    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

    @JamiePatonG @VodafoneUK Honestly agree. Starting a broadband contract with them was hell. They let my line be taken over against my permission, delayed in reactivating and now the thieves are changing me months after I left without a bill or warning. They're the worst in the UK

    @VodafoneUK what a terrible service from these, over 3 hours on webchat last night to then get cut off at 21:45 and now sitting on hold to the complaints team waiting for a manager which could take half hour and they can’t offer a call back cause he is inbound contact only. Joke

    @VodafoneUK Ive spoke to advisors all day. None are willing to rectify this issue even though your company sold me a faulty device and now want me to fix your error for £300. Im done with Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK at last my contract has finished and I'm leaving Vodafone. For the last year I've had little to no service on my mobile Internet. Vodafone has given me every excuse in the world, but the reality is they have been capping the speed!!!

    @VodafoneUK absolutely shocking experience with vodafone broadband Keep losing connection, Vodafone App keeps failing & won't connect to router. Over the past year had boosters, dongle & router replaced & it still fails. Will be contacting Which magazine legal to cancel contract
