The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

My wired pc connects and can download, but all my WiFi devices - Phones, tablets, Tv and consoles all connect to net but can’t download. This suddenly happened today after months of being fine. The hub says all devices are okay.
