  So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

  @awi700 @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Red LOS is no incoming signal, your install can’t be closed off without a good test so I should think there’s still a task with Openreach to sort this. Vodaphone should be able to check the job notes and update you.
