@VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

@TmsmartSmart @EE @VodafoneUK They email to say the contract will rise, but If it raises by more than the stated % you can, by definition of their terms of service, leave the contract penalty free

@thewossy @VodafoneUK There is virgin in ground cables in the paths outside the houses on my road so when sky started being bad over lockdown we swapped to virgins 500mps package. Far more money but I like to seamless game and stream and if they dip a bit it generally stays north of 300mps and 30up

Hi @VodafoneUK - your mistake is damaging my credit file! Your online advisor says I have to call you about it - but if I call, your answer service tells me to contact an onilne advisor! I've wasted an hour now - how do I talk to someone, and how do I contact the ombudsman?

@VodafoneUK I have had an ongoing problem with Vodafone for over 4 months. Eventhough we are told calls are recorded, they still refuse to admit I was miss-sold a product. I was with Vodafone for over 10 years and still got treated like crap.

@o2 - honestly I hope someone replies to my complaint quickly… seriously not happy with the service I’m paying for! 😒 how can I have full bars of signal and 4G but loading emails or social media take ages? Think I’ll be going back to @VodafoneUK 🙃
