    @virginmedia I’ve discussed it. The best you can offer me is £47 a month. I currently pay £32. A new customer would pay £36. I’ve given 30 days notice to cancel now as I’ll go with @VodafoneUK who can offer full fibre for £36 a month.

    @NinjaWorrier @VodafoneUK Stuck in no man’s land now. Vodafone say it’s Virgin that have to do the uncancelling, Virgin ask for security info which of course doesn’t match up because we haven’t been able to get through their broken registration process.

    I see the service has not improved since @VodafoneUK merged with @ThreeUK . After almost 24 hours I'm still unable to make or receive calls in central London.

    @ThreeUK making and receiving calls has been down all day long. What an earth is going on? This has already happened this year back in January. I thought you have now teamed up with @VodafoneUK for a so called "Better Service". It's been far from that for the last few years now!
