If you were as big as @VodafoneUK and you decided to up your rates. Would you update the database of the online Chat Bot to answer the most basic questions for a customer? Rather than make the call centre go tilt? With bots like theirs, no wonder poor people aren't scared of AI.

@VodafoneUK When I joined Vodafone in Jan 2022, my mobile contract was £40. Now, in April 2023, it’s £50. Yes, it’s gone up TEN POUNDS in just over a year. And my network reception is beyond awful. They are a multi-billion £ company & have no need to bleed their customers dry.
