6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

Still having issues with @VodafoneUK broadband after being offered a dongle for £18 per month so we don't lose the Internet that we are paying for anyway. So glad we have cancelled our service and can't wait to move on to @youfibre let's hope they can provide a decent service

@VodafoneUK absolutly rediculus that your internet in the car website has been down for over a week, I feel for the cc agents, in this day and age this is not acceptable. I'm paying for features in my @MercedesBenz which I can't use, becuase I my monthly contract has not renewed.
