    @VodafoneUK Slow broadband for a week on and off down to dialup speed last night, 2 hrs on phone and internet only to not be connected, go round in circles or be disconnected. Seems a common problem you are covering up judging by amount of those affected. Hope your compensation scheme works.

    @VodafoneUK ....just spent 1hr plus waiting for customer service. Had to put up with patronising AMY @ the Middleton call centre. Shocking CT ANY CHANCE OF CONTACT FROM ANYONE ASAP #frustrated
