I'm still getting debt collectors from a bill that was supposed to have been written off 30 years ago when ยฃ400 of overseas calls in 2 days on an account only used for inward calls for 3 years didn't raise red flags.

Said they didnโt have to. Defaulted on 8 months after they gave the โdebtโ to another company. credit score in the shitter and almost never got a mortgage as a result ๐ซ

Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

The DVLA were terrible for me, they said that they could only refund mum's car tax from the date they received the form, not when it was dated. I had done it to the end of month, as they don't do partials, and lost an extra month because it that.
