6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

Spending over 3 hours altogether to @VodafoneUK to make a complaint and still haven't managed to speak to anyone. Ridiculous! Every time I've been on hold and the line has cut off. Very frustrating. Sort it out.

@VodafoneUK fibre broadband is down already, it’s only been active for ten days. Any idea when I can expect service to be restored? Going forward, can I expect the same ridiculous reliability issues that plague Virgin Media?
