Left @ee (when it was Orange) for @VodafoneUK due to poor customer service. Then moved on to @o2 for same reason. Now, found O2 customer service lacking too. Is the UK mobile industry in downward spiral when it comes to customer service? Are any MVNOs better?

@VodafoneUK how is it that your phone network is really good, but you broadband is so bad? Near enough sat on the hub and getting terrible signal. Creates such a lag.

@VodafoneUK it shouldn’t be this hard to leave. Any other company will provide a PAC number in 60 seconds. You cannot even reply to any texts or phone requests. This doesn’t stop someone leaving just makes sure they never return
