    Todays rant is with @Apple @AppleSupport . My phone is faulty. They tell me 1, it’s not in warranty when @VodafoneUK tell me it is. My @NatWest_Help ins won’t help because they say it’s in warranty. I’ve been on the phone nearly 4 hours to these 3. #Apple #Vodafone 👧 🔨

    @VodafoneUK well tonight have no broadband as you have taken over my broadband without permission after cancelling my move from BT. now I have no broadband to work! So guess what a loyal customer will be leaving Vodafone for BT both BB & all 4 family mobile lines

    @VodafoneUK logic.... Puts customers bills up by 2.5% but still won’t offer a RELIABLE network or a discount on customers bills when they’ve not been able to use their 4G due to their network being down AGAIN in the CV10 9LE area. #sortitout #unreliable #poorcustomerservice

    @cfc18881 @VodafoneUK Spoke to someone abroad I couldn’t understand discussing account who promised to ring back. Now they’ve offered to ring me but can’t as account not in my name. Absolutely farcical company customer service is rubbish

    @VodafoneUK. Sirs, my Son has a basic cheap payg mobile. It's on Vodafone, as it has from the beginning. He has a message about the points value he can use. Problem he cannot access the Internet. Number ends 3333. Can I phone 191 to get the points onto his phone

    @VodafoneUK I’m appalled. My dad took out a contract with you in March with a 15% (work) discount - which was never applied by your member of staff in the Nuneaton branch, and now he’s been back every month since because his discount hasn’t been added ...

    @jerryandbens @VodafoneUK Got you by the crown jewels mate . I'm with ee and Lisa and Aiden O2 and they have pulled tricks like this over last 5 years so there all at it . Bad time thou can't believe Vodafone didn't bring an ad out saying they will freezeit for 3 months . Not coming across very thoughtful

    @jwiles77 @VodafoneUK It’s just ridiculous all these overseas call centres massive language barrier. They don’t care about you once your signed up it’s just about taking your money. Very poor service I’m Not a happy customer at all

    @VodafoneUK don’t order anything from Vodafone. They’re awful. Bought a phone 2 weeks ago that was “in stock” and keep getting texts saying they don’t know when they’re getting them in stock. Absolutely Fuming!!!!

    @VodafoneUK @Trustpilot How is this replypossible …. They collected my phone in August, never returned it! @VodafoneUK are still taking my monthly DD! Just to confirm, this resolution has been fully reviewed, and unfortunately there's nothing further we'll be able to offer

    @VodafoneUK 5 hours on the phone over the weekend trying to transfer a number from one Vodafone account to a new Vodafone account. You have now disconnected my old (business) number and not transferred it to the new account. How can any of my workers or Clients contact me? Help
