6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

According to your customer service team @VodafoneUK are having issues connecting new customers to their devices giving them a "SIM 1 not provisioned" error. They said there are no timescales as to when this will be resolved?!

@VodafoneUK @DanParratt Why are we DMing you when it’s a constant issue? I can’t get into “my account” Very Rewards billing or BOT cause it says the same issue but if you hit retry too many times it locks out then too reset it says the same thing server busy
