    I am deeply disappointed in @VodafoneUK lack of urgency in addressing a negative credit marker for missing payments on my account even though they admit my accounts are up to date. I first raised the issue 2.5 weeks ago & they said it'd take 14 days to resolve.

    @VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

    @VodafoneUK Home broadband, I have got 4g back up but that only kicked in once I pulled dsl cable out of the router, think its a landline problem, as can't make calls and the phone light is red on back of the router

    @VodafoneUK I switched to Vodafone, from a previous supplier, for my home broadband supply, plus landline phone, in November 2022. The broadband works ok, but Vodafone has failed to connect our landline properly. Phoned numerous times and told ‘it’s a porting issue’.
