    @VodafoneUK can’t contact them back because the the credit has all gone. She’s only set a few text 6-7, she has people desperate for food and she can’t get back to them. please help people could be starving.

    @VodafoneUK new plan from 5/9 with Entertainment, existing ent plan was switched off pretty much straight away, but couldn’t access the new 1, spent an hour on online chat on 5/9 and was given a credit and told to wait 72 hour, I have but still can’t access it, can you help?

    @muzicbrew @VodafoneUK It’s fraud, saying they are offering speeds when they are clearly not, iv gone to ofcom about it as im sick of it. And customer service is useless

    Called @VodafoneUK re wife’s new @Apple Xr that developed screen fault. As rcvd just 30+ days she told to go to apple and pay to fix. Under 2015 C act, this is a disgrace. Should be replaced or offers repair inside 6 months. @MartinSLewis These guys always seeking to cheat £

    My @TalkTalk internet contract finally finished a couple of months ago, I couldn’t wait for it to finish, terrible service and connection. If anyone is looking for an internet provider choose @VodafoneUK customer service top notch and the connection is spot on! #happydays

    @VodafoneUK tomorrow marks 2 weeks as a broadband customer, 1 day service, 3hrs on hold, 4hrs web chat, 4 broken promises (+1 pending). To top it off £26.42 bill paid!

    @VodafoneUK I have been on hold for 45 minutes so far. Cannot use the live chat as that is busy. Broadband keeps dropping out and after 5 separate attempts to sort the issue I still have not had a resolve. Currently WFH so this is causing problems for me.

    @VodafoneUK I have raised a complaint. I was offerer compensation but then 1) I couldn’t then complain and 2) nothing could be sent to me in writing about you not blocking my stolen phone when I asked .

    @chriswithers13 @CityFibre Yes, and BT essentially isn’t an option here. It’s just laughable that Cityfibre cannot be bothered to fix the error that their own people made. They said to me when they did it it would be fixed in a few days. @VodafoneUK can’t do much about it either AFAIAA

    So what’s their end game? Vodafone has gone down hill so much I’m thankfully on @EE Much Better in every way and is most important clear about your usage! Also Bonus has much betterResiliency and coverage than @VodafoneUK! This massive oversight in Vodafone iOS App! 2/3

    @VodafoneUK Just tried to use app for my mum who elderly and cancer patient, a Pay as You Go customer, who has been getting what I would say is abusive texts oh we noticed you used data. I only behalf of mum check and nowhere can I see Data used and how much left?! 1/3

    @VodafoneUK What kind of feedback loop have you got running, when try a web chat "Unfortunately no agents are available". When trying to call, sorry we're really busy try using our web chat service where 100s of chat specialists are ready to answer your queries.

    Trying to cancel my @VodafoneUK contract. Call centre sounds like it's using cans & strings. I say I'm cancelling because I've switched to fibre (300Mbps down & up), best they can physically do is 14Mbps copper... Agent: Have you tried talking to us about other plans? Me: 🤦😠
