@VodafoneUK well tonight have no broadband as you have taken over my broadband without permission after cancelling my move from BT. now I have no broadband to work! So guess what a loyal customer will be leaving Vodafone for BT both BB & all 4 family mobile lines

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Happy Vodafone customer (ex BT, Sky and Orange) but experiencing poor broadband through Vodafone. Not their fault, BT openreach been twice, find the fault (yeah right) then leave. BB varies from 0.04 mbs to 35mbs within hours. Can't fault Vodafone, openreach r not good.

@char_la_la @VodafoneUK If they are not providing a service then you just cancel your service stop paying your direct debit because they’re actually in breach of contract. Find a new provider that’s what I’m doing I’ll have a new provider within the next seven working days
