    So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

    6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @DeanReds70 @VodafoneUK I left Vodafone years ago and shall never return. They overcharged me for months and was so difficult to try get my money back despite them admitting their error. I gave up in the end and vowed never to return.

    @VodafoneUK Extremely disappointed from Vodafone customer service. I was promised a discount when changed my plan in September, but despite that and 6 chats with different agents my plan is still incorrect! How that's even possible!?

    Latest from @VodafoneUK We've tested the broadband and can't find a fault on the network. Likely an issue inside your home stopping getting the most of your connection. Admitting today the new router they sent isn't needed and BT confirming there's nothing wrong with the line.

    @VodafoneUK you have suspended my account. Stranded in London I just want to pay my bill to get reconnected and simply can’t. Because Tobi your chatbot it is asking me to select options that are non existent. Dreadful website and service.
