So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@SonyUK @VodafoneUK Only a few weeks until I can hopefully swap out my overheating sony brick. 2-5 mins of video or photo and the thing just over heats which is far from pro and always has had this issue. Aside from the serious heating and SD issues it's been an amazing phone.

@VodafoneUK I have done this and it is saying no issues but there clearly is my WhatsApp will not work whatsoever unless connected to wifi, iMessages are sending, fb and insta posts loading but will not send messages?
