6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

@dustymears @VodafoneUK Just been on to them....another 48 hour wait while the tech team duagnose something we told them last September. This is going to get escalated. @VodafoneUK this is the worst customer service I've ever seen, you're currently beating British Gas and that takes some doing! 🤬

@VodafoneUK Let me get this straight... #Vodafone decided on a whim to shut of the Tube wifi network and didn't think to tell their customers about this beforehand? Also new customers that took out a contract just 2 months ago where not informed (me)... 🙄

@VodafoneUK I am being bombarded by calls from Vodafone, currently all 07775 numbers. I'm TPS & not been a Vodafone customer for over 4years.I cannot text 9774 as I'm on a different network. The calls need to stop. Who do I contact (email)?

@KenMoss1978 @VodafoneUK Worst company ever !!! Allowed by account 2B frauded, fobbed me off, cost me 2 get fixed, had 2 borrow a phone,refused 2 port my no 2 EE, took months 2 sort, no accountability, no compensation. I cheered when they were fined millions #bastards

For anyone considering @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK broadband. Don't. Genuinely the worst customer experience I've ever, ever had. There own customer service advice? To go with another service provider. I mean what the F is that? It's beyond a joke.
