    Called @VodafoneUK re wife’s new @Apple Xr that developed screen fault. As rcvd just 30+ days she told to go to apple and pay to fix. Under 2015 C act, this is a disgrace. Should be replaced or offers repair inside 6 months. @MartinSLewis These guys always seeking to cheat £

    @VodafoneUK I must say for a premium brand according to (Peter) your customer service is beyond awefull. Gave 30 days notice to cancel on 21/05/20 have proof just to be told have to ring again to cancel🤔 Premium brand my axxx! #poorservice

    Anyone @VodafoneUK ? Could someone at least acknowledge and let me know what time the broadband “team” starts? Numerous phone calls and tweets but nothing from @VodafoneUK so far. Broadband still not connected. Not a good start for a new customer is it?

    @VodafoneUK I emailed the CEO of Vodafone and didn't get an apology. I was offered £30 in goodwill and told that they couldn't help any further. I said that at the end of my current contract I will leave Vodafone, Amy, on behalf of the CEO didn't try to retain my custom

    @VodafoneUK in my experience doesn't care about retaining loyal customers and thinks it is ok to mislead customers. You lost a customer who has been on your network since 1998

    Really want to upgrade my @SamsungMobile s7 edge with Vodafone to a @HuaweiMobile p30 or p30 pro on my @VodafoneUK contract but they're so expensive compared to @O2 :( 7 YEARS a customer, and no deals to be had

    @VodafoneUK 65 MINS on your live chat Agent did not resolve problem, talked to me like i was thick and then had me top up to fix problem and it did not. REFUND ME. I have copied the transcript and will fire it over to Financial Services Ombudsman in 24 hours.

    @ThreeUKSupport 2nd line support was supposed to ring 6 o’clock tonight . It’s 8 and nothing . I can’t work from home because of your rubbish speeds so I have to now travel out every day until fixed . I don’t know who is worse - you or @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK On hold in 6th hour now of calls to Vodafone to try and resolve serious account issues - Including some breaches of data! If you ever have problems there is an endless process of being passed from pillar to post. About to start cancelling 6 x contracts after 25 years of custom
