    So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @vodafoneuk a very disappointed customer here who had no notice of high charges being placed on their account ... no gesture of goodwill from customer services, nothing. Customer with the whole family for over 20 years ... nothing can be done ...

    hot tip: don't choose the same provider for ur phone & wifi when working from home, and whatever u do, don't choose @VodafoneUK 🙃🙃🙃🙃 I haven't had either working properly for 4 days and so far they have done nothing to fix it

    @VodafoneUK I’m really disappointed and annoyed with your service. I’ve been on the phone to either replace a faulty product that you’ve sent me or a refund for over 1 hour, and your team can’t even find the order? can someone help? I have the order email and you’ve got my money.

    @CumbriaCrack The immediate issue is getting proper throughput from the Broadband we have. Here in Firzington, @VodafoneUK "Superfast 2" syncs at a rock-stead 80Mb/s but throughput can decline to dial-up speeds.
