    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve just moved house and due to mistakes by @VodafoneUK I’m not getting connected until the 8th June. I’ve been relying on using my unlimited data with 3 for a hotspot but that stopped working yesterday, and I can’t access MyThree to find out the problem 🤔

    I am deeply disappointed in @VodafoneUK lack of urgency in addressing a negative credit marker for missing payments on my account even though they admit my accounts are up to date. I first raised the issue 2.5 weeks ago & they said it'd take 14 days to resolve.

    @VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

    6 days ago I contacted them again on Twitter and they said it would take 5 days for their credit support team to resolve it. But nothing has been done up to date this is very disappointing from @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK @glastonbury DM to @vodafoneuk is as unhelpful as the phone support. Both are running around in circles in a hope to avoid actions. I really did nto expect such a bad experience with Vodafone. My experience can hardly get any worst.

    @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK your app is just broken, nothing works and veryme rewards don't show up as well as most things not working. I've spoken to someone and they didn't know why either. Why not make this accessible through your website?
