    @VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve just moved house and due to mistakes by @VodafoneUK I’m not getting connected until the 8th June. I’ve been relying on using my unlimited data with 3 for a hotspot but that stopped working yesterday, and I can’t access MyThree to find out the problem 🤔

    @VodafoneUK 07389 807245 this is the new number I got with device. Hope you can check the history and call recording to know the wait time and after waiting for 2 hours call will be terminated simply… advisors promised to call back but nothing happened. Please treat your customers well

    I was an advocate 4 @VodafoneUK #vodafone but this past 10 days (and still unable 2 speak to someone). I think thats #disgusting They told me they’d call me but never did. Now Ill b cut off because after 10 days I cannot speak to anyone. At least I got evidence of efforts

    9 days after Storm Arwen hit, we are still without mobile signal here in Aberdeenshire. Can you advise please @VodafoneUK and also can you advise if users can claim compensation for loss of service? Thanks in advance.

    Extremely poor experience and customer service from @VodafoneUK . Now over ten days past expected delivery date of handset with no explanation or interest in helping things along. Very quick and interested in taking the money however.

    Hi @VodafoneUK I placed an order on 26th Nov described as "next working day" delivery on your website. I still haven't received it. I have had no communication from your side, other than an order confirmation. This is poor.

    @VodafoneUK @romankemp I’ve spent over 6 hours on the phone in the last two days would help if you had a call centre in the uk 🇬🇧 where someone might be able to answer my complaint. That should of been answered within 10 days !!

    Absolutely disgraceful service yet again from @VodafoneUK Just wasted another hour on the phone to someone who refuses to raise a complaint and then says "So what do you expect a complaint to achieve?" NEVER AGAIN!
