@CityFibre Don’t use @VodafoneUK for your fibre connection in Kirklees, their customer service is terrible. 59 days since @CityFibre came out to connect and still nothing.

  • Hoban2105
Look at that Horse (@Hoban2105) reported from Burnley, England

@VodafoneUK I have been on hold for 45 minutes so far. Cannot use the live chat as that is busy. Broadband keeps dropping out and after 5 separate attempts to sort the issue I still have not had a resolve. Currently WFH so this is causing problems for me.

  • shenstock2005
Sarah Henstock (@shenstock2005) reported from Rochdale, England

@VodafoneUK I emailed the CEO of Vodafone and didn't get an apology. I was offered £30 in goodwill and told that they couldn't help any further. I said that at the end of my current contract I will leave Vodafone, Amy, on behalf of the CEO didn't try to retain my custom

  • shenstock2005
Sarah Henstock (@shenstock2005) reported from Rochdale, England

@VodafoneUK in my experience doesn't care about retaining loyal customers and thinks it is ok to mislead customers. You lost a customer who has been on your network since 1998

  • davidjfshaw
David Shaw (@davidjfshaw) reported from Bradford, England

@VodafoneUK hi guys, I've requested an NUC code 3 times first on 10th of June and the last time your service centre requested it on 30 June.. I've still not received anything.. What can I do to get this?

My @TalkTalk internet contract finally finished a couple of months ago, I couldn’t wait for it to finish, terrible service and connection. If anyone is looking for an internet provider choose @VodafoneUK customer service top notch and the connection is spot on! #happydays

  • GarryAClayton

@VodafoneUK been waiting on the phone 40 minutes - no answer, automated bot Tobi is useless! Apparently I have 4 days to return my part-ex phone in the box you haven’t sent me. Can someone help (or answer) plse

  • FlyingScotsManJ
The Flying Scotsman 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@FlyingScotsManJ) reported from Bradford, England

@VodafoneUK This is why Vodafone is my network. I’m just hoping I can get a decent Mapple MyPhone soon, as I don’t fancy being on ComQuack!

  • JoJo_P_87
    🐾 Jo ت 🐾 (@JoJo_P_87) reported from Bury, England

@12JaffaCakes @Dead_Silence_31 @VodafoneUK @BBCWatchdog Not sure but I have proof this hasn’t worked for weeks properly so they can kiss my arse if they think I am paying to cancel. They aren’t providing a service.

  • sarahhanley_x
•Sarah (@sarahhanley_x) reported from Halifax, England

Imagine spending hours and days on end to @VodafoneUK to just be ignored! £62.40 my bill INCLUDING £9 insurance yet they’re charging me £9 each month on top of £62.40. Ring them and they tell me it’ll be sorted for month afterwards. NEVER IS!

  • HannahDoubleyou
hann (@HannahDoubleyou) reported from Brighouse, England

@VodafoneUK - he also gave no details about the contract such as how long it is for. He left us with more questions than we started with. He didn’t tell us how or when our service would be set up. After asking any question, he would simply repeat his previous answer in a patronising manner.

  • CoryTysonXXX
    🅒🅞🅡🅨 & 🅐🅐🅡🅞🅝 (@CoryTysonXXX) reported from Bury, England

@VodafoneUK I think you’re missing the point here. I know these responses are automated I’m more frustrated at the fact that it’s been over a week & I was told it’s be with me within 7 working days. As a long high spending customer you’d think I’d be told correct information when I upgraded

  • HeathMaxon

@VodafoneUK been a broadband customer for one week tomorrow, had service for one day!

@VodafoneUK absolutely abysmal. You cut my wife's SIM off after some mixup with an esim transfer on Thursday It's now Sunday and we're still being constantly told it'll be another 24 to 48 hours. Complaint already been made but still no progress and no proactive updates. Joke.

What a bunch of profit chasing thugs @VodafoneUK are. I get a regular monthly bill of £17 however just being a day late for payment ( only ever one reminder) I get a £5 penalty. That’s £5 a nearly 33% fine. Catch phrase should be “got you, give me your money, stuff the service”

  • Pearoni
    Pearoni (@Pearoni) reported

Got to love @VodafoneUK sponsoring the @DownloadFest and giving 100k+ customers the worst network coverage known to humankind. I will 100% be changing networks in a few days and I recommend others do to. 2026? Profiteering at its worst

  • AxelZuk

@VodafoneUK where i live it used to be a field, its now a new build estate. Being an ex field your masts where never designed to give good signal here. No one does. Is there anyone who i can contact to ask about upgrading the masts around here? I know just cust serv will ignore

@Bov__ @O2 @VodafoneUK Depends if it’s cheaper to move to another carrier that gives you the same *wonderful* service 🙃

    Ed Sabella (@Ed_Sabella) reported

@DanielPriestley I don’t think this is really about protecting kids, it’s more about collecting information on everyone. I have two young kids and use @VodafoneUK . I used to block specific websites easily through the router, but Vodafone removed that option and replaced it with their so-called “Secure Net” app. Now you can only block by category, not by individual websites. It turns out this is perfectly legal. The UK government doesn’t require providers to offer specific site blocking. They only want category blocking, which gives parents far less real control. It’s the same problem as YouTube: no matter how many categories you block, creators always find ways around it. I highly recommend moving to @Starlink like I did
