    Not going to lie or exaggerate but @VodafoneUK have to have the customer experience service of any U.K. company, truly broken, poor on the customer effort front and about as accommodating and co-operative as North Korea!! CEO incoming. @NikkiBxxxx

    Hi @VodafoneUK any idea when the broadband issue in BL6 is being resolved? Missed 2/3 of a work day now due to no internet. Online chat was useless. Wait a couple of hours. That was at 12. Been down since 11!

    My @TalkTalk internet contract finally finished a couple of months ago, I couldnโ€™t wait for it to finish, terrible service and connection. If anyone is looking for an internet provider choose @VodafoneUK customer service top notch and the connection is spot on! #happydays

    @VodafoneUK I think youโ€™re missing the point here. I know these responses are automated Iโ€™m more frustrated at the fact that itโ€™s been over a week & I was told itโ€™s be with me within 7 working days. As a long high spending customer youโ€™d think Iโ€™d be told correct information when I upgraded

    I remember when @VodafoneUK marketing line was that they wouldnโ€™t put prices up mid-contract. Probably the worst time for them to put prices up! People are losing their jobs yet their shareholders need a bigger margin...

    Vodafone I wanted to remove 1 device from my contract that the contract has ended on. Not be passed from pillar to post to be cut off and spookily have to pay another month because you deem itโ€™s now into another charge. @VodafoneUK you now lose all 3 devices 20 + year customer

    @VodafoneUK I am appalled at the service I have been given. I swapped my tariff on Thursday and the phone when off yesterday at 3pm. I have been left with no one being able to contact me. This phone is used for business. I need a resolve.

    @VodafoneUK tomorrow marks 2 weeks as a broadband customer, 1 day service, 3hrs on hold, 4hrs web chat, 4 broken promises (+1 pending). To top it off ยฃ26.42 bill paid!

    @muzicbrew @VodafoneUK Itโ€™s fraud, saying they are offering speeds when they are clearly not, iv gone to ofcom about it as im sick of it. And customer service is useless

    @VodafoneUK And the age restriction has just been reapplies to my phone even though I didnโ€™t request it. Please remove it ASAP as this shuts down my banking apps etc. Thanks.

    @VodafoneUK I'm having one of the worst customer experiences with your broadband team.I'm now at day 6 with no broadband,waited in Tuesday for a new router, to find your team didn't order it!they promised Wednesday so waited in, guess what?They didn't order it again!what a joke!

    @VodafoneUK Hello. I have asked for the "Super Wi-Fi setting to be removed from my account as I want to control my router not use a broken app or call up when I want to change something, I asked for this to be done 5 days ago! I am on day 5 and it still turned on! I was told on Friday it was taken off my account but it's not! I am on the phone again to try and get this sorted AGAIN!
