6 days ago I contacted them again on Twitter and they said it would take 5 days for their credit support team to resolve it. But nothing has been done up to date this is very disappointing from @VodafoneUK

I am deeply disappointed in @VodafoneUK lack of urgency in addressing a negative credit marker for missing payments on my account even though they admit my accounts are up to date. I first raised the issue 2.5 weeks ago & they said it'd take 14 days to resolve.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve just moved house and due to mistakes by @VodafoneUK I’m not getting connected until the 8th June. I’ve been relying on using my unlimited data with 3 for a hotspot but that stopped working yesterday, and I can’t access MyThree to find out the problem 🤔

I hate dealing with @VodafoneUK. I have never dealt with such an incredibly incompetent company. In Oct 2020 I endured a Kafkaesque encounter with them, trying to get access to my My Vodafone account so that I could look at a bill.
