6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

@Sam_McK_88 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Typical is having signal (2+ bars) but very low data throughput, at times not even being able to connect to speedtest site. Is patchy though. but can mean most of walk from home is poor data (hence frustration). East of brighton (ie kemptown) can be awesomely fast.

@VodafoneUK @mouthwaite Please don't go to Vodafone. Took my husband nearly 18 months to cancel a sim card Spent hundreds of hours (and £) on the phone and so many incompetent people. Worst service ever. Avoid at all costs.
