@ThreeUKSupport I’ve just moved house and due to mistakes by @VodafoneUK I’m not getting connected until the 8th June. I’ve been relying on using my unlimited data with 3 for a hotspot but that stopped working yesterday, and I can’t access MyThree to find out the problem 🤔

@VodafoneUK how do I talk to a person? I’ve spent hours trying to salvage a mistake you’ve made, signing me up for 24 month contract that I didn’t ask for. All I get are bots who are completely useless. This is the worst customer experience I can imagine.

@VodafoneUK The really strange issue is though that the infrastructure for me is definitely in place as is fully serviceable under a 900mb area on my postcode it's just not signed off it seems to Vodafone yet we have 100% FTTP

****** @VodafoneUK are its, txt reminder yesterday , my contract due to end on 21st, cant find info on cancelling on site, sign in as say no info.. have to go through chat and then told 30 days notice so be charged til 2nd sept
