    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve just moved house and due to mistakes by @VodafoneUK I’m not getting connected until the 8th June. I’ve been relying on using my unlimited data with 3 for a hotspot but that stopped working yesterday, and I can’t access MyThree to find out the problem 🤔

    @VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

    @VodafoneUK ignored on here too after you ask me to contact you via DM’s. HAVE to go to sleep now too. Nothing resolved, still don’t have access to my own account. Beyond awful, 7+ hours wasted and literally nothing sorted.

    @VodafoneUK What a damn joke. Six hours of contact, still have no access to my account so I can check my billing. Should be in bed, was disconnected by your tech support team and still in a queue waiting to message again. This is not even remotely good enough.

    Problems with @VodafoneUK all day in Titchfield, Hampshire, constant loss of all service & had to give up on the conference calls. Let’s hope tomorrow will be better.

    @VodafoneUK I can’t agree with that, I’ve had the gigacube for the last 10 months and 4-5 of those months it’s been useless no 4 or 5g yet my area has strong signal for both. Also customer service is worst I’ve known, non Existent.

    @VodafoneUK is there a current network problem? Fibre internet has suddenly dropped down to 5-10Mbps and all your diagnostic tools and chat bot are inaccessible, either through fibre or 4G.
