6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

2) To my house and everything than started to go wrong. I’ve got at least 4 emails from @VodafoneUK that the engineer was coming to my flat to do the set up , I missed the full day of work to wait for them to come, they never showed up. Tried to call countless times

I can stream champions League football, watch Forest on the sky sports app, but i cant call my Mum over Wifi calling to wish her happy birthday (no signal in my flat) or on WhatsApp - wtaf @VodafoneUK (i only have broadband with you)

@VodafoneUK I’ve not had proper phone signal OR internet now since Storm Eunice on February 18th here in Bude, Cornwall and you keep sending me a text message to fill out a bloody survey. Believe me you won’t want my opinion of you right now!!! NO COMPENSATION yet either. BOOOO
