My @TalkTalk internet contract finally finished a couple of months ago, I couldn’t wait for it to finish, terrible service and connection. If anyone is looking for an internet provider choose @VodafoneUK customer service top notch and the connection is spot on! #happydays

  • HannahDoubleyou
hann (@HannahDoubleyou) reported from Brighouse, England

@VodafoneUK telling me he needs my debit card rather than asking if I could put it in the card machine. This is the first time I have been with your company and this experience was absolutely terrible. Your employee was more interested in pressing me on whether he will get his money back -

  • JoSnoop76
Joanna Hunt (@JoSnoop76) reported from Meltham, England

@VodafoneUK the way I’m being treated by you guys is disgraceful, I’d like a human to contact me please. I’m astonished at how bad your service has been these past few months

  • Girlw0ndr

@VodafoneUK I have text my responses, thank you. I think the problem was the language barrier. He was being overly nice but it sounded sarcastic and patronising πŸ˜”

@VodafoneUK I think you’re missing the point here. I know these responses are automated I’m more frustrated at the fact that it’s been over a week & I was told it’s be with me within 7 working days. As a long high spending customer you’d think I’d be told correct information when I upgraded

  • matthewbcafc
matthew wilkinson (@matthewbcafc) reported from Wibsey, England

@philwoollias1 @VodafoneUK I left vodafone years ago, shocking customer service, charged me Β£50 for the use of a courtesy phone!

  • Tjrx1_
    JuniiorπŸ₯Ά #StayHomeSaveLifes πŸ”΄ (@Tjrx1_) reported from Bradford, England

@VodafoneUK Hi guys. So my contract is finishing end of this month and start of this month I rang the customer service line and said I wanted to cancel my contract and asked for a pac code because I wasn't sure what to do. Now I'm thinking not to use the 1/2

  • clpblue1
Colin Patterson 🐝 (@clpblue1) reported from Bury, England

Another day of being on hold trying to get hold of someone @VodafoneUK 7 days and counting, and if you put a complaint in that's ignored too. I only want to change my address for broadband! God only knows why you can't do this online!! #shockingcustomerservice

  • darylws

Anyone else having mobile network issues with @VodafoneUK atm? Have absolutely nothing for some reason. (Their network status page is as useful as a chocolate teapot)

  • shenstock2005
Sarah Henstock (@shenstock2005) reported from Rochdale, England

@VodafoneUK in my experience doesn't care about retaining loyal customers and thinks it is ok to mislead customers. You lost a customer who has been on your network since 1998

  • SwindellsSara
Sara Swindells (@SwindellsSara) reported from Rawtenstall, England

Vodafone broadband is doing my absolute nut in!!! Poor service and connectivity with nothing being done about it and can’t get through to anyone! Trying to watch @NetflixUK here!!! #vodafonebroadband @VodafoneUK

  • HannahDoubleyou
hann (@HannahDoubleyou) reported from Brighouse, England

@VodafoneUK - told him I worked at santander in passing. The employee was rude and didn’t inform us of a credit check done. He was patronising and made it very apparent he though we were a young couple (he said he thought we were under eighteen whilst laughing)

  • qm8tknfyjy

    @Iromg @VodafoneUK I’m sure they won’t give a flying ****

  • DannyBee595
    Danny B (@DannyBee595) reported

I've had such a frustrating experience upgrading with @VodafoneUK , I wish I hadn't bothered. The bloatware on the Honor Magic V6 is already horrendous, but then I have to contend with pre-ticked boxes to install even more of the crap in "Vodafone Appbox"... which can't be skipped or closed. So I've had to go through 3 (full) screens of apps which nobody wants and had to untick the apps which Vodafone conveniently (and sneakily) ticked on my behalf. This is a great way to ruin the arrival of a new phone, which should be a positive experience. My mood is already frustrated from this, that's before I even start to uninstall all the other crap that HONOR put on their phones. I remember the pain I felt when I got my last phone trying to get rid of the Vodafone bloatware, but 3 years on it is so much worse now. NOBODY WANTS THIS JUNK. You're ruining the experience of what is meant to be your main product/service. Poor show.

  • imaner76
    imaner76 (@imaner76) reported

Your mobile service in DT6 West Bay Dorset has slowly been eroded down to nothing. From 25 mps down over the years to just 0.5 mps down this summer. Not good enough... @VodafoneUK

  • Dameo_23
    Damon McRea (@Dameo_23) reported

@VodafoneUK I get daily texts off you to upgrade my phone, I get twice daily emails saying an upgrade is ready. Instead of being desperate to get more money out of me. Sort your service out in the CA7 area!

  • TannerVinc26621
    vince tanner (@TannerVinc26621) reported

@Iromg @VodafoneUK If you have gone to 3, check it out, it's owned by vodagrone. Many others use their cell network too.

  • HvrRoberts
    Heather Roberts (@HvrRoberts) reported

@VodafoneUK Why have you not replied to my message from 2 weeks ago! No longer relevant! I can now upgrade my plan but the best deal will cost me another Β£10 a month whilst you help illegal immigrants! Shame on you!

  • TheGrandfatherX
    Billy©️ (@TheGrandfatherX) reported

Britain is now a country where you only get the option & marketing to pay less but for a lesser service. There are literally no bargains to be had. It’s a country where the only growth is by charging you more for everything. @VodafoneUK is just one classic example of this.

  • CarolQuayl94328
    Carol Quayle (@CarolQuayl94328) reported

@Iromg @VodafoneUK Yeah, I'm switching too - be careful, because some of the cheap carriers like Lebara run on the Vodafone network.

  • lucindaslater83
    Lucy Slater (@lucindaslater83) reported

@VodafoneUK 30 yr customer.. no more. I refuse to support a company that support ILLEGAL immigrants, criminals entering this country, attacking men, women and children and enabling them to do so with free phones/sims, same phones they've been filming their rapes on. #traitors
