@LindsayH2607 @VodafoneUK They're awful! Fraud dept was ringing me yesterday.. They didn't. Now told I'll get a letter by Friday next week after they "investigate". Not sure how they investigate without speaking to me. Not sure why they lied about ringing me. Ultra shoddy 👎👎

@VodafoneUK absolute joke! Persuaded me to upgrade yesterday rather than cancel and you fail to put it through correctly. Spoke to 6 people today and only the last person realised it hadn’t been processed correctly and now I’m not being offered the same deal.

So whilst other companies are doing all they can to help out whilst myself & millions of others are furloughed & taking paycuts, @VodafoneUK instead text to say that my plan will be increased by 2.5% from April. Thanks alot you snakes 🙂👍🏼

@graceblakeley @VodafoneUK Had a similar experience with them myself. Called them every month to say paying £28pm for a 3 year old phone and contract wasn't good enough. Especially when I had told them to cancel the contract and they were still taking money out of my account 4 months later.

@graceblakeley @VodafoneUK Exactly the same thing happened to me with Vodafone. I was with them for over 20 years, but just moved over to o2 instead, whose customer service is a bit better..I think they're just focusing on growth as opposed to customer retention.
