She would have to give her date of birth for this to be able to happen. When my mum had told her the date of her own birth the lady on the phone told my mum her date of birth was wrong ๐ค

Dad never missed a bill but they said he had exceeded his limit. When I complained their rep shouted "It's for their protection". Virgin Media are scum.
