    @VodafoneUK He also couldn’t find our account that we had already made online when we had attempted to purchase this pack previously, for which we were promised a £2 monthly discount on the live chat by a colleague for the issues that occurred which made that purchase unsuccessful

    @VodafoneUK - he also gave no details about the contract such as how long it is for. He left us with more questions than we started with. He didn’t tell us how or when our service would be set up. After asking any question, he would simply repeat his previous answer in a patronising manner.

    @VodafoneUK - told him I worked at santander in passing. The employee was rude and didn’t inform us of a credit check done. He was patronising and made it very apparent he though we were a young couple (he said he thought we were under eighteen whilst laughing)

    @muzicbrew @VodafoneUK Past 2/3 weeks now, every evening drops top 2/3 mpbs. They don’t even bother replying to me anymore. There app saying I’m getting speeds of 50 odd. Which I never have. It’s fraud!

    @virginmedia spent 2 days on your webchat, mostly waiting, trying to cancel contract as you can't offer me same deal as @VodafoneUK Pro Gigafast 900mbps for £30. Just asked again to cancel and been offered an £89 package, think it must be a joke. #VirginNoCustomerService

    @VodafoneUK I Messaged an Aviser at 4.02 so far my only response was to ask for security information which I sent at 4.22. It's now 5.02 and I have had no meaningful response! The problem is in the network and needs escalating to Openreach

    This fault is not down to @VodafoneUK but you are going to lose this customer because you will not escalate it to the people whose fault it is (ie Openreach) in a timely manner.

    Please can someone help me out, seeking compensation for my mum losing her phone line for 16 days after switching to Vodafone. She is elderly, lives on her own and has alzheimer's so to lose the only connection with the outside world is no small thing @VodafoneUK refusing to pay
