6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@VodafoneUK Someone fraudulently changed all details on my account, then When i added an additional service to my account they change the account holder. I have been with them for over 15 years and telling me i can not discuss my account over the phone and need to go in store.

@VodafoneUK Walking back to the car I popped into the Apple shop and in 2 mins they solved the problem. Something to do with the VPN. It has taken many calls to Vodaphone over the last year-many frustrating hours-to sort this and I have had no access to data for that time.

@VodafoneUK Hi Ben, I went to the Vodafone shop in Sutton Coldfield and they had a look at the phone and checked the settings. They could not find the problem and suggested I call the help number again and ask to speak to the tech support team.

@VodafoneUK Hello. I'm having issues getting into my vodafone account. Every time I try to log in, I get the error "Sorry. An unexpected error occurred when trying to log you in. Please wait a moment then try again." Tried resetting password, but same issue. Please help.
