    AND ANOTHER THING! I rang @VodafoneUK customer complaint line and the woman basically said theres nothing she could do but then before we hang up she says “congratulations on your new phone though”.. I HAVENT GOT A NEW PHONE YET CAUSE YE WOULDNT HAND IT OVER BABES 😂😂😂😂

    @VodafoneUK I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get my replacement router! On several@ocasion that I’m just fed up now! What’s the point of upgding my router if it doesn’t work! I call to raise a complaint the lady doesn’t listn and transf the call to the IvR! #cisas @Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK you stuck me with a unnecessary pay monthly sim that I did not ask for at it was your mistake that cancelled my account by not undertaking simple instructions. Now I want to cancel the temporary number and you have put me on hold for more than 5 hours for last 3 days.

    @VodafoneUK Kelly, thanks for the reply, just wish it was true. So they have reappeared on your website, as soon as the discount offer ended and nope, the offer did not come back. Very disappointing Vodafone, not something I hear that friends on other networks ever have an issue with.

    @VodafoneUK What has happened is that your different departments don’t speak to each other and don’t leave notes on customer files. The customer retention team offered me certain rates that the main customer service team told me don’t exist and told me my account would be cancelled.

If I took 7 days to get back to my customers they would all go elsewhere, oh hang on a minute, your ridiculous policy around cancelling subscriptions means customer can’t go elsewhere.     @VodafoneUK Look at my file notes on your system which will paint a picture of complete confusion disorganisation and chaos that is #vodafone. Some of your staff are plain rude. One lady told me “it’s not my problem if someone else got it wrong”. And turns out her info was totally off.
