@VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

@VodafoneUK Already in flight above your level. Quite frankly the service you have provided is the worst I have recieved in all three of the UK, US, and Australia. And for my sins I have dealt with ISPs in all three. Your service has been so far exceptionally low quality.

@VodafoneUK I have a new router and it doesn’t support my 2.4 smart plugs as it’s a 5GHz. It’s says dual on the router but when I asked Vodafone they said that it was only 5. so now I have a load of smart plugs that don’t work! The old network worked!
