    @VodafoneUK well tonight have no broadband as you have taken over my broadband without permission after cancelling my move from BT. now I have no broadband to work! So guess what a loyal customer will be leaving Vodafone for BT both BB & all 4 family mobile lines

    @jerryandbens @VodafoneUK Got you by the crown jewels mate . I'm with ee and Lisa and Aiden O2 and they have pulled tricks like this over last 5 years so there all at it . Bad time thou can't believe Vodafone didn't bring an ad out saying they will freezeit for 3 months . Not coming across very thoughtful

    @VodafoneUK logic.... Puts customers bills up by 2.5% but still won’t offer a RELIABLE network or a discount on customers bills when they’ve not been able to use their 4G due to their network being down AGAIN in the CV10 9LE area. #sortitout #unreliable #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Tom but I have done that twice already today and was told a call back would be the solution. I was called back and then put on hold and then hung up on. 191 hold times have been indefinite for the last week. I have held 60-90 mins and never an answer. What can I do?
