    So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

    6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

    .@VodafoneUK Been waiting for a month with no broadband for new fibre to be installed on Wednesday, logged in and says it's cancelled. I didn't cancel it. They didn't contact me to say it's cancelled. Wtf?! If they make me wait another month I think I will explode
