    To all following the @VodafoneUK #Vodafonedown saga, no broadband since Friday, no engineer looked at it until Monday, Thursday b4 we get an update (not a fix) cancellation process started, but only when I can phone, phone ruined in the process. Thanks @VodafoneUK

    Called @VodafoneUK re wife’s new @Apple Xr that developed screen fault. As rcvd just 30+ days she told to go to apple and pay to fix. Under 2015 C act, this is a disgrace. Should be replaced or offers repair inside 6 months. @MartinSLewis These guys always seeking to cheat £

    @chris_minns @VodafoneUK 33 for the phone and you can source your own sim card, depends on usage but the £8 one for me is plenty. Total 41 per month down from 65 and no 2 yr lock. Also the phone i went for was top price cos im a nerd ha

    Does @vodafoneuk customer services actually exist? I've never had such bad customer service and I'm pretty old. Calling every month to try to resolve same problem. 45mins today. Not sorted.
