    So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

    @VodafoneUK Why is it absolutely impossible to speak with your customer service team in person? I don't want to use the internet - i want to speak with someone. I've tried ten times and your service just says 'use the web'. I don't want to. It's ridiculous

    @VodafoneUK WOW been a loyal customer for 10+years with an average bill of £100 per month and you couldn't even waiver a £29 up front cost on an upgrade! 02, I'm on my way!

    @VodafoneUK 5 calls promised from managers which never happened. 2 calls promised from agents which never happened. Bad advice from agents. As I said don’t use Vodafone in Kirklees

    @ThreeUK I left three due to bad network in East London area. They take revenge on ex customers by blocking existing three customers from calling my number. How Low can they get to!! @VodafoneUK tried their best to check everything, but Three retaliates using their network!!
