6 months into 18 month fibre broadband contract and @VodafoneUK hike price from £23 to £25.50. OK, not bad, but took option to jump ship. Now staying... Doubled speed to 76mbps at old price but now with an extra 10% discount and new router. So £20.70 all in. #topdeal #speedy

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@susie6783 @VodafoneUK I’m in the same boat. Ordered it 27/11 and kept being told it’s due to Black Friday and short of staff. Asked for a refund and now waiting 10 days and nothing!! Good luck trying to contact them. Just ring your bank and do a charge back for non service

And this is before finding out that customers who have ordered after me have already had their handsets delivered. @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup seem to have washed their hands of the problem and have advised me that it’s @DPDgroup_news problem now. Shambolic doesn’t cover it.

@VodafoneUK very disappointed in Vodafone. Terrible service with trade in. No compensation made! Ridiculously long queues for complaints - so obviously many disappointed customers. It should be illegal to tie someone up to a two year agreement if the service is as shocking!

@VodafoneUK signed up for SIM only and took 14days despite every operator I spoke to telling me 24hrs but even then no data connection so 17days later still incomplete. Currently resetting again told takes a few minutes no phone for hours again. Is this **** or what?
