Nick Walkland (@cheekos) reported from Exton, England6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

Simon Willars (@swurra) reported from Desborough, EnglandSo you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

Damian Kinsella (@damiankinsella8) reported from Stamford, EnglandLooking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

-
Michael Crick (@MichaelLCrick) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK As I have said here before, Virgin Media treat customers with total contempt. The worst type of British capitalism. Branson must be so ashamed.
-

-
jolene Pittock (@joleneepittock) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are the worst when someone passes away. By far the most disappointing company I had to deal with at the worst time.

Karen B (@karenbrown135) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Condolences to you. They were awful when we cancelled mum's too, kept insisting they couldn't cancel without her approval but she didnt have capacity. When she died we found Severn Trent were the best overall, they didn't charge for her last few weeks, or while we were selling

You’re Just Listening 😀 (@ChatchoMan) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK If Virgin Media are such money grabbing filth that they don’t want to believe a grieving person that contacts them and just terminate the contract they should at least backdate it based on the death certificate. Anything other than that is disgraceful.

Paul Ryan (@pjryan51) reportedGiven up on Vodafone after 15 years. All network providers in UK are a bit of a disaster at the moment but @VodafoneUK seems to have all bit given up. No coverage, can never speak to anyone , price increases. I honestly think in UK we'll soon end up paying £100 a month for a faceless AI "assistant" to offer corporate apologies for no service while still holding you to a contract and charging for non payment back up by a court system that allows them to enforce fast track judgments !
