I am deeply disappointed in @VodafoneUK lack of urgency in addressing a negative credit marker for missing payments on my account even though they admit my accounts are up to date. I first raised the issue 2.5 weeks ago & they said it'd take 14 days to resolve.

6 days ago I contacted them again on Twitter and they said it would take 5 days for their credit support team to resolve it. But nothing has been done up to date this is very disappointing from @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve just moved house and due to mistakes by @VodafoneUK I’m not getting connected until the 8th June. I’ve been relying on using my unlimited data with 3 for a hotspot but that stopped working yesterday, and I can’t access MyThree to find out the problem 🤔

@VodafoneUK This is not news, to us, that East Devon has lousy coverage. Because of my health we have to have a landline because our signal is not good enough for voice calls. Wi-Fi calling works but, in the event of a power cut we would be left without means to call for help.

@VodafoneUK Today's chat agent went through exactly the same process as yesterday's, including "refreshing my services", which can take up to 48 hours and, unless the issue with the mast is fixed, will make no diffference.
