    @VodafoneUK I emailed the CEO of Vodafone and didn't get an apology. I was offered ยฃ30 in goodwill and told that they couldn't help any further. I said that at the end of my current contract I will leave Vodafone, Amy, on behalf of the CEO didn't try to retain my custom

    @VodafoneUK well done for leaving a vulnerable 84 year man who is shielding without a phone even though the replacement phone was ordered and confirmed but then cancelled by you without ANY NOTIFICATION- disgusting customer service letโ€™s hope it turns up now

    My @TalkTalk internet contract finally finished a couple of months ago, I couldnโ€™t wait for it to finish, terrible service and connection. If anyone is looking for an internet provider choose @VodafoneUK customer service top notch and the connection is spot on! #happydays

    @VodafoneUK Hi guys. So my contract is finishing end of this month and start of this month I rang the customer service line and said I wanted to cancel my contract and asked for a pac code because I wasn't sure what to do. Now I'm thinking not to use the 1/2

    @VodafoneUK I have been on hold for 45 minutes so far. Cannot use the live chat as that is busy. Broadband keeps dropping out and after 5 separate attempts to sort the issue I still have not had a resolve. Currently WFH so this is causing problems for me.

    @VodafoneUK tomorrow marks 2 weeks as a broadband customer, 1 day service, 3hrs on hold, 4hrs web chat, 4 broken promises (+1 pending). To top it off ยฃ26.42 bill paid!

    @VodafoneUK in my experience doesn't care about retaining loyal customers and thinks it is ok to mislead customers. You lost a customer who has been on your network since 1998

    @VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

    @samwarburton_ @lionsofficial @VodafoneUK Canโ€™t agree with Gibson-Park, made a couple of big errors that were costly. Thought both (2nd for Wales) SHโ€™s at Murrayfield were sharper. After Henshaw, not sure any centers were that good - against well organised defences - pity canโ€™t select Fikou ?
