@VodafoneUK well tonight have no broadband as you have taken over my broadband without permission after cancelling my move from BT. now I have no broadband to work! So guess what a loyal customer will be leaving Vodafone for BT both BB & all 4 family mobile lines

@jerryandbens @VodafoneUK Got you by the crown jewels mate . I'm with ee and Lisa and Aiden O2 and they have pulled tricks like this over last 5 years so there all at it . Bad time thou can't believe Vodafone didn't bring an ad out saying they will freezeit for 3 months . Not coming across very thoughtful

@leaders_healthy @VodafoneUK Same here! We had a tablet as part of a gift with a phone from @VodafoneUK so we decided to get a data sim with it. Never had data for 12 months now. Cut off from support every time! Asked for manager, never call back and have now cut my step daughter’s phone off the same account

@VodafoneUK Getting through wasn't the problem, ok it took a while, but then getting disconnected whilst talking to someone and having to call back and wait another 45 minutes just to get cut off while talking to the second person!
