    @VodafoneUK in my experience doesn't care about retaining loyal customers and thinks it is ok to mislead customers. You lost a customer who has been on your network since 1998

    @TonzerWee @VodafoneUK I had an issue with them. I was given permission by my mum to speak to them on her behalf. She would have to give her date of birth for this to be able to happen. When my mum had told her the date of her own birth the lady on the phone told my mum her date of birth was wrong ๐Ÿค”

    @VodafoneUK Been trying to call your credit team but they won't pick up! Payments upto date since 2019 and my credit report is now showing it as a adverse account. Please help

    @VodafoneUK To Whom It May Concern, I would like to register my utmost disappointment and anger at the customer service I haves received from Vodafone. I have been waiting for my NUC code since May 8th and have been lied to several times by representatives of the company.

    @VodafoneUK I must say for a premium brand according to (Peter) your customer service is beyond awefull. Gave 30 days notice to cancel on 21/05/20 have proof just to be told have to ring again to cancel๐Ÿค” Premium brand my axxx! #poorservice

    @muzicbrew @VodafoneUK Past 2/3 weeks now, every evening drops top 2/3 mpbs. They donโ€™t even bother replying to me anymore. There app saying Iโ€™m getting speeds of 50 odd. Which I never have. Itโ€™s fraud!

    @VodafoneUK really disappointed to be leaving after 16 years. Customer service not interested in keeping my custom. Wanting to increase my bill by 12% to stay. Shocking at this time. Sad to be leaving but hey Iโ€™m sure my custom will be welcome elsewhere ๐Ÿ‘‹ ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿ‘‹

    @VodafoneUK I think youโ€™re missing the point here. I know these responses are automated Iโ€™m more frustrated at the fact that itโ€™s been over a week & I was told itโ€™s be with me within 7 working days. As a long high spending customer youโ€™d think Iโ€™d be told correct information when I upgraded

    @VodafoneUK gi careful before you sign up to Vodafone. Their 5G service is hit and miss and they prevent you from using WiFi calling - so you can't call or receive calls - poor behaviour
