@ThreeUKSupport I’ve just moved house and due to mistakes by @VodafoneUK I’m not getting connected until the 8th June. I’ve been relying on using my unlimited data with 3 for a hotspot but that stopped working yesterday, and I can’t access MyThree to find out the problem 🤔

@VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

@VodafoneUK 45 mins trying to add a line to be told I have an alert on my account, now on hold for another 20 mins on the phones. This has been an issue for years with this alert and is not acceptable. Spending my evening off work sorting this mess

@VodafoneUK @DanParratt Why are we DMing you when it’s a constant issue? I can’t get into “my account” Very Rewards billing or BOT cause it says the same issue but if you hit retry too many times it locks out then too reset it says the same thing server busy
