@jerryandbens @VodafoneUK Got you by the crown jewels mate . I'm with ee and Lisa and Aiden O2 and they have pulled tricks like this over last 5 years so there all at it . Bad time thou can't believe Vodafone didn't bring an ad out saying they will freezeit for 3 months . Not coming across very thoughtful

@ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

A painful day. After 33 years as a @VodafoneUK customer it's goodbye. I'd stay on but your network at home is terrible and you've decided to kill my signal booster. Sure I could buy a new handset from you to get WiFi calling but I really think you should pay for the network...

@VodafoneUK I will be terminating my contract early as you can’t offer a customer of 5-6 years with more than one line a upgrade due to the “new” way your system works., I have upgraded many times and now you are willing to lose a customer that pays over £200 a month.
