    @VodafoneUK I think youโ€™re missing the point here. I know these responses are automated Iโ€™m more frustrated at the fact that itโ€™s been over a week & I was told itโ€™s be with me within 7 working days. As a long high spending customer youโ€™d think Iโ€™d be told correct information when I upgraded

    @VodafoneUK absolutely appalled ๐Ÿ˜ง by the lack of service & the way Iโ€™ve just been spoken to by โ€œ Kyle โ€œ in your collections department. I have a few questions regarding my account & all I was told was your account is in collections I canโ€™t do anything. Shocking and disgraceful

    @VodafoneUK in my experience doesn't care about retaining loyal customers and thinks it is ok to mislead customers. You lost a customer who has been on your network since 1998

    @VodafoneUK really disappointed to be leaving after 16 years. Customer service not interested in keeping my custom. Wanting to increase my bill by 12% to stay. Shocking at this time. Sad to be leaving but hey Iโ€™m sure my custom will be welcome elsewhere ๐Ÿ‘‹ ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿ‘‹

    @TonzerWee @VodafoneUK I had an issue with them. I was given permission by my mum to speak to them on her behalf. She would have to give her date of birth for this to be able to happen. The lady on the phone told my mum her date was wrong ๐Ÿค” Awful company

    @VodafoneUK I have no broadband again for the 100th time since joining Vodafone. I have been on hold for 34minutes and yet to speak to a single person. The worst broadband service I have ever received!!

    @muzicbrew @VodafoneUK Itโ€™s fraud, saying they are offering speeds when they are clearly not, iv gone to ofcom about it as im sick of it. And customer service is useless

    @VodafoneUK To Whom It May Concern, I would like to register my utmost disappointment and anger at the customer service I haves received from Vodafone. I have been waiting for my NUC code since May 8th and have been lied to several times by representatives of the company.

    @VodafoneUK tomorrow marks 2 weeks as a broadband customer, 1 day service, 3hrs on hold, 4hrs web chat, 4 broken promises (+1 pending). To top it off ยฃ26.42 bill paid!

    @VodafoneUK why is your internet connectivity so poor in Leeds City centre? I am having to use WiFi to load basic web pages, it's unusable. From looking online it appears I am not on my own and most people on your network are in the same boat.

    @rksrajiv @VodafoneUK @AdityaBirlaGrp For a moment, exclude the Rs. 36,950 crore equity conversion and consider only the financial activities (i.e., cash inflows and cash outflows) from 01 Oct 2021 to 31 Dec 2025. Accordingly, as of 31 Dec 2025, Vodafone Idea has a cash shortfall of Rs. 26,620 crore. Hence, the company cannot fully discharge its interest and finance obligations, nor can it allocate funds for network expansion. Now consider that as of 31 Dec 2025, the Government has provided relief on AGR dues and freezed the final AGR liability at around Rs. 64,000 crore till FY2036. Accordingly, the AGR interest recognised by the company during the moratorium period does not need to be discharged immediately. Therefore, if you adjust the earlier cash shortfall of Rs. 26,620 crore by excluding Rs. 17,102 crore of AGR-related interest, the net shortfall comes to approximately Rs. 8,000+ crore as of 31 Dec 2025. Lastly, coming to Spectrum obligations, the company has recognised around Rs. 55,254 crore. Even after reducing approximately Rs. 9,000 crore towards the cash shortfall, the company would still be able to discharge nearly Rs. 46,000 crore. With this, Vodafone Idea would reduce its Spectrum obligations from around Rs. 1.2 lakh crore to nearly Rs. 74,000 crore. In such a scenario, lenders may be willing to provide around Rs. 45,000 crore in funding, which the company can utilise for network expansion and CAPEX purposes. That's all I am trying to explain. In any case, Vodafone Idea still has multiple possibilities to clean up its balance sheet without any further equity dilution. 31 March 2026 Financial results are very crucial.

    .@SMARTYMobileUK is a waste of space. Their live chat asks you a load of trash and to cancel a sim is a pain in the arse. Why canโ€™t a mobile company see the account youโ€™ve logged into and actually provide decent support, every other network can, letโ€™s hope @VodafoneUK fixes it!!

    @VodafoneUK I need help accessing an active Lifetime Warranty repair for my 14 Pro. Store confirmed the warranty is active but your repair system would not allow the claim to be submitted. Apple has confirmed the display fault is not customer damage. Please can someone DM me?

    @Ofcom Hi @Ofcom the reply is appreciated. Confirm this has already been done. The more worrying factor is that the scammers have used @VodafoneUK legitimate messaging to message their customer scam messages.

    @VodafoneUK worst customer service experience ever top up on app wouldn't work lady could barely speak English asked me to spell my whole name and address then told me to go online to top up when I was calling cos online didn't work!!!! Ridiculous

    @vodafone 3) all Iโ€™ve been told, it will be sorted in 24hrs, however 5 days later, Iโ€™m still unable to use my number, or my phone. A formal complaint has been raised by a @VodafoneUK store Manager as he was outrageoused in of the process and still wasnโ€™t able to help or give guidance.
