    @VodafoneUK I have been on hold for 45 minutes so far. Cannot use the live chat as that is busy. Broadband keeps dropping out and after 5 separate attempts to sort the issue I still have not had a resolve. Currently WFH so this is causing problems for me.

    I have been with @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20years and they do say “if it’s not broken..” but my favourite saying is “better late than never” hello @O2 (re refund service) when my phone contract is up!

    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    My @TalkTalk internet contract finally finished a couple of months ago, I couldn’t wait for it to finish, terrible service and connection. If anyone is looking for an internet provider choose @VodafoneUK customer service top notch and the connection is spot on! #happydays

    @VodafoneUK you might want to think about a process where former customers can access an area of your website/call centre to allow them to talk about potentially returning..? Former customer of 18yrs and your call cebtra hung up on me...twice. I won't be returning.

    @VodafoneUK been a customer for 6 years always had big date tariff but only used 6-11 gb per month I’ve upgraded to new phone bought lower data and apparently I’ve used 29gb in 2 days offshore call centre are as much use as speaking to a brick wall
