So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

Hello @VodafoneUK how come there is no wifi provision on @TfL London Underground atm? I am trying to connect however the @VodafoneUK wifi network does not appear. PS written on the tube, tweeted frustratingly post-journey!

Nice sneaky move by @VodafoneUK removing wifi access on the tube without consulting or informing customers. Terrible tactic.

@VodafoneUK internet is down in the BT6 area. Has been acting up all day.

@VodafoneUK And no, as a mobile industry analyst this type of customer service interaction is interesting to my followers, so DMs are not appropriate. 5G works OK on the Baker St side of the park. (I live near here, so I’m attuned to changes in performance & reliability pretty well)

@VodafoneUK I have now cancelled my main contract and as of 29/7 all services will expire and I will cancel my Direct Debit, you cannot charge a bill for a OneNumber without a base airtime contract. This is basic contract law.

@VodafoneUK Another 3 hours wasted and problem still not resolved. Getting ready to persist with day 8 tomorrow of the ongoing saga of no network or data!!!

Disgraceful that @VodafoneUK cant offer a customer of 10 years a decent upgrade deal, customer service rep trying to justify an extended term of making the offer better? all that does is reduce the monthly cost not the total cost of the contact.

@VodafoneUK is it that your staff at Leatherhead have not been trained properly or were deceitful when they offered me free Amazon Tech pack to switch broadband to you? Offer subsequently canceled. Store told me to contact customer services who sent me back to store. Unacceptable

Why is it like Fort Knox trying to get put through to an advisor from @VodafoneUK ? I used to like the good old days when it was an option or 2 then speak to someone, now every thing is automated n horrible! 😫

I’ve been holding on @VodafoneUK on line customer service to speak to an agent for 36 minutes. This is unacceptable.
