The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

I first raised the issue 2.5 weeks ago & they said it'd take 14 days to resolve.

I was tempted to just pay it to get them off my back. I’d get phone calls from the debt collector late at night! Awful company.
