@VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve just moved house and due to mistakes by @VodafoneUK I’m not getting connected until the 8th June. I’ve been relying on using my unlimited data with 3 for a hotspot but that stopped working yesterday, and I can’t access MyThree to find out the problem 🤔

@VodafoneUK offering me a £6 a month discount on my upgrade which is the same as a new customer is laughable when been with them over 10 years and have 3 contracts with them 👋🏻 am sure @CPWTweets will get me a better deal

@VodafoneUK I have 30 numbers with you but why is it so difficult to speak to someone who can help me whether I have one number or a thousand. I can’t do something online if your system doesn’t make allowance yet trying to get a human who I can understand to help is impossible

@VodafoneUK would it be possible to get some extra data for a few days for my mobile so I can wfh? My @EE broadband has gone down and the fix time is 24-48 hours! Would prefer not to get fired... The outcome of this will decide who is the best network 🤔

@VodafoneUK why is your customer service so poor. All my husband needs is the bag to return his phone as instructed on the 27th November. 3 phone calls later this morning and still no bag being sent. It’s not difficult. !!!

Hello @vodafoneuk we’ve been without broadband for 24 hours now. We spent at least 2.5 of those hours on your support chat, only to be told there is an Openreach problem in our area. So, can you confirm if that’s still the case in LS29?
