@VodafoneUK Sorry I misspoke. I am eligible for a flexi upgrade but the fee is now being applied when it wasn't before. Is this due to your new tariffs? (Which are awful btw)

  • booboo_please bubu (@booboo_please) reported

@VodafoneUK awful customer service. Already a customer for broadband for over 1.5 year with good history of payments. wanted to move my number to Vodafone and made order week ago. Just found out from the chat that it has been cancelled and you are SORRY. No decency to send email.

@VodafoneUK trying to call voicemail and my phone just won't? says calling on screen but never actually rings out, I have messages I need to hear

  • FeelitWorking aka James Bond (@FeelitWorking) reported

@VodafoneUK It's £33/month. Fix the link on this advert or you will lose customers when they see a blank page with a warning, it is blocked to most users by their browsers, antivirus and ISP/DNS providers. Your marketing department needs to wake up! Don't pay people to lose business.

@VodafoneUK @Valkyrie20201 This is precisely what she is saying. What is the use in responding with this template response to everyone, if you’re not addressing the main point of dissatisfaction here for most of us, which is the lack of consultation or any communication with your customer base in London?
