Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

@VodafoneUK wins the prize for worst live chat everrr! Having been a customer for 20+ years I wanted to discuss my upgrade before shopping around. Far easier just to end my contract it appears!

@VodafoneUK They have and they've offered me 28p refund and closed the complaint! I've been a customer of yours for over 10 years

Well I'll definitely be cancelling my @VodafoneUK contract as waiting to speak to an online advisor who completely changed the subject and was 0 help transferred me to someone else waited 20 minutes in another queue as '1st in line' didn't even bother telling me it closed.

Disappointing @VodafoneUK customer service. Broadband upgrade ordered and agreed upon then they cancel the order, we are told it will be 5 weeks for engineer and we’ll be charged the upgraded price in the meantime. None of this was discussed on the original upgrade call. Terrible

@VodafoneUK I did speak with them who passed it to their complaints team and still only 28p back after I rang up several times about my bills being high. Never once told I was paying insurance
