@VodafoneUK Good of you but a letter from NHS to support case hasn’t worked so.. after over 30 years as a personal/biz customer and even having Vod as a client it’s goodbye from us x3...

  • damiankinsella8 Damian Kinsella (@damiankinsella8) reported from Stamford, England

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

  • cheekos Nick Walkland (@cheekos) reported from Exton, England

6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

  • swurra Simon Willars (@swurra) reported from Desborough, England

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

@VodafoneUK I have constant communication problems. no solution found. I do not want to be punished for the service I did not receive by vodafone.

  • ben_quick_pub Ben Quick (@ben_quick_pub) reported

Hello @VodafoneUK I'm trying to log in to my account and am instantly told "We’re currently experiencing issues with our Digital services". I'd have thought that with making 9 thousand million profit in 2 years you could run a website. What's the crack?

  • pj7857 Paul Judd (@pj7857) reported

@VodafoneUK As I said, I want a proper trail of evidence so please just give me the email address. I have several issues to address and it may end with me taking legal action and tweets are not going to be of any use

  • porkpiegate #porkpiegate 🇬🇧 (@porkpiegate) reported

@VodafoneUK Don’t do it. Joined Thursday and they have cut my number off without telling me. @VodafoneUK have changed number without permission Friday night they said they fix in 24 hrs + they lied. They are taking up to 26 minutes per question to reply to on chat. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.

  • HarryMonk1 Tony Monk (@HarryMonk1) reported

@VodafoneUK But surly a valued customer who has never strayed from the brand should not be made to look elsewhere?

  • iconfessimageek I Confess I'm a Geek (@iconfessimageek) reported from Maidenhead, England

@Clive_Hammett @vodafone Was persuaded by a great introductory price - to be honest - I’d rather pay more for better service (in fact ANY service!) @VodafoneUK

  • smkillen 🅂🄼🄺🄸🄻🄻🄴🄽 (@smkillen) reported

@VodafoneUK , why are existing customers in contract paying more for a service than new customers? Prices went up by inflation (and some) for existing but new ones can still get the old price! @Ofcom needs to investigate.

  • yamesh Yamesh (@yamesh) reported

@VodafoneUK Adding a bundle for a single call was not my first thought when making an urgent call to deliver some bad news. Knew it wouldn't be cheap, but at basically £4.50 a minute it was an extortionate call and shameless profiteering on your part! Unreal.

  • porkpiegate #porkpiegate 🇬🇧 (@porkpiegate) reported

@Oranguerillatan @VodafoneUK Danger, swapping to @VodafoneUK broadband is problematic. I did it this week and they changed my number without telling me. Now anyone calling us gets a dead line. We are awaiting critical hi e calls we cannot receive. Vodafone said 24 hours to fix. They LIED. Still not fixed.

  • JohnRelen1 #marcusgladis (@JohnRelen1) reported

@VodafoneUK well done vodaphone for your concern and offer to the Ukrainian refugees and you are the only mobile phone company to give free help.
