    @VodafoneUK I am appalled at the service I have been given. I swapped my tariff on Thursday and the phone when off yesterday at 3pm. I have been left with no one being able to contact me. This phone is used for business. I need a resolve.

    I appreciate there is a global pandemic and it‘s unfortunate timing that my broadband was due to connect yesterday BUT @VodafoneUK ‘s solution to not having engineers that can fix the broadband (understandable) is to courier me a new phone that I can use as a mobile hotspot.

    Hello @VodafoneUK my home broadband with you is down yet again. Online chatted with your staff yesterday and after line checks etc, appeared to have fixed it. But still no internet today. Please help

    They can’t get me a free mifi because it would take 4 weeks to get one in the post. But they can send a mobile phone next day and Of COURSE I’d have to pay for both the handset and contract. @VodafoneUK what even is this service.

    Anyone @VodafoneUK ? Could someone at least acknowledge and let me know what time the broadband “team” starts? Numerous phone calls and tweets but nothing from @VodafoneUK so far. Broadband still not connected. Not a good start for a new customer is it?

    @VodafoneUK my phone has just updated itself and now during phone calls I cannot hear them, they hear me though, had this issue before but can’t remember what solved it! Thanks

    I remember when @VodafoneUK marketing line was that they wouldn’t put prices up mid-contract. Probably the worst time for them to put prices up! People are losing their jobs yet their shareholders need a bigger margin...

    @VodafoneUK have been given ‘proof’ there are still issues on my #gigafast connection. Third line aren’t accepting it as they’ve been told by @CityFibre it’s been fixed. It hasn’t, you have proof it isn’t fixed. Guess you don’t know what you’re doing!

    @VodafoneUK I got an upgrade last Wednesday and I was told it would arrive the next day and I’ve still not got it and I’ve currently got a iPhone 6 with the worst battery life so it’s driving me round the bend having to charge it all the time while I wait for my new phone

    @VodafoneUK I'll DM you so we can be more detailed but his mobile reception is really flaky - he has to sit in awkards spots in the house like by a window ledge - so even if he's with Vodafone a hotspot wouldn't help.

    @VodafoneUK My partner has been waiting nearly 7 weeks for his upgrade to the new iPhone 12 pro. How much longer will he have to wait?? Various calls and lies from your customer service team and we are none the wiser!!!!
