6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

@VodafoneUK absolutely terrible service. Broadband installation confirmed for 20 Jan. Day booked off work. Spoke to one of your staff this morning to reconfirm and told date has changed to 25 Jan. No explanation given yet I’ve had an email today still confirming old date - HELP

This is the last contract I am ever going take with @VodafoneUK . Almost two decades of loyalty straight in the dustbin. Repeated lies between the webchat teams and the UK costumer service . Email no responses, webchat referral , finally got through then no follow up .
