1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

My @TalkTalk internet contract finally finished a couple of months ago, I couldn’t wait for it to finish, terrible service and connection. If anyone is looking for an internet provider choose @VodafoneUK customer service top notch and the connection is spot on! #happydays

@VodafoneUK I have been on hold for 45 minutes so far. Cannot use the live chat as that is busy. Broadband keeps dropping out and after 5 separate attempts to sort the issue I still have not had a resolve. Currently WFH so this is causing problems for me.

@VodafoneUK Increased traffic there is every year, yet come the summer we get less than second rate service yet pay the same. Towns and villages like ours should be priority for upgrading. Nothing has improved in the four years I have lived here and I am sick of empty promises and apologies.

If you buying a new phone please be aware that the customer service that @VodafoneUK offer is terrible I was told I’ll get a call back from a manager within 24 hours 9 days later still nothing. After being lied to by two managers. Not what u expect when you need help
