    My @TalkTalk internet contract finally finished a couple of months ago, I couldn’t wait for it to finish, terrible service and connection. If anyone is looking for an internet provider choose @VodafoneUK customer service top notch and the connection is spot on! #happydays

    Anyone @VodafoneUK ? Could someone at least acknowledge and let me know what time the broadband β€œteam” starts? Numerous phone calls and tweets but nothing from @VodafoneUK so far. Broadband still not connected. Not a good start for a new customer is it?

    @muzicbrew @VodafoneUK Past 2/3 weeks now, every evening drops top 2/3 mpbs. They don’t even bother replying to me anymore. There app saying I’m getting speeds of 50 odd. Which I never have. It’s fraud!

    @VodafoneUK really disappointed to be leaving after 16 years. Customer service not interested in keeping my custom. Wanting to increase my bill by 12% to stay. Shocking at this time. Sad to be leaving but hey I’m sure my custom will be welcome elsewhere πŸ‘‹ πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹

    @VodafoneUK I must say for a premium brand according to (Peter) your customer service is beyond awefull. Gave 30 days notice to cancel on 21/05/20 have proof just to be told have to ring again to cancelπŸ€” Premium brand my axxx! #poorservice

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK We had so many problems with EE when my dad died in October 2025. Apparently death does not terminate his contract with them, we are having to carry on paying for his sports package until the end of the 2 year contract, as I own the house. Outrageous!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virginmedia were horrible to us. My mother had a stroke and had severe dementia. we tried to cancel her broadband and just keep the tv as she couldn't use a computer any more. They kept asking to speak to her and got angry when she couldn't remember her password. Utter scum.

    @VodafoneUK Heads up to anyone using Vodafone, anyone who gets a phone call from +44 20 8073 0971, be cautious, they are scammers who will imply you need a new SIM, I spotted the signs so averted any issues but others may fall for it.

    @VodafoneUK I thought in this day and age you were supposed to give me notice of any increase in price. I had my new bill today and it has gone up. I wasn't aware of any in reasonable due. Also it has never happened at this time of the year.
