Simon Willars (@swurra) reported from Desborough, EnglandSo you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

Arun Hebbar (@ArunHebbar7) reported@rksrajiv @VodafoneUK @AdityaBirlaGrp There is absolutely no issue at all. However, I am expecting some kind of clarification because nowhere in the world does a policy exist where a company is required to pay Rs.2/- to settle a Rs.1/- obligation. What I mean is that when Vodafone Idea paid the moratorium cost to DOT through equity conversion, it did not actually pay any of the Spectrum or AGR liabilities that were reflected under finance costs. Therefore, there is no reason why the company cannot discharge those obligations & why Speculation? I don't understand.

Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing me my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.
