    @VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve just moved house and due to mistakes by @VodafoneUK I’m not getting connected until the 8th June. I’ve been relying on using my unlimited data with 3 for a hotspot but that stopped working yesterday, and I can’t access MyThree to find out the problem 🤔

    After many hours I contacted one agent on their chat and he asked me to re-activate the signal and restart the phone but issue not resolved. Then another chat agent told me to try it from entertainment section on the app & it's not in it @VodafoneEgypt @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre your service/customer service is dreadful. Gigabit Internet has been crap from the start. Now been totally without internet since Mar 3rd. All VF can do is try to sell me extra services on new 24mo contracts. WIll be leaving asap! Take me back to BT!

    @VodafoneEgypt The wordt company ever. FAKE PROMOTIONS. I changed today my flex bundle to the new one with the same price which is Flex100 as it has more features. But from the morning I am facing an issue to get my activation codes to those services. @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK
