    Good evening @VodafoneUK. Still not received my call back from Broadband support which was arranged Friday night for Saturday night, then via twitter for Monday night. I'll be calling tomorrow to cancel my 13 day old contract.

    @VodafoneUK And the age restriction has just been reapplies to my phone even though I didn’t request it. Please remove it ASAP as this shuts down my banking apps etc. Thanks.

    Beware @VodafoneUK are still taking money out of my account 7months after me cancelling my account. I try to contact them, which is difficult when they have deleted my details, yet they still charge me £200 every month. I try to cancel DD, they want to take court action

    @VodafoneUK Ita not that I need help, I’m not 90! It is the iOS differences. As per previous tweet, I got the phone today, if they do not resolve iOS issues within 14 days from today, am I still able to return the device and revert to previous plan

    @VodafoneUK We've done this several times for multiple postcodes around the country and the conclusion is your network is very poor in many, many places. Major system upgrades needed and honesty to customers.

    @VodafoneUK this is becoming farcical. After some awful service (which I can’t report) at your Mcr store I finally got the phone replaced. Today I received a text message confirming delivery of something we weren’t expecting that was received by someone who doesn’t live here!

    @VodafoneUK No, sorry but that's absolute crap! I've been paying for 6 or more contracts for around 15 years, so why now are you asking questions? Maybe ask unknown customers, but after years of loyalty paying £250+ every month, its like a smack in the face. Very poor excuse #noloyalty

    @VodafoneUK Ordered a phone and a watch as upgrades. You sent me the wrong watch strap, now I have to return it and reorder your mistake? After trying to get help, now neither my old phone or new phone work! Fantastic. Looking at the number of angry tweets here - terrible CS.
