    @VodafoneUK the most expensive and worst network in UK and maybe Europe. 5G in my city centre Edinburgh and now Manchester the worst. My partner has Vodafone too and it’s the same issue. Horrible!

    @VodafoneUK @CostaCoffee I've tried to use this locally a few times over the years, but every @CostaCoffee I've tried it in hsve said "we font fo it in this branch" so I've given up trying to redeem this very me reward or Friday treat, due to the embarrassment of bring turned down.

    @VodafoneUK I think you’re missing the point here. I know these responses are automated I’m more frustrated at the fact that it’s been over a week & I was told it’s be with me within 7 working days. As a long high spending customer you’d think I’d be told correct information when I upgraded

    @MarcusNawAh @VodafoneUK Exactly why I quit with them many years ago. Customer service was shocking. Went into a store to cancel and they said they couldn't cancel instore and had to be done via their online customer service team.

    @VodafoneUK new contract @ThreeUK SIM has arrived. So much better signal. Three is now in SIM 1 and Vodafone (for now) in SIM 2.

    You've got some ***** @VodafoneUK! A 5% price increase just 2 months into a contract, of which 4% is to cover network improvements - I'm funding network improvements by being a customer. 1% is for inflation because you know, 2 months right!

    @VodafoneUK I understand Jason! As someone that works in sales I just find it hard to get my head around agreeing a deal with a customer, failing to deliver the product then trying to charge them more for same product and letting them walk away when they don’t agree! Makes no sense!

    @VodafoneUK Hey just to let you know I called 191 they offered me a “deal” at an even higher monthly rate than the previous one, when I explained I was told to call customer services, been on hold for 25 minutes! I give up! Vodafone obviously don’t need the business!!

    @VodafoneUK I wasn't complaining. Just saying how brilliant the customer service has been. I am sure @openreach will get it fix. Roadworks was the problem. Just let thosecall centre know how good they are .

    @VodafoneUK Can someone explain why I’ve had to call you 6 times and have 3 call backs regarding one issue and it’s still not fixed.Spoken to like a child by your web chat advisor and fobbed off with excuses and told I need to be patient.Over 20 year customer,so much for loyalty.
