Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

Setting up a @Lebara Mobile SIM in an iPhone 5S. Nightmare! No data. Support tried, but nothing worked. When the SIM worked in another phone they gave up. Turns out that, rather than using Lebara’s data settings, it works if I use @VodafoneUK’s (the network Lebara uses) instead!

I reckon when I’ve got some money I’m going to sack @O2 off. Absolutely useless and not fit for purpose. Their 5G is beyond poor. It’s either @EE or @VodafoneUK for me.

@VodafoneUK „ That network is properly be monitored.“ My reaction: I know that. We had that phenomenon multiple times in past. I restart & updating my devices. Everything is good expect 1 broken electric socket. Overnight kill few weeks ago. But all devices are good. #5network
