    6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

    So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

    @VodafoneUK Good of you but a letter from NHS to support case hasn’t worked so.. after over 30 years as a personal/biz customer and even having Vod as a client it’s goodbye from us x3...

    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This is great - would also add social media teams not using generic “I’m sorry to hear this please send details and we will look into it”. Rubs salt in the wound / underlines how customer support is not joined up. Should be “our bereavement team will call you today / tomorrow”

    I spent over an hour yesterday speaking to customer services who said no point complaining we know the issue & nothings going to change and NO I cannot speak to a manager. This is pandemount to obtaining monies by deception @VodafoneUK @EE have perfect service in same area

    @ebullienteddie @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK The unfortunate outcome of many of the metrics is they drive an obsession to hitting quantitative rather than qualitative targets and the end result is dehumanising the service.

    @cmarcoux @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK OMG Bell made me cry when my Mom died. The connection was mysteriously cut off and when I called back the person did everything I asked, was v. solicitous. I think a mgr overheard and cut off & told team whoever answers just give her what she needs. But I had to break down first.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Grt list! We need much more focus on general customer care. They could commission an independent agency like @WhichUK to do credible, on going customer satisfaction monitoring. Rate providers as red/amber/green. Vodafone leads its peers in linking executive bonuses to performance
