Todays rant is with @Apple @AppleSupport . My phone is faulty. They tell me 1, it’s not in warranty when @VodafoneUK tell me it is. My @NatWest_Help ins won’t help because they say it’s in warranty. I’ve been on the phone nearly 4 hours to these 3. #Apple #Vodafone 👧 🔨

Just found out my dad bought my mum a new phone yesterday from a @VodafoneUK store costing £140 he then asked the cashier could he help him set it up as he didn’t know what he was doing, his reply rather I can but i have to change you another £25 , absolutely disgusting 😡😡😡.
