    @VodafoneUK - told him I worked at santander in passing. The employee was rude and didnโ€™t inform us of a credit check done. He was patronising and made it very apparent he though we were a young couple (he said he thought we were under eighteen whilst laughing)

    @VodafoneUK I just refused the iPhone 12 Pro I ordered on a call to Vodafone a few weeks before Christmas as was told by a guy on the phone as I wanted a different phone and they couldnโ€™t cancel it and so does that mean my bill will currently stay the same as it is at the moment?

I know these responses are automated Iโ€™m more frustrated at the fact that itโ€™s been over a week & I was told itโ€™s be with me within 7 working days. As a long high spending customer youโ€™d think Iโ€™d be told correct information when I upgraded

    My @TalkTalk internet contract finally finished a couple of months ago, I couldnโ€™t wait for it to finish, terrible service and connection. If anyone is looking for an internet provider choose @VodafoneUK customer service top notch and the connection is spot on! #happydays

    @VodafoneUK I have been on hold for 45 minutes so far. Cannot use the live chat as that is busy. Broadband keeps dropping out and after 5 separate attempts to sort the issue I still have not had a resolve. Currently WFH so this is causing problems for me.

    @CityFibre Donโ€™t use @VodafoneUK for your fibre connection in Kirklees, their customer service is terrible. 59 days since @CityFibre came out to connect and still nothing.

    All mobile providers are crap bar signing contracts but really, I waltz into @VodafoneUK to buy a Samsung tablet, at first, "pick it up 2 days" , then, the no reply emails start; 1st another 4 days, then 4 more days, then 10 days, now another 10 days Arrrrghhh. F'king useless

    @VodafoneUK @EE your signal along with every other mobile network in the UK is pathetic. You even advertise that when one doesnโ€™t work the dual network kicks in. Well itโ€™s shite. I canโ€™t make calls or receive signals in so many places which is 3rd world levels of embarrassment

    @VodafoneUK Third consecutive month of no proper Veryme once a month reward. It is again win a reward option, which never works and impossible to claim. This is mis-sold Broadband together rewards. Extremely unhappy. Come on Vodafone team, you can do better

    @VodafoneUK absolutely abysmal. You cut my wife's SIM off after some mixup with an esim transfer on Thursday It's now Sunday and we're still being constantly told it'll be another 24 to 48 hours. Complaint already been made but still no progress and no proactive updates. Joke.

    @VodafoneUK phenomenal broadband experience, WiFi cutting out every day. Had talktalk previously never had this issue. Vodafone broadband is the absolute worst. Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.

    @Ofcom Hi @Ofcom the reply is appreciated. Confirm this has already been done. The more worrying factor is that the scammers have used @VodafoneUK legitimate messaging to message their customer scam messages.
