So guess what a loyal customer will be leaving Vodafone for BT both BB & all 4 family mobile lines

You cut my wife's SIM off after some mixup with an esim transfer on Thursday It's now Sunday and we're still being constantly told it'll be another 24 to 48 hours. Complaint already been made but still no progress and no proactive updates. Joke.
