So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

  • markglynnejones Mark Glynne-Jones (@markglynnejones) reported from Gretton, England

@VodafoneUK Good of you but a letter from NHS to support case hasn’t worked so.. after over 30 years as a personal/biz customer and even having Vod as a client it’s goodbye from us x3...

  • cheekos Nick Walkland (@cheekos) reported from Exton, England

6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

  • damiankinsella8 Damian Kinsella (@damiankinsella8) reported from Stamford, England

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@VodafoneUK since I’ve had my internet activated on Friday it’s been pathetic. Your chat help service is hopeless, I’ve been promised an engineer call and an refund but heard nothing. SORT IT OUT

  • wendyutah wendy sloane (@wendyutah) reported

@VodafoneUK You advertise free SIM cards for refugees under the Homes for Ukraine scheme. Yet I went to my local Vodaphone and they told me that I (the sponsor) had to be a Vodaphone customer or no deal. Is this really true? Muswell Hill branch. Sent you a DM 26 hours ago and still no reply.

  • keziz Kez (@keziz) reported

@NadineDorries @VodafoneUK Could the government perhaps offer some support? Just a thought. I mean support not words and smoke and mirrors loans

  • cristoff6 Chris Scott (@cristoff6) reported

@VodafoneUK new Vodafone pro installed yesterday and doesnt work, called 11x to be told itl work now and still no further forward with your non English speaking staff who keep hanging up and playing with their children whilst on the call, absolutely atrocious customer service

  • MikeRuddick Mike Ruddick (@MikeRuddick) reported

@VodafoneUK The download speed of the 4G signal in the Sandhurst Berkshire area has become very slow over the past few days

  • Roster192 Ross (@Roster192) reported

. @VodafoneUK I wanted to simply notify you of a change of address coming up. 30mins on the phone. Constantly on hold. Nancy tried to tell me she was going to close my contract today. Then said she'd call back. She didn't. Did the change of address go through? Who knows. Help!

  • FatmaMag فاطمة المغلوث (@FatmaMag) reported

@VodafoneUK Worst mobile reception ever. I've lived in several countries, but I've never had such poor mobile coverage.

  • simonlant Simon Lant (@simonlant) reported

@daviddunninguk @O2 On @VodafoneUK there is this mad black spot between Rawcliffe Bar Park & Ride and Clifton Moor (Home Bargains) - the length of Manor Road (YO30 5). All signal just drops completely. Vodafone used to be atrocious in the city centre but seem to have nailed that recently.

  • loulou84 Louise Wright (@loulou84) reported

@VodafoneUK Yes I did this ! It said it had expired and to contact customer support . I did this also but got nowhere . Then was told the "3 month rolling contract " I was put on would cost me £550 to exit even though was put on it in December !

  • ronnieClarke69 Ronnie Clarke (@ronnieClarke69) reported

@VodafoneUK @Coliboo It's your network you do not face any extra charges...
