So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@VodafoneUK how many more times do I have to message you to get someone to acknowledge my complaint. You have to have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I do not want an auto reply from your bot asking me to dm you as I have done this twice at least already!!!!

@VodafoneUK Yep, done all that as I work in IT. If you search twitter for "twitter vodafone", you'll see loads of people reporting it. Works fine when not using Vodafone's network.
