6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

What should happen: Customer places order (> 2 week FTTP installation wait) -> @VodafoneUK contacts @OpenreachHelp -> Vodafone polls OpenReach regularly -> Vodafone tells customer if order has been cancelled.

@VodafoneUK Still not. It has worked, but not anymore. I only became a VF customer on 27/6/22 so a bit surprised. Overall the app is great, just Tobi could be better!

@Keir_Starmer @VodafoneUK are scamming customers by lowering the speeds of old tarrifs 67MB they reduced speeds down to 35MB customer service in Egypt and India are trained to lie and say words no line connection loss to not send out engineers they have lowered the tarrifs 40MB!
