I am deeply disappointed in @VodafoneUK lack of urgency in addressing a negative credit marker for missing payments on my account even though they admit my accounts are up to date. I first raised the issue 2.5 weeks ago & they said it'd take 14 days to resolve.

@VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

@VodafoneUK I am so sorry I no longer unwanted Vodafone UK anymore. I like 02-UK and TESCO Mobile is better network services available working fine I am happy now. when problems for Vodafone UK didn't working properly failed text messages and WhatsApp not working by Vodafone Network service.

I’ve got an excellent assignment for you @Mattallwright. @VodafoneUK seem to be a law unto themselves. If you cancel an order on same day, they send it anyway, port your number. Say it takes 24-48 hours to cancel. Leave you with no phone number and now saying it can take 15 days!

@VodafoneUK as much as I've been hammering on for updates from you about my pre-order over the past week, I do have to say, despite all of the negativity you receive regarding TOBi, I've never had an issue - I've always been able to get through to an adviser when I've needed one.
