@VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

@VodafoneUK Just received some truly amazing service from one of your customer service team members. I believe he is in your billing team. I had an issue with my bill and he took the time to listen to me and resolve my issue. His name was Losii Louis.

@VodafoneUK your internet server for broadband has got to be THE WORST I've ever experienced in the UK, every 2 days for the last week it's cut out for hours at a time, that's not including all the drop outs and hang ups we have experienced in the past, absolutely terrible!!!

@CityFibre absolutely disgusting service from CityFibre and as bad from @VodafoneUK. 3 months of chasing for a broadband failed installation, for it then to be cancelled without notice, 3 months of paying to run their router hoping it might work. Unbelievable

@VodafoneUK probably the worst customer service I've ever had from you since upgrading at the end of last month. 2 weeks with a phone that a Vodafone employee themselves acknowledged doesn't charge properly after 4 days, and have just been told to 'wait another week for my call'
