Bad time thou can't believe Vodafone didn't bring an ad out saying they will freezeit for 3 months . Not coming across very thoughtful

After awful customer service from @VodafoneUK , after getting broadband installed I waited for them to make contact and check in on their woeful service. 14 days later I’m chasing them for the compensation an agent informed me of.
