    So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

    @VodafoneUK new plan from 5/9 with Entertainment, existing ent plan was switched off pretty much straight away, but couldn’t access the new 1, spent an hour on online chat on 5/9 and was given a credit and told to wait 72 hour, I have but still can’t access it, can you help?

    @VodafoneUK woken up to no home broadband in SE16 at two properties. Got to be your issue. Fix due when? The lack of a service status page on your website speaks volumes of communications company with abysmal customer communications.

    @VodafoneUK your helpline service is the worst of worst. Whenever I contact with the agent through the Vodafone app, the agent says their tool isn't working! I can't even increase my spend limit manager. I even called but nothing is working. What a MESS!!

    Thanks @VodafoneUK for an over 12 hour downtime of our internet (alongside planned maintenance on the mobile network) leaving me with no internet access.

    @Racing_KLR @VodafoneUK Still down here too... I got offered an unlimited phone data package though as part of a Stay Connected thing - might be worth the ask if you are running low?

    I'm waiting for a new phone, and DPD has finally stopped saying, after 3 days, that they will deliver it today. Your chat unwilling to offer any actual help, @VodafoneUK. How long do I need to wait before you can do anything about this?

    @VodafoneUK At your customer service chat, the person just keeps parroting "I'm sure it will come today" as if magical thinking will make it happen. Do you have staff that can actually help?

    anyone else in UK having internet issues with @VodafoneUK? ive got full signal but tweets arent sending, facebook wont load and i just get dns error on browser

    @VodafoneUK hi is there a problem with your phone network in G65 area as can’t make or receive calls and txt messages - all work phones on same network are the same
