@VodafoneUK I'm not sure... as far as I can tell it's a @virginmedia issue. But you may be able to help. No one on Vodafone can call our virgin landline. It just beeps or says the number and code combination isn't recognised.

@VodafoneUK Thanks Robyn. There is a forum on their website which suggests a few other customers have had the same issue and that it's a porting fault. But when a technician called me today he was really offhand and said that I'd just Googled and hadn't got proper info!

Vodafone I wanted to remove 1 device from my contract that the contract has ended on. Not be passed from pillar to post to be cut off and spookily have to pay another month because you deem it’s now into another charge. @VodafoneUK you now lose all 3 devices 20 + year customer

@VodafoneUK Just checked it doesn't work over flight mode, which has to be on in order for it to work, as the WiFi calling comes in out if you signal flits between 0 and 1 bar.
