    @VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

    @VodafoneUK offering me a £6 a month discount on my upgrade which is the same as a new customer is laughable when been with them over 10 years and have 3 contracts with them 👋🏻 am sure @CPWTweets will get me a better deal

    I am deeply disappointed in @VodafoneUK lack of urgency in addressing a negative credit marker for missing payments on my account even though they admit my accounts are up to date. I first raised the issue 2.5 weeks ago & they said it'd take 14 days to resolve.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve just moved house and due to mistakes by @VodafoneUK I’m not getting connected until the 8th June. I’ve been relying on using my unlimited data with 3 for a hotspot but that stopped working yesterday, and I can’t access MyThree to find out the problem 🤔

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is poor, got a call from one of your gigacube team, for the 50th time, then tells me he will call back in half hr, that was 5 days ago. Gigacube does not work on 5g. #vodaphonestaffneverseenagigacube Try opening a gigacube and see how it works
