    @VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve just moved house and due to mistakes by @VodafoneUK I’m not getting connected until the 8th June. I’ve been relying on using my unlimited data with 3 for a hotspot but that stopped working yesterday, and I can’t access MyThree to find out the problem 🤔

    @VodafoneUK I am now seeking legal advice as a direct result of their unwillingness to resolve the issues that they are solely responsible for, causing untold stress & harm, wasted time and other negative effects as a result of their initial mistakes, perpetuated by their continued ignorance

    @VodafoneUK I'm getting insane packet loss. Not sure how to fix it. Been through resetting everything and all that jazz which hasn't worked, Just in general everything seems slower, speed etc.

    @VodafoneUK Extremely disappointed from Vodafone customer service. I was promised a discount when changed my plan in September, but despite that and 6 chats with different agents my plan is still incorrect! How that's even possible!?

    @VodafoneUK I have been passed pillar to post, promised this promised that, given numerous erroneous explanations and bills, to no satisfaction other than to themselves. Hands down the worst company to deal with, EVER. I would strongly advise people to not fall into the trap

    @VodafoneUK please can I talk to a human? I bought a phone in August. I was missed as I don't have coverage in my house. Tech support told me in September it was a blip. But there is simply no service and never was at my house. Missed. Chat bot says phone number doesn't exist

    @VodafoneUK Do not use vodaphone. Their customer services is so bad, I requested that they cancel my services and send me a final bill, did they do it? No. Cue months of unpaid bill marks on my credit file..I am still arguing with them YEARS later to get the marks removed. They don’t care

    @VodafoneUK you have suspended my account. Stranded in London I just want to pay my bill to get reconnected and simply can’t. Because Tobi your chatbot it is asking me to select options that are non existent. Dreadful website and service.
