Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @VodafoneUK-disgruntled new customer!Brand new iPhone XR that I got only on Fri, I have had to ring 6x & used online chat to try & resolve multiple issues! I still can’t hear/make calls properly!Just reset my network settings as per your operatives guidance & still won’t work! 😠

    @sucks_vodafone I have been with @VodafoneUK for Years, I have an iPhone and A iPad I have never gone over on my bill once i pay £100 a month, then out the blue i get a £220 bill they charged me £100 for one day of internet use that i didn't use, They won't refund me, Scum Bag

    @VodafoneUK 3 weeks now with no phone, constantly calling your tech support had a new SIM card just get told to wait an hour we’ve made adjustments.... been loyal customer for 17 years but will cancelling tomorrow and off to @EE with my four mobiles.... #Disgraceful
