Vodafone I wanted to remove 1 device from my contract that the contract has ended on. Not be passed from pillar to post to be cut off and spookily have to pay another month because you deem it’s now into another charge. @VodafoneUK you now lose all 3 devices 20 + year customer

@VodafoneUK I'm not sure... as far as I can tell it's a @virginmedia issue. But you may be able to help. No one on Vodafone can call our virgin landline. It just beeps or says the number and code combination isn't recognised.

So it appears if you forget to upgrade your phone on time the monthly payment goes up exponentially with @VodafoneUK.Time to leave after 20 years!Poor customer service plus their system always ‘crashes’ if by any chance one does get connected.

@VodafoneUK I’ve just signed up to start a new business contract with @VodafoneUK and I must say your after sales is terrible! I have tried now for over a week to contact someone regarding our business contract and had no response at all. Thinking about ending our contract!
