6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

So much for @VodafoneUK broadband phoning me back yesterday about our dismally slow internet speeds. Having to tether to my phone to do video calls. Time for a new provider, any recommendations? @Hyperoptic have been saying they'll come to my area for ages but not here yet.

@OpenreachHelp Well I don't have a provider yet, that's the problem. I'm trying to order through @VodafoneUK but they said they couldn't do anything until the switch was finished.

I dare a manager from @VodafoneUK to call me back and see if they actually have the ***** to sort this out and earn the money they are being paid when customer services are paid a pittance in comparison but take all the crap!!!

@VodafoneUK Yet none of your deals were in any way comparable to the deal I could get with an internet company. So you make it so hard for me to change that you’ve forced me to switch to another supplier. What an awful business model. You’ve lost my custom as a result.
