@VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve just moved house and due to mistakes by @VodafoneUK I’m not getting connected until the 8th June. I’ve been relying on using my unlimited data with 3 for a hotspot but that stopped working yesterday, and I can’t access MyThree to find out the problem 🤔

Woeful #CustomerService from @VodafoneUK today. Arranged address change 15/07 for today. No service. Checked a/c. A/c cancelled ‘cos they got address wrong. 2 wk wait. 2hrs on call to set up new a/c + credit check (?!) and promised call back. No call back. Can’t log on to account

In July I spoke with @VodafoneUK about the way they treated my vulnerable father. Instead of following through on their promise, I now have to call his bank to get a refund. @VodafoneGroup have the lowest service standards and show absolute contempt for their customers

@VodafoneUK Yet another example of poor and dishonest service. After speaking to an agent who confirmed that I would not be charged an early termination fee, it has appeared on my bill. This is not the first time that a phone conversation has not been honoured.

@VodafoneUK have “lost” my mobile number in the course of a contract change they pushed on me. The number is now unuseable, untransferrable and they don’t know if or when it will be recovered. Have they lost a database? Anyone else had this problem?

@VodafoneUK I want to speak to a real person because the robot thing don’t answer my questions properly it’s put me on a pay as you go 1 when I never asked to be put on it an I was never on it before it only allows me to use £1 a day an then I can’t use anymore 🤔

Hey @VodafoneUK thank god for the unlimited mobile broadband SIM card for my cellular model iPad when my wifi is playing up & slow & I am currently on the unlimited max plan 👍
