Over the years they've "forgot" to take my dd for 18 months, support has advised me to use website features that don't even exist on multiple occasions, they seem unable to renew contracts without it being a major ball ache... utter trash.

@VodafoneUK @sullivanclean I Left Vodafone best part of 10 years ago and still get bills (with no amount on them) monthly. Gave up trying to get them to stop. It’s a really rubbish interface that will do anything rather than cancel. I can’t log on to their platform but they can send me invoices ???
