So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@VodafoneUK I’m overseas and data not working despite paying for worldwide roaming. Operators ‘refreshed data’ for me on Friday - 5 days on I still can’t make or receive calls/texts or use internet unless with Wi-Fi. Please help!

Hey @VodafoneUK if you search Twitter and sort by latest there's lots of issues with your home broadband service connecting to European servers. It seems to be an Amazon Web Service server issue. But you may want to follow it up if it's still bad in the morning.

@VodafoneUK My router is not working went off about 9.30pm and refuses to come back on at all. No human available and trying to communicate with Tobi is worse than a toddler after it's eaten its own weight in sweets
