Seems a common problem you are covering up judging by amount of those affected. Hope your compensation scheme works.

Not be passed from pillar to post to be cut off and spookily have to pay another month because you deem itโs now into another charge. @VodafoneUK you now lose all 3 devices 20 + year customer

I visited the shop, phoned and emailed them but they refused to acknowledge me in any way. I didnโt get a penny back, will never use them again. Low life thieves, please sue them.

Constant delays, you have to hedge your bets at which train to get . Be great if there was a way of having uptodate info to run between platforms!
