@VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

@muzicbrew @VodafoneUK Past 2/3 weeks now, every evening drops top 2/3 mpbs. They don’t even bother replying to me anymore. There app saying I’m getting speeds of 50 odd. Which I never have. It’s fraud!

@VodafoneUK I emailed the CEO of Vodafone and didn't get an apology. I was offered £30 in goodwill and told that they couldn't help any further. I said that at the end of my current contract I will leave Vodafone, Amy, on behalf of the CEO didn't try to retain my custom

Looks like @VodafoneUK have changed the way their contracts work? My friend is paying outrageous £40+pcm despite it ending Oct 2021. Gone are the days you pay off your handset and just pay for the SIM + data/calls? Your signal is not very good either and I live in London...

@VodafoneUK something wrong with your network we have two Vodafone mobiles that don't connect when dialing 0800 free numbers, they just end as soon as you call. EE mobile is able to call 0800 numbers.
