Whatever you do think twice before joining @virginmedia it might look fast on paper but the 100mbs service is running slow in Kirkby when it runs at all. Customer service just blames Covid @VodafoneUK gave me prices really quickly by a lovely lady working from home

@VodafoneUK I am appalled at the service I have been given. I swapped my tariff on Thursday and the phone when off yesterday at 3pm. I have been left with no one being able to contact me. This phone is used for business. I need a resolve.

Trying to migrate my @VodafoneUK account to pay £s . 2 store and cust servs, 3 different prices and no one can do it without penalty. Wasted time, too complex system. You spend m£s pa on custom acquisition and chuck away long term accs with crap service.

@VodafoneUK i updated my address last month and it's all correct except the county on my bill? It says Dorset when I live in Tamworth now. I checked on my end but it never asked for county. I don't know how to fix this but i need a copy of my bill to send as proof of address
