@VodafoneUK whilst I like your network your 3G is very poor. Before rolling out #5G can you at least make sure you have 4G everywhere beforehand. A lot of my trail journey into Manchester still relies on 3G

They can’t get me a free mifi because it would take 4 weeks to get one in the post. But they can send a mobile phone next day and Of COURSE I’d have to pay for both the handset and contract. @VodafoneUK what even is this service.

I remember when @VodafoneUK marketing line was that they wouldn’t put prices up mid-contract. Probably the worst time for them to put prices up! People are losing their jobs yet their shareholders need a bigger margin...

@Fcbigdave @colledgematt @myvpops38 @Paul_D_Wheatley @Foggy_lfc @leemunro My phone's 4G is actually testing at 10 times quicker than my fibre BB currently. And the 4G signal in my house is awful. What a joke @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK Slow broadband for a week on and off down to dialup speed last night, 2 hrs on phone and internet only to not be connected, go round in circles or be disconnected. Seems a common problem you are covering up judging by amount of those affected. Hope your compensation scheme works.

I appreciate there is a global pandemic and it‘s unfortunate timing that my broadband was due to connect yesterday BUT @VodafoneUK ‘s solution to not having engineers that can fix the broadband (understandable) is to courier me a new phone that I can use as a mobile hotspot.

@VodafoneUK something tells me there is a problem when you can't get through to customer service for 2 hrs, then get blamed for the problem #roomtoimprove #PracticeWhatYouPreach

@SAkers1975 @VodafoneUK I so agree with you Steve. I would like the Note 20 Ultra & with discount Vodafone want to charge me £75 a month, where as I can go to O2 & get a better deal for £54. So why hang around, it's like Vodafone are doing us a favour for sticking with them. Bad loyalty schemes.

@travelandmixpix @SAkers1975 @VodafoneUK Yes but why does it have to come down to that. If they can see that you've been with them so long why make you chase the deal.

@VodafoneUK The account isn't in my name so you can't help me through here - just hoping you can give a general answer on your policy towards slow speeds. Seems wrong if you won't take any action before the point where someone can leave penalty free.
