So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

@VodafoneUK Wow @VodafoneUK - you really do not do customer service well! I have just had my entire account reset, username, password the lot. I didn’t ask for that, what I asked for is Confirmation of why everything agreed wasn’t showing on my account? #poorservice

@VodafoneUK Still same issue. You're not replying to the complaint email, and your didn't call me between 11am and 1pm today like you arranged. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Refund me and end the contract already, as you can't keep up to your side of it.

@VodafoneUK you have the worst customer service department who cannot follow a simple instruction to call me anytime after 5PM. Every few days the my call me during the day when I am at work and cannot resolve my complaint, and tell me they’ll rearrange a call for another day

@ben__h @VodafoneUK 3, 2, 1… “dear customer can we hide this in an obscure DM so nobody else can read it?”

Never experienced such appalling bad customer service as I have this week from @VodafoneUK. Promised call backs never happened, hours spent on hold and an absolute lack of willingness to acknowledge or investigate. They made €2.1 billion in profit last year. Vile

This morning I called to voice my shock and frustration to this, to which I was told a reactivation will take a few weeks and have been today charged with an early broadband cancellation fee. @VodafoneUK - been a customer of yours for 10+ years!

@combat_boot @OberstWKlink @VodafoneUK Given we all know how this will go I thought we'd jump ahead Although granted skipping process is often why I'm in trouble

@QuantrillMandy @VodafoneUK You don't. You collect 8 weeks of evidence and go straight to CISAS. The problem is, eight weeks of vodafone evidence is a LOT of stuff.
