The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

I first raised the issue 2.5 weeks ago & they said it'd take 14 days to resolve.

Insufficient for the house, upgraded the plan and router…one month and a half and the upgrade plan is not yet working. Choose another company.
