@CityFibre @VodafoneUK 7 days without internet and absolutely appalled by the service provided by both #cityfibre and #vodafone. Been told everyday that it will be fixed but now being told it might be another 4 days.. business lost and looks like I’ll be moving to another ISP..

@VodafoneUK - Day three of Vodafone hell... another hour on hold. Still no joy. That's 16 hours now on just one issue. Vodafone's customer service is abusive and torturous. And now I'll have to tell my employer I won't be able to do my job because I will not have broadband.

Nice one @VodafoneUK I spent an hour on your help line last night with no success. Tried to log a complaint this am and the line conveniently died. Tried to cancel my contract this pm and once again, after being kept on hold for another 10 mins the line got cut. Poor show

@VodafoneUK - Even the employees at Vodafone say that you can get better service from other companies. They oversell and underperform. Are we seeing the decline of Vodafone? Failing customer service always seems to be a symptom of something more serious.

@BangAvgTanker @VodafoneUK Exactly the same in Yorkshire. They basically stopped caring and now treat their own customers like dirt. Shame as I've been with them for many years but I'll not be renewing with them next time.
