    @VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

    @VodafoneUK @JohnnyM22172447 Same here - keeps dropping out and disconnecting a lot. Was with EE and no such problems there. What is the problem @VodafoneUK

    @mobilemandan Well done @VodafoneUK for their text forwarding service. I have used the report spam option in Android Messages a few times over the last year, but a text forwarding service gives more options too.

    @VodafoneUK text from vodafone this afternoon the sim on your phone has been cancelled due to fraud!! sim is to be suspended. spent hours with vodafone chat then fraud team who said the sim is not barred!!! can t call can t receive text or message. what is going on ? help

    So @VodafoneUK i phone you up and STILL waiting 50 mins later. Ring you from another Vodafone and straight through to the dept. I want. I am so needing a reason to not issues my GDPR complaint against you for violating 5 of the 8 principles and you're not doing a very good job.

    @VodafoneUK upgrade done online, showed I am due a pair ear pods worth £99 and that I have to claim them. There's nowhere to claim them! can't find any details. When I go onto the their robot it can't understand what I'm asking and voice service gives no option.

    @VodafoneUK extremely poor customer service from Vodafone about to lose a customer of 20 plus years. Online complaints and chat agents are misleading and not helpful. No wonder the share price has gone down over the last 10 years.

    @VodafoneUK has some soul music playing whilst I'm on hold. There's been a bit about praying to God. I feel I have a better chance of that, than Vodafone ever sorting out my damn problem......
