    @VodafoneUK I'll DM you so we can be more detailed but his mobile reception is really flaky - he has to sit in awkards spots in the house like by a window ledge - so even if he's with Vodafone a hotspot wouldn't help.

    @VodafoneUK Can you help? Recd letter early Nov saying my broadband is going to be upgraded to Essentials Superfast 1 as from 4th December, but online speedtests done since then say nothing has changed. What is status of this 'automatic upgrade' please? Has it been delayed?

    @VodafoneUK My partner has been waiting nearly 7 weeks for his upgrade to the new iPhone 12 pro. How much longer will he have to wait?? Various calls and lies from your customer service team and we are none the wiser!!!!

    @VodafoneUK would it be possible to get some extra data for a few days for my mobile so I can wfh? My @EE broadband has gone down and the fix time is 24-48 hours! Would prefer not to get fired... The outcome of this will decide who is the best network 🤔

    @VodafoneUK I have been trying to contact you all morning!!! Same issue as above upgraded my phone with trade in have not been sent envelope to send it back and am now being over charged have spoken to advisors and chat and still no help!!!
