    6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @VodafoneUK All this person wants to do is keep in touch with his mother in hospital but we can't get the replacement SIM activated after he lost his phone recently. I offered to help with technology but the page won't work. I feel terrible for not being able to help since yesterday.

    @VodafoneUK need to do a lot of work with your customer service teams, not very accommodating or sympathetic with loyal customers, general attitude of oh well never mind. #customerexperience @O2 may have been a better option

    @VodafoneUK right my sim-only contract is due to end. I’m paying now £26.33. I called customer service and I’ve been offered the same plan for £32. On your website this plan is £25 for 24 months contract. Was your customer service joking about me paying £32 after upgrade ?

    @VodafoneUK Glad I'm not a Vodafone customer, my partner has just the last 40 minutes trying to speak to a human, but just gets pushed round in circles. I've told her to cancel her contract as you obviously don't care!
