    @VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve just moved house and due to mistakes by @VodafoneUK I’m not getting connected until the 8th June. I’ve been relying on using my unlimited data with 3 for a hotspot but that stopped working yesterday, and I can’t access MyThree to find out the problem 🤔

    Can anyone in authority at VODAFONE please help my friend who has just lost her husband and has been treated abominably by the team there, I can’t begin to explain how shockingly rude & insensitive they’ve been.We aren’t getting anywhere with the call centre @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK offering me a £6 a month discount on my upgrade which is the same as a new customer is laughable when been with them over 10 years and have 3 contracts with them 👋🏻 am sure @CPWTweets will get me a better deal

    @VodafoneUK Trying to get a decent upgrade. Was offered a Samsung S21 Ultra (3years 25gb data) for 42 pounds. Was told it was a special offer... I can get it on the website as standard. Been with vodafone over 15years, no incentive to stay. Really poor.

    @virginmedia Thanks, and I do look in online. It’s just that it keeps dropping down unexpectedly 2/3 times a day. Not helpful when on zoom calls for work! I end up running them via my @VodafoneUK iPhone hotspot.

    @VodafoneUK Yeah you've totally missed the point - I had good strong signal, but it was still totally unusable. Presumably due to congestion on the network but surely you should be able to foresee tens of thousands of people all wanting to use data at Old Trafford and provision accordingly.

    @VodafoneUK and now the manager has raised his voice and tutted at me, even professing this wasn't rude all this when he's trying to resolve a complaint for poor costumer service. Never known anything like it

    Why has my internet gone down again @VodafoneUK ? The man supposedly fixed it last month & it’s been intermittently bad but this afternoon it just keeps disconnecting 🙃

    And this is before finding out that customers who have ordered after me have already had their handsets delivered. @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup seem to have washed their hands of the problem and have advised me that it’s @DPDgroup_news problem now. Shambolic doesn’t cover it.

    @susie6783 @VodafoneUK I’m in the same boat. Ordered it 27/11 and kept being told it’s due to Black Friday and short of staff. Asked for a refund and now waiting 10 days and nothing!! Good luck trying to contact them. Just ring your bank and do a charge back for non service
