Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

@VodafoneUK My experience is social media engagement from corporations like Vodafone is just window dressing designed to make it look like the co. is doing something. In reality CS is utterly shambolic and glacially slow. Going with local co. I can talk to someone and get something fixed

@VodafoneUK another horrendous experience trying to resolve our broadband issues! Been going on since March - calls cut off, messages to say team has called when no calls received. Absolutely at a loss as how we resolve this without cancelling and incurring penalties 😡

@VodafoneUK why is signal so bad at the moment in BS23 1? It’s horrific. Full 3G and no data service at all. It’s not my phone, several people have said the same.
