@VodafoneUK well tonight have no broadband as you have taken over my broadband without permission after cancelling my move from BT. now I have no broadband to work! So guess what a loyal customer will be leaving Vodafone for BT both BB & all 4 family mobile lines

@Danny_Jones90 @VodafoneUK I got that too, I asked them (two years ago) to sort my Vodafone/rewards bit as I couldn’t sign in and it’s still not fixed 😂 I’m moving after my current contract ends.

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Takes an hour each time to speak to a human. Few times passed from retentions to cancellations. Even had debt collectors on. I owe them nothing. They are a complete NIGHTMARE! Never ever ever ever again @virginmedia

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK My mum is 87. She has fallen and broken her hip. I called the hospital - not allowed to see her, can’t talk to her on phone and the person (yes they have a person for this) who could set up a video call for us is not available. When you find a bridge let me know please Julia

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK I think a lot of customer service staff are working from home, and probably reduced in number. The menu systems on most companies now drive me nuts, to the point I rarely bother anymore.
