    Supposed to have super fast 2 broadband with @VodafoneUK more like snail pace broadband! Time to change providers, your customer service is awful also!

    My @TalkTalk internet contract finally finished a couple of months ago, I couldnโ€™t wait for it to finish, terrible service and connection. If anyone is looking for an internet provider choose @VodafoneUK customer service top notch and the connection is spot on! #happydays

    @VodafoneUK tomorrow marks 2 weeks as a broadband customer, 1 day service, 3hrs on hold, 4hrs web chat, 4 broken promises (+1 pending). To top it off ยฃ26.42 bill paid!

    @VodafoneUK And the age restriction has just been reapplies to my phone even though I didnโ€™t request it. Please remove it ASAP as this shuts down my banking apps etc. Thanks.

    They canโ€™t get me a free mifi because it would take 4 weeks to get one in the post. But they can send a mobile phone next day and Of COURSE Iโ€™d have to pay for both the handset and contract. @VodafoneUK what even is this service.

    @VodafoneUK I think youโ€™re missing the point here. I know these responses are automated Iโ€™m more frustrated at the fact that itโ€™s been over a week & I was told itโ€™s be with me within 7 working days. As a long high spending customer youโ€™d think Iโ€™d be told correct information when I upgraded

    Hi @VodafoneUK any idea when the broadband issue in BL6 is being resolved? Missed 2/3 of a work day now due to no internet. Online chat was useless. Wait a couple of hours. That was at 12. Been down since 11!

    @VodafoneUK I have been on hold for 45 minutes so far. Cannot use the live chat as that is busy. Broadband keeps dropping out and after 5 separate attempts to sort the issue I still have not had a resolve. Currently WFH so this is causing problems for me.

    @VodafoneUK Ita not that I need help, Iโ€™m not 90! It is the iOS differences. As per previous tweet, I got the phone today, if they do not resolve iOS issues within 14 days from today, am I still able to return the device and revert to previous plan

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK The worst company I had to contact when my husband died was Microsoft. He had some software set up to auto renew. Impossible to cancel unless I had access to his emails.

    I canโ€™t believe that @VodafoneUK wonโ€™t let me cancel my mothers monthly fees without a power of Attourney - she has been in a home for the last 2 yrs with no ability to use a phone but Vodafone happily take their fees every month even though they know the situation. @DementiaUK

    @VodafoneUK Heads up to anyone using Vodafone, anyone who gets a phone call from +44 20 8073 0971, be cautious, they are scammers who will imply you need a new SIM, I spotted the signs so averted any issues but others may fall for it.

    When will @VodafoneUK provide a reasonable 4G signal that is stable? Why do we have to put up with speed test that gives a download sped in Kbs and upload of zero? This is happening every single day. This message might not list at time of writing but get put in drafts.

    @twit_cmj @VodafoneUK Other than when it hits the hot weather ive never had issues. Did with the phone as was with them for 15 years. But broadband usually has been alright. Then the sun comes out and...nope gone
