So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

@VodafoneUK Hi, I’m a new broadband customer and I received a text to say my online account was now activated. I couldn’t get into it, so I called 8days ago and your Tech team said they’d reset the account and that I’d receive an email within 72 hours with new details… I haven’t

@VodafoneUK is anyone able to help with me a question regarding transfering with a PAC code please? The contract is with another provider in my name but is my sons phone if we move to this network can he use the PAC code in his name or does it need to be in my name? Thanks Jem

@VodafoneUK Is it normal to have extremely long waits for a response after supplying the requested details, without even getting an acknowledgement? It's 49 minutes since I answered their last question to me - not a squeak since... this is not very customer friendly.

@VodafoneUK It’s not working, sorry been down this route recently and it’s not worth losing sleep over. Ask your chaps to live up to the promises they made when we switched from BT. #fryingpantofire

@VodafoneUK Shocking customer service again. Why is the it that the simplest of tasks has to be so difficult? Easier to switch providers I reckon.

@VodafoneUK Wonder why there was no notification to your clients about stopping WiFi on @TfL ? Rather odd service for your London based clients.
