  • damiankinsella8 Damian Kinsella (@damiankinsella8) reported from Stamford, England

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

  • cheekos Nick Walkland (@cheekos) reported from Exton, England

6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

  • swurra Simon Willars (@swurra) reported from Desborough, England

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

  • markglynnejones Mark Glynne-Jones (@markglynnejones) reported from Gretton, England

@VodafoneUK Good of you but a letter from NHS to support case hasn’t worked so.. after over 30 years as a personal/biz customer and even having Vod as a client it’s goodbye from us x3...

  • Jennywallwork Jenny Louise Wallwork 💙 (@Jennywallwork) reported

@VodafoneUK Hi, I have a contract with you and cannot find a way to get in touch with anyone from customer services. The automated system & live chat with a robot is absolutely painful. Can you contact me please or give me an idea of how I can actually speak to someone please?

  • Duke_of_Essex His Grace (@Duke_of_Essex) reported

@VodafoneUK GB News is not broadcasting hate. I’m a long time Vodafone customer and will not be renewing with you because of your capitulation to this woke nonsense. You are pandering to a noisy minority at the expense of the wider market. Ludicrous.

  • MickKelly29 Mick Kelly (@MickKelly29) reported

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 Hi @vodafone, I support GBNews. Do you wish me to remain a customer? No response from you will be taken to mean 'No', and I shall cancel my current contract as required.

  • jwkirkham John Kirkham (@jwkirkham) reported

@VodafoneUK If you’ve stopped advertising with @Gbnews my contract with you will not be renewed. That will in effect be a relief as you are awful to deal with.

  • twistedpixel8 Scott Fotheringham (@twistedpixel8) reported

@VodafoneUK I will try in Chrome but I suspect it will not be different since internal server errors are nothing to do with the browser: those are from your end (trust me, I’m a web developer!)

  • LouiseCStewart1 Louise Stewart (@LouiseCStewart1) reported

@andrewthornley @VodafoneUK Trying to wfh has not been easy. My neighbours have been v helpful but the service from @VodafoneUK has been absolutely woeful

  • Sanjee05 San Jay (@Sanjee05) reported

had pretty bad experience with @VodafoneUK finally cancelled my home broadband contract. 😡

  • heypunka Rob (@heypunka) reported

@VodafoneUK Can you let me know why removing this service was not communicated to the customers??

  • DatAwkwardOne Wear a mask, you ***** (@DatAwkwardOne) reported

@Stevebates5 @VodafoneUK @GBNEWS I've been with Vodafone for 21 years. I've hated every minute of it. Terrible signal, expensive contracts and overcharging me. This is the best thing they've done 👍

  • RafLee84 raflee #blm (@RafLee84) reported from Poplar, England

@VodafoneUK @neilio_uk @VodafoneUK since you removed service that was so important for many, will you be issuing reductions in bills as well?
