@VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve just moved house and due to mistakes by @VodafoneUK I’m not getting connected until the 8th June. I’ve been relying on using my unlimited data with 3 for a hotspot but that stopped working yesterday, and I can’t access MyThree to find out the problem 🤔

@VodafoneUK definitely leaving Vodafone going back to EE you have to press 123456789 to speak to someone one plus i do not trust there internet service anymore it’s shambles need my 5g for iPhone 13pro and btsports.

Seems impossible to get a router return label from @VodafoneUK. Tried the chat but wouldnt work, rang the number and was told call centre was having issues so go online, finally got through to a human on online chat only to be told returns labels can only be issued on the phone.

@VodafoneUK The link is just a troubleshoot if I have issues. Ironically says nothing about my issues. It doesn't take you to a set up! And I don't need a setup cuz everything works fine! This is not just me when I change countries... So clearly something from your end that needs action.

@VodafoneUK No, u guys (not personal) r really terrible. 22 yrs, £120-150/month & u sold my personal info to third parties (debt collectors) f £42, even after talking to u. Whatever happened to customer service? I am currently seeking advice from Citizens Advice Bureau & the Ombudsman.

@VodafoneUK is there an issue with the vcol helpdesk number? I call, enter a number from our account press 2 and get a man's voice saying its a chanel test, beeps and then nothing..? Really need to speak to an agent about an issue
