So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@VodafoneUK I’m a business client, and frequently drive through 3G areas. Your support tells me you have no solution (except WiFi.. not an option when driving). Why not allow uk roaming? Deeply concerned.

@VodafoneUK All great but continually drops out. Contacted through chat, various tests done until could do no more. Said engineers would continue doing tests and fixing your side and get back to me. 3 weeks have passed, now can't contact through chat, nobody got back to me and not working!

@VodafoneUK for 2months I have spent over 4 hours on the phone trying to get a credit due to me added to my account. Promises made have all been broken & my account still does not show the credit due. I'm at loss as to what to do next to get this problem resolved

@VodafoneUK So this means I can keep the router then? I’m not even a @VodafoneUK client. Why if you made a mistake I or a friend or a family member need to spend time doing this? Appalling costumer service, I will ever consider you again as a broadband provider
