Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

Nick Walkland (@cheekos) reported from Exton, England
6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

@VodafoneUK Good of you but a letter from NHS to support case hasn’t worked so.. after over 30 years as a personal/biz customer and even having Vod as a client it’s goodbye from us x3...

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

@muz_78 @VodafoneUK Totally understand how you’re feeling. It’s been a year of no service for me yet I’m being charged every month! Customer service/tech team are awful. Basically been told to wait out the contract. Ridiculous company @VodafoneUK #scam #avoid

@VodafoneUK hi, I sent you a DM 3 days ago chasing up some rewards you were sending out but I haven't heard back. Please can someone help? Thanks

Jamie Sims (@jamie_sims) reported
@VodafoneUK I don't mentioning any feelings. I was reporting facts and asking for some manner of service assurance. If you're saying that under 1mb/s of broadband is acceptable superfast service then this is interesting.

Harsha Reddy (@harsha_reddy99) reported
Funny how @VodafoneUK is unable to solve my one number query from past 2 months but still asks me to pay for the watch I haven’t received. If I call 191 they simply keep me on hold and after some time they tell that they are sorry and can’t help

goggs (@iamgoggs) reported
The conclusion to my complaints to @VodafoneUK was that because I'm getting over 0.9mps upload speeds, then there's nothing they can do. Even though I'm paying £50 a month for speeds that never go above 2mps. Download this morning = 115mps Upload = 1.8mps. Shambles.
