6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

@VodafoneUK I have made the poor decision of swapping my broadband provider to Vodafone. Your engineer had damaged my driveway and also my broadband isn't working. I have been on the phone for 1hour 20 minutes attempting to raise a complaint to be told this is not possiable

@VodafoneUK The nearest mast is adversely affected by rain and rain. We need another mast nearer the centres of population. But it’s not worth your while. In the summer it’s overload with holiday makers. Customer service is rubbish. I wish I’d never left O2. My OH won’t swap. He’s stupid

@VodafoneUK Hi, thank you for replying. Your sales team had the same issue....not very helpful! @CityFibre's issues email support are also most unhelpful (they just keep confirming its available vs reading my emails!). Openreach is on its way so i guess i'll have to wait for that!
