Broadband keeps dropping out and after 5 separate attempts to sort the issue I still have not had a resolve. Currently WFH so this is causing problems for me.

I explained he had terminal cancer and wouldnโt be returning home. Her response was โI hope he gets well soon!โ Tesco Clubcard, the lady was so kind!

Xtine ๐ (@xtinexoop) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK 18 months to find a buyer for mums flat so we paying DOUBLE council tax (ยฃ400), standing charges for utilities and ยฃ270 a month service charge as her flat is sheltered complex - so ยฃ700ish a month for an empty flat with no services being used! Hopefully we'll complete soon.
