@VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve just moved house and due to mistakes by @VodafoneUK I’m not getting connected until the 8th June. I’ve been relying on using my unlimited data with 3 for a hotspot but that stopped working yesterday, and I can’t access MyThree to find out the problem 🤔

@SkyHelpTeam do you have a person who can check broadband availability - your website is appalling, took me 6 refreshes to get it to fully load then it says best you can do is 18mbps service… I used to have 80 from you then I went to @VodafoneUK for 900, this can’t be right
