    @VodafoneUK been a loyal customer of yours for 15 years however mobile coverage is nowhere near as good as it used to be and your automated telephone service is the worst in the world!!!

    @VodafoneUK Kelly, thanks for the reply, just wish it was true. So they have reappeared on your website, as soon as the discount offer ended and nope, the offer did not come back. Very disappointing Vodafone, not something I hear that friends on other networks ever have an issue with.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get my replacement router! On several@ocasion that I’m just fed up now! What’s the point of upgding my router if it doesn’t work! I call to raise a complaint the lady doesn’t listn and transf the call to the IvR! #cisas @Ofcom

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK I have had no network or service now for over 30 hours. I have visited your store, discussed the matter with your online chat and spoke to your customer service team. Told it can tak another 24 hours, but then still no guarantee. Please sort, urgently

    I really need to change my service providers. @ThreeUK have a complete mobile outage and @VodafoneUK (my ISP) have been shite since I signed up. Hilarious.

    AND ANOTHER THING! I rang @VodafoneUK customer complaint line and the woman basically said theres nothing she could do but then before we hang up she says “congratulations on your new phone though”.. I HAVENT GOT A NEW PHONE YET CAUSE YE WOULDNT HAND IT OVER BABES 😂😂😂😂

    Just had a great conversation with @VodafoneUK customer services. Just renewed 2 of my devices on unlimited sim only and taken out an additional unlimited sim only all with a token discount! Happy days 😀

    Unbelievably fed up with @VodafoneUK for 4 months now they tell me there is no issue with signal in my area and yet it's got to the stage I have it in 2 areas of my house only. So clearly that's metal fault when we've not changed the construction of our walls!!! Want to leave...

    @VodafoneUK Hi. I’m an existing customer. Would be interested to know why we have FTTP on our estate now and BT have been selling it for 6 weeks now but you’re not Customer services say you’ll be selling it but don’t know when. BT will end up with all the business.

    @VodafoneUK just tried to cancel my mobile broadband cos it does not work where I moved to . Needless to say that I now need therapy . Spoke to 5 different people and the last person was the worst trying to sell another mobile broadband when the one am cancelling does not work

    @VodafoneUK Sat at home with no Vodafone signal and only able to make calls via WhatsApp as no WiFi calling, I'd say works great is not my description of it on your network.

    So onto day 6 of NO SERVICE with @VodafoneUK. Todays excuse, its a Sunday so no-one is working. I'd laugh if I wasn't so angry. Now told wait ANOTHER 24 hours and no problem sir.. Anyway got the names of the call centre staff now so can hold them accountable.
