    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve just moved house and due to mistakes by @VodafoneUK I’m not getting connected until the 8th June. I’ve been relying on using my unlimited data with 3 for a hotspot but that stopped working yesterday, and I can’t access MyThree to find out the problem 🤔

    @VodafoneUK Hi I need to amend my DD to a new bank account. I tried to do it online but they had trouble checking my details. I called, as instructed, but when you choose ‘amend DD’ as an option on the call, you get sent an automated text and the call ends. Please assist.

    But did not release us still. @Ofcom just sit idly by as a broadband provider fails and do nothing. Waiting now for news. We have a @VodafoneUK router ready to go, account set up, just need someone to help us! I work from home and need Internet. This situation is ridiculous

    @TheBearBoo @VodafoneUK It's insane that it's taken this long to get it sorted. If this is the case then why couldn't they have looked at this 18 days ago. Surely if you've moved from one provider to the other and you're having problems the first thing you check is that the number has been moved across.
