Todays rant is with @Apple @AppleSupport . My phone is faulty. They tell me 1, it’s not in warranty when @VodafoneUK tell me it is. My @NatWest_Help ins won’t help because they say it’s in warranty. I’ve been on the phone nearly 4 hours to these 3. #Apple #Vodafone 👧 🔨

Bad time thou can't believe Vodafone didn't bring an ad out saying they will freezeit for 3 months . Not coming across very thoughtful

@VodafoneUK I left vodafone last year as 16 months of dodgy internet was long enough. Was always told to change settings etc. I shouldn't need to be a network engineer to sort out slow and dropping internet all the time

@VodafoneUK my wife called customer services to resolve a problem created by customer services when she was on the phone to them they made the problem worse and cancelled her number meaning no longer registered on the network. They promised a new sim, it hasn't arrived
