So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

@jerryandbens @VodafoneUK Got you by the crown jewels mate . I'm with ee and Lisa and Aiden O2 and they have pulled tricks like this over last 5 years so there all at it . Bad time thou can't believe Vodafone didn't bring an ad out saying they will freezeit for 3 months . Not coming across very thoughtful

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Just send an engineer out the mast, it's what I'm paying my contract for, to receive the services but I don't seem to get them, & don't bother sending me the troubleshooting tips they don't work, the tower is at fault, I walked to the tower down the road and got full strength
