    Imagine spending hours and days on end to @VodafoneUK to just be ignored! £62.40 my bill INCLUDING £9 insurance yet they’re charging me £9 each month on top of £62.40. Ring them and they tell me it’ll be sorted for month afterwards. NEVER IS!

    My @TalkTalk internet contract finally finished a couple of months ago, I couldn’t wait for it to finish, terrible service and connection. If anyone is looking for an internet provider choose @VodafoneUK customer service top notch and the connection is spot on! #happydays

    @VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

    @VodafoneUK I have been on hold for 45 minutes so far. Cannot use the live chat as that is busy. Broadband keeps dropping out and after 5 separate attempts to sort the issue I still have not had a resolve. Currently WFH so this is causing problems for me.

    @VodafoneUK Hi guys. So my contract is finishing end of this month and start of this month I rang the customer service line and said I wanted to cancel my contract and asked for a pac code because I wasn't sure what to do. Now I'm thinking not to use the 1/2

    @VodafoneUK well done for leaving a vulnerable 84 year man who is shielding without a phone even though the replacement phone was ordered and confirmed but then cancelled by you without ANY NOTIFICATION- disgusting customer service let’s hope it turns up now

    @VodafoneUK in my experience doesn't care about retaining loyal customers and thinks it is ok to mislead customers. You lost a customer who has been on your network since 1998

    @VodafoneUK I just refused the iPhone 12 Pro I ordered on a call to Vodafone a few weeks before Christmas as was told by a guy on the phone as I wanted a different phone and they couldn’t cancel it and so does that mean my bill will currently stay the same as it is at the moment?

    @VodafoneUK I emailed the CEO of Vodafone and didn't get an apology. I was offered £30 in goodwill and told that they couldn't help any further. I said that at the end of my current contract I will leave Vodafone, Amy, on behalf of the CEO didn't try to retain my custom

    @VodafoneUK Not at all good for such an expensive service. I'm glad I'm just on pay as you go. I've already got a contract with BT on mobile. Just need vodafone for reception in another region. Thing is though I need data and even tho they make good offers they won't honour it!

    Left @ee (when it was Orange) for @VodafoneUK due to poor customer service. Then moved on to @o2 for same reason. Now, found O2 customer service lacking too. Is the UK mobile industry in downward spiral when it comes to customer service? Are any MVNOs better?

    But now I find the receipt so call @CPWTweets to say I don't want the @VodafoneUK, have never been able to switch and when I did call they denied ever selling it to me. Been told 'it's tough, look at the terms, you can't cancel'. AND there's no record of me calling them before!

    So, @CPWTweets call me to sell me a new phone contract from O2 to @VodafoneUK, I get the SIM card but no other emails or codes (as promised). When I call @CPWTweets to cancel (as I can't switch without the info) they tell me they never sold me a contract ..... 1/3

    @VodafoneUK 23 days now without 4g signal in the London N8 area, was emailed on Thursday to say everything was fixed. It is not. The engineers are still working on the issue but the @vodafoneUK website signal checker says all is fine and working. Awful service from @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Ha ha phoned last friday was offered an upgrade declined it was told to try again when black friday deals would make it better ..phoned today it was more expensive ..brilliant..thats for a customer of 20 years
