    So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

    6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

    @O2 what's happening? Signal and data services have dropped to 1992 standards for over 24hrs! Without my @VodafoneUK WiFi I'd be without a connection. Sort it out @O2, it's 2022!!!

    @VodafoneUK trying to use your app trade in service, but it won’t let me take a picture of my screen so keeps saying that it shows damage, despite the fact that I have allowed the app to access camera. Can I do this in store?

    Sorry for the crashed stream my dudes , once again @VodafoneUK internet has let me down Normal service will resume on Tuesday bringing with it revamped stream layout , gfx ,alerts and a new stream schedule going forward . Stick around I LOVES you all 🐮🧡🧡 MOOOO
