@VodafoneUK Clearly customer loyalty means nothing to @VodafoneUK very unhelpful and contradicting their colleagues and not working as team. This last year I've experienced appalling service from Vodafone and also messed up my account. One Dissatisfied customer!!

@Ofcom @VodafoneUK Explain to me why we have 0.02 upload speed. 80 metres down the road is a line that has 15 download and 10 Upload, but 10 metres either side of that is 0.02. 300 metres south of me is a line that has 30 download and 30 upload, but 10 metres either side is 0.02

@VodafoneUK Your courier DPD is holding an iPad and won’t deliver it to the pickup shop or allow it to be picked up at the depot. Your customer team now saying “not our problem” and saying it is for DPD to do a five day investigation as to why DPD haven’t delivered…
