    So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

    6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

    @VodafoneUK Well can't think of any reason to stay with Vodafone. Not only do they have a sub par network (in fact utter rubbish) they have also stopped doing any Feel good on Friday offers. So what does Vodafone offer me ?🤔 Expensive and rubbish network .

    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgusting customer service from. Ordered a watch, got a confirmation email, order number, and a delivery date and time yet it's nowhere to be seen. Now told my order is still pending. Please explain to me how that makes sense?

    Another night trying to watch BBC iPlayer, another night resetting my @VodafoneUK internet repeatedly. I imagine I’ll be told to do the same thing as the last 5 times. The same 5 things that haven’t fixed the issue.

    Just noticed @O2uk has gained pp for a 22m mast in Barnehurst golf course. I really hope @Vodafoneuk join this site as it will fill a big hole in poor coverage, otherwise I may have to consider changing provider on completion!!

    @VodafoneUK help needed!!!! Renewed contract yesterday. Had Spotify premium with Vodafone previously. Now can't get Spotify to activate no matter what I try!! Stays as the free version. 3 times on online support. They haven't been able to sort it!! No idea what to do now #help

    @Samsung @VodafoneUK disappointed with the way you treat your customers I've had my samsung charger for 6 years on it's last legs and we paid for the phone and a upfront cost for it i upgraded today and you don't supply us with a new charger for it
