So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@VodafoneUK it would be nice if you compensated us for 24 hours without internet we are paying for a service that has not been provided for 24 hours and we have not been told if or when it will come back! Very poor customer service and the least you could do is keep us updated.

@derekklgr @VodafoneUK The vaccine is worthless ??? Strange how hospitalisation rates are now lower in over 65s than under 65s and overall hospitalisation versus cases is way down on last year at a time when a significantly more virulent variant is in circulation. Looks pretty effective to me
