6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

@We_ThnkCEO @VodafoneUK Don't join @ThreeUK if you want to be able to make phonecalls. Their network seems unable to sustain that phenomenon.

@VodafoneUK apparently I don’t have “authorisation” on MY account to upgrade, add a line or even cancel the contact? even when your sending me messages saying I’m eligible to upgrade and I’ve been with you around 20 years. Does loyalty mean that little to you? What a joke!
-
James Patterson (@James_Pattersn) reported
@VodafoneUK I changed over to O2 in early May because of your rotten service, yet you are still billing me. Why?
-
Mr WeThnk (@We_ThnkCEO) reported
@DanTheManOnline @VodafoneUK I can’t stand them. Forever messing up my billing, awful customer service and poor offering of products. Then they want to talk to me about ‘loyalty’ discounts like I couldn’t get the same offer elsewhere as a new customer. Sickening!

✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England
@VodafoneUK why is it all of a sudden this week I’m having issues connecting to internet radio servers to broadcast my shows live? I’d say you’re controlling what I can do with my data service and that’s not on. I’m on unlimited data and should be able to do as I wish legally

@NickNairn @VodafoneUK We've had the same problem Nick. We're a small business and rely on staying online. Recent changed to @VodafoneUK but regretting it so far. Hope you get sorted but we wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking to change there provider

CaptainDusty (@jamesho01895216) reported
@VodafoneUK I deactivated my business account I was messaging you from because I genuinely couldn't cope with the ignorance. I'll happily message you if the advisor is actually going to help and not mug me off like the previous 3.

@VodafoneUK can you help, I haven’t had 4G for 2 days which isn’t really good enough…
-
Mike (@HillfootsMike) reported
AMMMMMAAAAZZZZZING.... how @VodafoneUK are "extremely busy at the moment" when trying to cancel a service, but incredibly fast at taking a new order.. and your cash... funny that innit...

@VodafoneUK @eltonjohn The apotheosis of a government health institution and its unearned, cult-like reverence has got to be one of the worst and most embarrassing aspects of this country.
