6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

@VodafoneUK @TheSun we have spoken to over 100 people yet no help all of them won’t talk unless you give them your personal details every hour or more,you can’t talk to the same person so many have our personal details this is not correct when they use them to hurt you and upset you
