Well @VodafoneUK your 191 customer services line is truly awful. I want to speak to someone about a problem, why will you not let me do that?

@JohnMUFC20 @MaccaFrank @VodafoneUK 😂 totally agree very rare you get people who will go the extra mile for you which is a shame as these places should be the bench mark for service

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve just moved house and due to mistakes by @VodafoneUK I’m not getting connected until the 8th June. I’ve been relying on using my unlimited data with 3 for a hotspot but that stopped working yesterday, and I can’t access MyThree to find out the problem 🤔

@VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

@VodafoneUK Hi, I am a Vodafone customer and unable to join your WIFI network in the London underground as it has disappeared. Please can you advise?

Dear @VodafoneUK please would you explain why this month, you've quietly dropped WiFi access for customers using the London Underground and chose not to tell your customers? Huge inconvenience, terrible communication and is the nail in the coffin for this long-term customer.

@VodafoneUK Thank you. Having been with you for 6 months something tells me that I’m eventually going to end up crawling back to O2 - and if you knew how much I hate them you’d realise how bad things have been
