    @VodafoneUK ordered a sim was sent a bill immediately without receiving a sim 5 days trying to cancel contract after 4 hrs waiting in phone told contact cancelled but getting emails premium numbers chargable oarental control off yet was told contract cancelled nightmare

    @VodafoneUK such a disappointment. In 48 hours I have been on live chat with your advisers at least 6 times and instead of sorting out my problems, they keep passing me from one team to another or telling me to call when all the lines are busy.

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom Yes, an order by an unknown has been placed and my service disconnected. I am told by Ofcom guidelines that Vodafone should have at least contacted me to inform me of any action or request to leave. I have had no such contact and as such have lost my broadband and landline.

    Outraged by my loss of home broadband after @VodafoneUK failed to notify me when someone unknown has put in a new service request which has disconnected my service for 2 weeks! #slamming @Ofcom

    Ugh I love going through @VodafoneUK broadband app chat cause it's detected a fault, but the bloody broadband won't stay on for long enough to sort the issue 🤬

    @VodafoneUK why is the coverage on the train from London Waterloo to Bournemouth so poor? Workers need to work and the data was so weak it was a productivity killer.
