  • cheekos Nick Walkland (@cheekos) reported from Exton, England

6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

  • swurra Simon Willars (@swurra) reported from Desborough, England

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • MNUltraRunner Marcus (@MNUltraRunner) reported

@VodafoneUK was asked to send DM as Home fibre keeps dropping out, and when it is working I'm getting poor upload/download speeds. 20hrs after sending the DM still no reply! Totally unacceptable! Is this still an ongoing @WeAreOpenreach issue? Postcode IP20

  • Coast2CoastP Paul Waite (@Coast2CoastP) reported

@VodafoneUK I would avoid this company at all cost incapable of any kind of customer service or sorting out an issue caused by themselves I’ve now been waiting nine days

  • vmlemon Tyson Key (@vmlemon) reported

@VodafoneUK Thanks, this is an issue with @vodafone_de, sadly. :(

  • stnors Stuart (@stnors) reported

Can anyone at @VodafoneUK explain why no-one is accountable for anything you do? Calls, online chats, Twitter DMs and still nobody takes responsibility for sorting out a client's contract problems. Customer service at its worst.

  • 5UP3RNATURAL xX Sarah Lou Xx (@5UP3RNATURAL) reported

@VodafoneUK I’ve just switched by PAC to another network, bill paid on 4th December, when can I expect a refund please?

  • bydavidbailey David Bailey (@bydavidbailey) reported

So @VodafoneUK are acquiring new broadband customers via @quidco with a £80/£85 cashback incentive. Complete the transaction and the order is tracked. @VodafoneUK then cancel your order (without reason or notification) & raise a new order with a new order # (without consent)

  • HTPhilRobertson Phil Robertson (@HTPhilRobertson) reported

@VodafoneUK Actually just checking you have understood my question. Can I use your SIM cards in ANY smartphone to connect to mobile data, thus allowing me to tether a device to this smartphone regardless of whether it is a VF network phone?

  • Atamji Atamjit Niber (@Atamji) reported

@c_hodivala @VodafoneUK Oh, join the queue of bad customer service from @VodafoneUK. They have got to be the worst mobile telecoms company in the world. Best of all they know they are the worst and they don’t care. From personal experence & a current customer. My next door neighbour contacted their CEO.

  • Steve16711988 Cannonball Adderley. (@Steve16711988) reported

@VodafoneUK @Andrew_Adonis " where a customer’s usage abroad is greater than at home over a four month period, additional charges will apply" That's not too bad I guess.

  • hackerjargon Jargon (@hackerjargon) reported

@IsThisBetterYet @VodafoneUK @CityFibre Definitely not. its not copper. should not have those issues.
