Broadband keeps dropping out and after 5 separate attempts to sort the issue I still have not had a resolve. Currently WFH so this is causing problems for me.

Helen Christie (@HelenJC76) reported from Haslingden, England@VodafoneUK new plan from 5/9 with Entertainment, existing ent plan was switched off pretty much straight away, but couldn’t access the new 1, spent an hour on online chat on 5/9 and was given a credit and told to wait 72 hour, I have but still can’t access it, can you help?
