues, my case is closed and the issues return. Not good enough Vodafone 😡now my unique reference number has expired, I guess I have to endure hours of tests to get back

    @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely unacceptable poor performance of the 3 network in Worcester @tomcollinsworcs please do something. Merger of 3 and @VodafoneUK was supposed to make things better. Where they do put investment - such as by Derby Train station, you can get 1.5Gb/s

    Another day in the UK using our wonderful phone networks. Today trying to download an app via the @VodafoneUK network. Size of file 39 Mbts Download speed 22Kbt/s (not constant speed) Time taken 45 minutes Result failed. Is there anywhere in the world worse than this?

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I’ve heard a glut of similar issues like this in the last week! Shame because Virgin flights are our absolute go-to because of their quality and service. Would be good if those levels were carried through all businesses that carry the same name.

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Had a similar issue with them with my broadband, they cancelled it because they couldn’t achieve there stated speed and then the account stayed on my credit report for years afterwards, despite me contacting them to remove it

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.
