6 days ago I contacted them again on Twitter and they said it would take 5 days for their credit support team to resolve it. But nothing has been done up to date this is very disappointing from @VodafoneUK

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve just moved house and due to mistakes by @VodafoneUK I’m not getting connected until the 8th June. I’ve been relying on using my unlimited data with 3 for a hotspot but that stopped working yesterday, and I can’t access MyThree to find out the problem 🤔

I am deeply disappointed in @VodafoneUK lack of urgency in addressing a negative credit marker for missing payments on my account even though they admit my accounts are up to date. I first raised the issue 2.5 weeks ago & they said it'd take 14 days to resolve.

There's a brand new 5G mast that's been installed near me. Chances of getting a 5G signal from @VodafoneUK - close to none, I'd say. Which as I'm paying for 5G is terrible service.

@VodafoneUK If you read the msg, it does not ask for last two digits but for my sort code and account number. Also, connections do not mean contracts. You need to change your narrative. As a new customer, this was not a great customer service experience
