Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

Back in the wilds again phone signal wise for a couple of weeks. In Oban on a beautiful day killing time until we get the ferry to the Isle of Mull. I had hoped to watch the rangers game but 4G is shite here @VodafoneUK

@ruthm4x @VodafoneUK Tried it, got sent round in circles as no one wanted to cancel, kept saying “it’s a really simple process” but no one wanted to do! I’ve never known things to be so complicated in cancelling a contract

@VodafoneUK I have absolutely no service on my phone. When people ring it goes straight to voicemail DO NOT DISCONNECT ANYTHING which you did once before. Internet is working & TOBI useless

Raging with @EE Ordered two new phones, specified several times what colour to send, they sent the wrong phones and there’s nothing they can do for 4-7 days until they receive the one they wrongly sent before they can “fix” this!!!!! Contract cancelled and moving to @VodafoneUK
